We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Lodge. The layout was fantastic and the lodge is spacious. The bathrooms were clean, and the accessibility bathroom provided me with plenty of space to finish getting ready. Being able to walk around the water or hang out on the deck was a nice break from the dancing inside. The view was beautiful and amazing. We saw people hiking, but we secluded enough that it was not an issue. We took a lot of beautiful pictures by the chapel. This was a great, affordable option for any party.Jeff, the maintenance worker, was awesome. He helped the grooms people finish setting up that morning. He was friendly and attentive. We can't thank him enough.

Just had our wedding here and would highly recommend to rent the lodge for any event. The staff was very helpful and was overall a great experience having our wedding here and getting married on the trail in the woods.

I visited here for a wedding and was pleased with the quality it provides as well as the layout. It was a very nice venue. The surrounding environment is very pretty and could be enjoyable for a walk. The lake itself is very picturesque. The porch was rustic, pleasant, and made for some fun experiences.

Lovely secluded upscale cabin overlooking the lake and woods perfect for an event. Clean and air conditioned. Beautiful deck and vaulted ceilings. Large room with tables and chairs provided. Clean restrooms and ample parking. Would highly recommend!

They rent the place for conferences, but there is no AV at all. At least hang a screen and some speakers and tell people to bring a projector. The AC works well, and the kitchen and bathroom are sufficient. Watch for the address when you put it your GPS because there is more than 1 address given for the park, and you want to make sure you have the right address.

A beautiful venue. One of my closest friends got married here this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The staff were great in helping us with set-up and facilitating the events while the backdrop was everything a person could love for a fall setting. Something about the glowing golden leaves, the massive fireplace, and the all around good feelings made the place seem like Imladris, the House of Elrond from J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Lord of the Rings." Highly recommend this place and the staff!

Beautiful place for a wedding! FYI for the ladies...there's a dirt path down to the chapel, you'll wanna wear a pair of flats for the walk down. It's a tiny bit steep, but it is definitely a bit rocky/gravelly.Keep your heels in the car for afterwards!

This small lodge-style meeting/wedding/sm. party room is located at the front of the park. You would book the room and bring in your own caterer. It is part of the Morris County Park System. Bathrooms are clean. It has a gorgeous veranda with rocking chairs overlooking a small lake. (In Spring the foliage covers the view!) No tables allowed on the veranda but you can "rock" away! There is a manicured lawn with view of lake for wedding photos. It was easy to set up an outdoor marriage service but the short path is on an incline so guests were asked to wear sneakers. There are permanent wood benches, and, in the event of rain, you would hold the ceremony indoors. The Lodge had a fireplace for photos or as a backdrop for your ceremony or meeting. The couple whose wedding I attended hiked in this park. It is easy to find on Google maps. You can have a casual affair or hire an event planner to decorate or DIY. I recommend both the Lodge and the park. There is a small center of town for Long Valley. Check the website for photos and other details.

Attended a celebration of life gathering. It was a perfect venue. Beautiful setting overlooking water and nature!

Had a wonderful party for my niece there. Required a deposit in case of damage, the guy lurked around during the last hour. But we were paid and people thought we were being asked to leave. Other than that it was beautiful!

It was the perfect location for our wedding. Lodge and outdoor chapels were amazing. Would highly recommend going for recreation or planned events!

The lodge has a great view on the porch, great rocking chairs so comfortable. The lodge itself was very clean which is probably all your looking for when renting a lodge.

Went to an engagement party at the lodge. Beautiful setup at the lodge. Scenery in the area is delightful. Afterwards went hiking at the local park Hacklebarney
