I came ready to buy a car, let s start with that. I was told that someone would be outside to speak with me as I walked around the lot. 30 min later, and no one showed up. I found a car I liked so I walked inside and not a single person approached me or spoke except for whom I believe was the receptionist. A few looked up from their phones and then went back to them, maybe it was a busy day. He tried to answer my questions but it was clear that he wasn t a salesman or perhaps not familiar with the inventory. I appreciate the effort but after practically being ignored I don t think I d give them my business.

Brought my Colorado in for a transmission issue. I think the big part hear is that they listened to what I had to say about the problem. I am happy to say that the issue is resolved and the cost was minimal. Great job by the service advisor and the mechanic.

People are extremely helpful and nice! I have a brand new perspective on bringing my car to a dealership instead of going to a local mechanic, it's all Good! Still need to go back for more work, but, they work with you! Thumbs up

Went searching for a "new" used car. After a couple of dealerships, I stopped by Lucas Chevy with my list of demands; one being I will not be held hostage . Well Paul S. showed me an SUV in the budget with lots of perks & great auto check report . Not more than 2-1/2 hours total over 2 days (Sat/Mon) I drove off in my "new" vehicle with a much lower interest rate, Thanks to Ryan. Everyone was there to make my experience as stress free as possible. I appreciate them being mindful of my time and budget. Been telling everyone I talk to about this dealership, AWESOME!!

Unfortunately unhappy that the 2021 Silverado that I purchased in 2021 was a sub-par vehicle that required major engine work and a new transmission at 3 years and under 100k miles. Guess extended warranties are a must because vehicles do not last

The team at Lucas was great just disappointed that the issue with my vehicle is not covered, resolved or fixed. Apparently an exhaust leak on a 2 year old vehicle is not a issue that is covered and I have to spend over 3k too even see if the issue is with the catalytic converter before anything will even be considered for a repair or replacement. Just a joke. It s Chevy s issue not Lucas

Very pleased with the courtesy and the timeliness of the representative. Very nice atmosphere. 4 star only because I have to wait for part needed to fix my car, so no work was done. It was ordered and I will be returning as soon as it comes in.LOVE THOSE PRETZELSThis was a previous visit, have since returned for oil change plus. Very pleased with all aspects of this dealership.

I was looking to purchase a Z06 Corvette as me and my wife have been saving for some years now. I had a 764 credit score and told them I'd finance through my own bank which is navy federal. Told me they would only run it 2 or 3 times. They ran my credit 5 times dropping my score 11 points. Now I'm at a 753 because of these lying imbeciles. I ended up purchasing the car off of Facebook marketplace for a great price. Don't do business with these clowns. Smile in your face and stab you in the back. Honesty takes you a long way.

CEL was on with truck in derate mode. Dealer got me in without an appointment. They replaced a faulty fuel injector, performed several updates and serviced it for me. I got it back within a few days. It's been over a week now and the truck is running good.

Just got my 2019 Blazer here. Everyone was Very helpful. My salesman John Endress was the man! I HIGHLY recommend him. Also Mike got my payments WAY lower then I thought I was going to pay. I had a GREAT experience.

I searched for a reasonably priced Colorado for over 2 years. I ve been to many other Chevy dealers and felt insulted with the offers. I found this truck through the Chevy website and it was over 90 minutes from my home. I asked the best they could do over the phone and I would only come if I liked the offer. I liked the offer but hoped for better once we got there and it was even better than we discussed. They all made the process so easy and enjoyable, even staying over an hour after they closed! I would definitely recommend Lucas Chevrolet to anyone.

Won't be returning, the man who checked me in was not happy because I accidentally scheduled at dodge instead of chevy, but said he could still take me... i explained I was in no rush take there time. After my car was ready they did not explain or tell me about the issues they found on my car but typed them up and at check up the lady tossed my card on the counter.... just was not a pleasant experience... one star for taking me even though I scheduled at the wrong location

I ve been dealing with Lucas Chevrolet for YEARS. Now they ve started charging $169 diagnostic fee for work diagnosed even though I am having the work done there. I will from now on go to a mechanic other than a dealer. I won t pay for something I intent to have them fix

I had a great experience with this dealership. I would consider using it again and I say that about NO dealerships. I didn t feel pressured into any vehicle and they were very accommodating As I needed a vehicle pretty quickly. I had searched for a vehicle for 4 weeks.

We worked with Jim Lynch and he was GREAT. He knew it would take time to get the truck I wanted and kept us updated the whole time. Jim got us in and out with no hassle. And thank you for not being a dealership to charge over sticker, I could have bought this truck sooner at other dealerships who wanted over sticker, and then would call to say they would remove the added price and I still waited for you guys! Great experience and very trustworthy.
