I walked into AutoZone to purchased a steering wheel cover. The cashier who was very personable, asked her co-worker, as he was leaving, if he could assist me in putting the wheel cover on before he leaves out. He was glad to help without hesitation.Several days (5) before coming here, I had purchased a wheel cover from another well known auto supplier. When I asked for assistance in putting it on, I was told to just leave the wheel cover on the dashboard in the sun for a day, and try to put it on myself. Telling me 'it will be easy, that I can do it". Im 60+ years old'. Tried as I did, I couldn't get the wheel cover on. I went back to the auto retail store with my receipt in hand. The retail person asked, 'if I had did like he said, by leaving it in the sun for a day? I said 'yes, it didn't work", stating that,' I'd like a refund. That's when I took my business to AutoZone". Not only were they accommodating, but the person who put the steering wheel cover on for me, easily accomplished this task in seconds. He even gave me a 'show and tell" tip about what to do when the steering wheel locks... I have to say, I really admired the time and attention given by the retailers. It made me feel that the money I spent on my purchase, was greatly appreciated as a customer".KUDOS!" TWO THUMBS UP!"

So very helpful with getting the part now to the fact that the part isn t what the problem is and I can t get my vehicle started . Getting g a ride home. Live local and have my very senior dog with me out for maybe what will be one of his last rides . Have to get home . Went in to let manager know I d have my truck gone by Monday.Have a very bad leak in my roof and the roofer/ contractor are coming at 12 .. Just need to get home and deal with one thing at a time.The manager got all weird and said I can t leave it overnight. I begged him said I d get the local police to vogue for me. NOPEHe then said he d have to call another store and ask that manager.WTHI m a widow with multiple fires I m putting out today and this guy is being such a pansy. Just say yes let me know if anything happens to it overnight as he did he s not responsible. I said ok . I have insurance.Can not pay the 200$ I m gonna get charged to get it towed home NOPESTiLL WONT WORK WITH ME.What a horrible manager

They are pretty good. They get busy and backed up alot of times. They seem like another corporate money grab that probably dosent pay very well and is always understaffed but it serves its purpose

I had to return a core part for my alternator and although there was a bit of a wait ,I made friendly in line with other guys. I saw they now have a self check out ,but we all needed one-one customer service.i didn't know the commercial accounts dept was on the side in the back.The host was friendly and funny too. It was an easy / in and out transaction

Kai was able to help me and my wife with replacing the battery for her key fob. He was not only knowledgeable but also very helpful in replacing the battery for her. I would 100% recommend this place if you need anything for your car.

I have never ever in my life ever received worse customer service. The attitude of the gentleman behind the counter who I had hoped would assist with my battery issue was horrendous. How in the world can this man maintain a job. Disgusting behavior. Brushing off my questions about the services the store performs. Simple battery check and I had a question about a replacement. Was willing to spend money on your store but how awful was this associate that I will go to advance auto from now on.

Store manager was very helpful, he was polite, held the door open for us, and gave cpr to my grandma in the parking lot. 10/10 service, he needs AT LEAST $100,000 raise. this man is a wonderful person and is genuine. wow, absolutely amazing!

Employee put new battery in my vehicle and had a couple of issues but together we figured out the crazy terminal connector and got me back on the road..Didn't get his name but a most excellent employee for sure..

The customer service was horrible. Very rude and dismissive. The worker even asked his coworker to finish ringing me up because he didn t feel like it . Why would you say that in front of a customer. I would never go to this location ever again! Disgusting! If I could give it 0 stars I would.

The customer service here is the worst I have ever received. Utterly incompetent. They told me they can t get radiator hoses for a 2009 Honda Pilot. Called NAPA and they didn t have a problem

I blew my tensioner pulley, so I searched Google to find the nearest auto store. I gave this AutoZone a call to ask for the price and if the part was in stock. Terrance answered the phone and told me they had it, I told him I'd be there soon. I got there and he had the part waiting for me on the counter. Customer service was 100% on point. They had some tools they let me borrow, and I changed it right then and there. Terence was helpful, knowledge and friendly, plus the store had a pretty obscure part for my old 2003 Ford. This visit was a perfect example of picture perfect customer service. Between the store having what I needed, and Terrance's customer service skills, I couldn't have asked for a better experience in my bad situation.

I caught a flat tire and needed help. The guys in the store did not want to help me at first. I am a woman, so one of the guys in the store decided to help, he took off the flat and put my dummy on. I was very happy about that, thanks to that man who helped me that morning.May God bless you.

Very easy shop to find. The guys at this Autozone tested my charging system, which turned out to be good. I needed a new battery, which they replaced in less than 10 minutes. Cost was reasonable, so i was on my way in no time.

The entire situation from start to end was a total disrespectfull.Manger was rude and aggressive,,Called at 08:30pm to make sure, they have my cars battery and they will replace, went there at 09:05 pm,no one at the store only Manger and he was on personal phone call and he was on the phone, i asked Manger can you guys replace battery, he said yes if I will buy from us, than he refused to replaced said it's too late, told him I called earlier,, than he said you have to wait whoever you talk to.Than I bought I battery, and the other guy replaced my cars battery, I asked the guy can you tighten my battery screw, manager told me we are not supposed to do that, and I asked him so politely why you being so rude, he replied me you are not tipy guy and that's why we didn't do your job properly, he took my battery screw, i asked him poliitely and he was just start yelling and screaming at me and I just waked away without tighten the battery, will not go there my whole life,,, really really disappointed.

Employee could have cared less to help, barely spoke, had to find the battery I needed and get it myself. Asked for military discount and was not given to me. Normally I don t even ask but this was a $240 battery. Dragging my balls through busted glass would have been a more enjoyable experience.

Great group of guys working here that not only helped me with my car but also gave our family recommendations on places to visit since we are new to the area. I know it s silly but that small talk makes this big box chain store feel like a local Mom & Pop that you make sure to frequent.

I m not exaggerating when I tell you Keith is the GOAT of customer service. Went in to grab a few things today and I m pretty sure Keith was the only employee working today. It was probably the busiest I ve seen an auto parts store, but this didn t phase Keith. My man was operating 2 POS stations (so the customers could form 2 lines at checkout), answering multiple customers questions, up selling products left and right. Im truly impressed by his product knowledge and work ethic; he s a machine. Thank you Keith!

It's a hit or miss on the customer service. The one guy the first time I went wouldn't bother to leave the counter to show me where the items were after I couldn't find them. I had questions about things and he just acted like I wasn't worth his time. I ended up buying the wrong supplies and had to return half of what I bought.The guy I interacted with when I returned items was nicer, more helpful.

On 3/12/21 I received OUTSTANDING customer service and technical help from Chris and Nate on several visits to this store. They know what they're speaking about technically; and they answered questions and proposed solutions! And they were accommodating, friendly and really went above and beyond in terms of customer service. Highly recommend the store!

They tried to charge me a dollar extra. When i checked and they checked, the store manager made the snied condescending remark.,"ooo a hole dollar.". When i told him that it was my dollar and it looks better in my pocket than it does in his. His response was, " it aint mine"
