Beautiful dealership and fantastic experience working with Racheal & the Porsche Monmouth team! Very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful staff from top to bottom (not always easy to come by these days). Highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the tri-state area - and beyond - interested in a Porsche. We drove over 2 hours to visit and not only would we do it again, but we will be back for any of our future Porsche needs. Thank you!!!

I always have a great experience when I come here for service. From the start when I bought my car here, everyone was professional, courteous and pleasant and went the extra mile to answer all my questions and provide the best service they can. Now that I come in for service or when I have an issue the level of service is still above and beyond. Matt and the service team always great me nice and do what they can to accommodate my schedule and provide top services in elegant fashion to meet my expectations. Top notch team. I m glad to deal with them.

Would highly recommend Porsche of Monmouth to anyone in the market. Extremely professional and overall amazing experience. Everyone from the Front Desk, to our Sales Manager, Finance Manager and up to the General Manager of dealership. We had our kids with us during entire process and they even picked up on how much fun and professional everyone was (Our middle guy even said he wants to work here when he gets older! haha!).. Really appreciate the experience and will be returning for a second purchase.

Excellent service experience at Porsche Monmouth. Matt and John the service managers are amazing. Parts were ordered promptly and ready for my car's arrival. They communicated along the way concisely and delivered my car clean and ready to go. Always happy with the interactions at Porsche Monmouth. The entire journey from specifying the car with Patrick Hauser, the GM, and Scott Patterson, my extraordinary salesperson was incredible. I hope to have the opportunity to buy another one of these amazing cars someday; this will be where that happens.

While buying a brand new car is indeed a great experience at this dealership (you're getting a Porsche, duh), trying to sell your car back to Porsche will not be as straightforward as you imagine. CPO certification is rigorous and costly as explained to me by the manager, who took the time to explain in detail.Although I was indeed frustrated and a bit hopeless, the manager did take his time to consider with me alternative options for the resale. It comes to show how much this dealer is willing to go, above and beyond, to maintain healthy, honest and authentic relationships with its customers.

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership (not even a Porsche) and the sales team made me feel completely welcomed. My salesman Scott was very friendly and responsive via text. He was easy to talk to and made the buying experience a breeze. The dealer site was very transparent about price and I wasn t hit with random fees or markups when I arrived in person. Overall a great buying experience! I highly recommend this dealership.

Dealt w Scott who was effient and upfront. Whole process which isn't ever as fun as it mat sound, was easy, clean and professional. I believe they tried working w me as best they could and I drove off in a bad storm w a 2024 Macan, Gentian Blue w beige interior,- and I'm loving it! And their snack bar is great too!!

Nick Rocco is your guy. Where best to start? I've been searching for Porsche Cayenne's for some time and having reached out to roughly 10 vehicles, none of them were as responsive or attentive as Nick was. I've purchased 3 Porsche's over the last 4 years from different dealers and this was one of the very best experiences I've ever had. Being an out-of-state buyer, I was apprehensive to make the trip but Porsche Monmouth is the "Anti-Dealer" and really broke the mold of the sleezy car dealerships.The exchange was very up front with our pricing conditions and terms laid out over the phone. In the instances where some concerns or requests were escalated, he got back to me promptly. Prior to making the 3 hour drive up, expectations were set and managed appropriately. Upon my arrival, Nick welcomed me with the Cayenne up front.Brian then greeted me and evaluated my trade in (and even taught me a few things along the way) before Nick and I went on a drive. Everything was as expected and while I sat with Noah to complete the paperwork, the car was detailed before being presented to me in their delivery room. Car purchasing should be straight forward like this and Porsche Monmouth reflects the brands' reputation. This was an experience rather than just a purchase and they've earned a customer for life. Nick and I keep in touch to this day where I keep him up to date with my trackday shennanigans in my 911. Porsche Monmouth is the leading dealer in the NY Metro area and this reputation was earned by the likes of Nick, Noah, and Brian.

The team at Porsche Monmouth is simply fantastic. This was my first time purchasing a Porsche and the team at Porsche Monmouth made it a seamless and pleasant experience. From inquiring about the vehicle's details all the way through delivery of my new Cayenne, I was in good hands from start to finish. My interactions with Steve and Gina were informative, professional and truly enjoyable. After I received a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle's features with Liam, I then drove my new car over 500 miles back home to Ohio. It was the best drive of my life!Like many others, I researched my purchase for several months before I committed to the Porche Cayenne. I consider the BMW M5 and M7, the MB GLE and GLS along with the Audi SQ7. I can't tell you how thrilled I am with my decision to purchase a Porsche Cayenne S Platinum Edition. The car drives like a dream and has more power and capability than I'll ever need. There's an undefinable quality about driving a Porsche that can only be experienced from behind the wheel. Outstanding service experience. I came in without an appointment mid-afternoon, semi-urgent issue. Tom L, service advisor finessed getting our Cayenne turned around same day (fortunate the part was on hand). Was given a shuttle ride home in the interim. Professional, friendly people throughout.

I can t say enough good things about Porsche Monmouth. From the moment one walks into the dealership, you are greeted with smiles and friendly guidance, with no pressure to purchase a vehicle. The Ambassador I worked with, Rachael, was extremely knowledgeable about the pre-owned vehicle I was interested in and its history and was also very transparent about the trade-in and deal. Mike was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided me a very helpful tutorial about the vehicle s operation. The transaction was very smooth and transparent.

When we arrived at Monmouth Porsche NJ, we were warmly greeted by Porsche Sales consultant Nick Rocco. We were acquiring information on the 2021 Macan GTS-in Chalk color. Mr Rocco, had amazing detailed information on this particular vehicle and the build, because he was the prior owner. Mr Rocco, was professional, personable, and detailed. Closing the purchase deal, we had the pleasure to do business with the Finance Manager Gina Shevick. The process was quick and through. During the process, she use high end technology forms. There was a computer screen on her desk, we used specialized pens to sign documents-we were impressed. Thank you for the Porsche gifts too. She was informative and offered additional specialized Porsche care packages. Mrs Shevick, was knowledgeable, professional, and displayed awesome attention to detail, thank you for the Porsche gifts. The delivery, Mr Rocco and Kevin Bogart. Mr Bogart, patiently, explained the operational features of the 2021 Macan GTS, making sure we were comfortable with the operations before we left the dealership, thank you! I want to give a very special thank-you to Nick Rocco, for the back story in the Macan GTS build, and extras for the car you were nice enough to include. My wife and I conducted business with at least 5 other Porsche dealers in different states over 20+ years. This purchase experience from Monmouth Porsche, NJ was one of my favorites.

I would like to applaud & give kudos to Mike Cascello/service advisor as well as the service team. My appointment was as expected on time and service needed was explained promptly. Their expertise guided me through my options. Service needed was complete, throughly, quick and 100% to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Porsche of Long Branch NJ. Excellent 5stars! Bonus was driving home in a clean car both outside and in. Just Spectacular!!!

Bring your Porsche here to service! From Front desk to service advisor are polite and professional it is definitely night and day difference after I have endured dealing with the nonsense of not providing loaner because car was not purchased from them while took them one week for a software update recall on my taycan at Ray Catena

Just bought a beautiful red Macan and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Anthony LoPresti and the entire team were so patient and so courteous. They definitely make you feel special! Also thanks to the two amazing "tech" guys that helped show us around the car and help set up the bluetooth and Apple Car Play. I highly recommend Porsche Monmouth!
