When I tell you KINDNESS AND EASE. As a woman it can be hard sometimes to deal with car stuff at least for me and Tony and Martin literally PUSHED MY car out the garage in order to have it towed because it had flat tires. He was committed. He helped me with my stuff, and was super professional and timely on the phone. I couldn t of asked for kinder humans, I was like i m going to go out my way to leave a review!!!! thank you for taking care of betsy!

My car broke down in a friend's driveway. I googled car towing service near me. Petro and two other services came up but Petro had a 5 star rating so I called them. They quoted me a reasonable price on the phone. Arrived in the time frame specified and provided a fast reliable and courteous towing service. Deserves 5 stars! Very friendly and affordable. We tried a few before this company and they all were too expensive or were too busy. When I called their number it was such a relief that we finally found a towing company! They got to our location within a really good time frame. Just overall AMAZING service! Highly recommend them!

I broke down on my Harley off Ocean Ave on a Thursday morn and after calling my insurance (Progressive, who ended up being no help, even with road side assistance) I called Petro Towing via Google search and found that they do motorcycle Towing. I needed it towed to Shoreline Harley only 5 miles away. Spoke to Vinny who was the driver that day and he was fairly close by, and showed up within 45 mins. I helped him load the bike and Vinny was a really great guy, very helpful and also brought me to an atm to get him cash...Only downfall is it cost $200 for a motorcycle tow, but it Def is a liability for the tow company so it's understandable. All in all an outstanding experience and will likely use them again if ever needed. Word of advice, make sure you get a receipt in case you have road side assistance thru insurance etc... U can submit a copy to them for reimbursement... Thanks Vinny and Kim!!

Petro towing helped us to transport one of our pieces of machinery from the manufacturer to our shop. During the estimate process they were easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions and concerns. We decided to use this company because their pricing is fair and they were 100% willing to help us with this what we needed for this tow. During the delivery of our machine, Vinny took the time to help our team get it off the truck, and used his own tools to make it easy for us. This is an excellent company and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional company.

Vinnie was a life saver yesterday! We stopped at a local store to get ice to take to the beach and inadvertently locked the keys in the trunk of the car! We called another local towing place and were told the wait was at least an hour. An hour and a half later they had not showed so we called Vinnie at Petro. Thank goodness! He showed up before the first towing company and went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. He watched YouTube videos with us and successfully got the job done. And not a scratch on the car. He saved our beach day and did it with a smile. Highly recommend Vinnie and Petro towing!Service: Car lockouts

I got stuck in the snow at the bottom of my driveway due to the snow plows plowing me in. I attempted to drive over the huge mounds with my SUV, however, I got stuck & couldn t move. After trying to shovel myself out, I googled tow truck services & contacted Petro Towing in Long Branch since Lexus wouldn t help me. I spoke with Kim, the receptionist/dispatcher & she was the start of my great experience as she was very kind, helpful & understanding. I waited maybe 1/2 hr until Vinny, the owner showed up. I must say that was a very quick response as I m sure there s been many calls with people doing the same thing I did. Vinny was so kind & I m truly grateful that I chose Petro Towing! He took a look to see how he could get my truck out, asked for a shovel; shoveled out where I was stuck the most & he was able to drive my truck out of my driveway!! Even better was the fact that he didn t charge me & said he didn t want to put chains & such on my truck because it was too nice. Talk about being nice, Vinny was awesome & I can t thank him & his staff enough for helping me!! I would highly recommend Petro Towing to anybody that asks for a referral & will definitely use them again!! They made my horrible day so much better....THANK YOU!!!

Petro Towing was by far the best towing experience ive ever had. The driver was extremely friendly and professional. I just bought a new vehicle today and needed it towed. They were able to come out on a sunday, and the driver actually arrived 5 minutes early. Also, their pricing is extremely reasonable. Overall a great experience.

I called Petro Towing when my car wouldn't start. They responded quickly and were able to start my car and I ended up not needing a tow. Great honest service! If you are in the Asbury Park area & need a tow, this is the company to call!

Vinny is the best!! I mean the very best!! Locked my keys in the trunk of my car...and my car doors were locked. He was able to open the car doors, but because the key wasn't used to open the doors, the trunk remained locked!!! He figured out how to open the trunk without damaging any part of my vehicle. My battery died. Petro towing arrived early and jump started the car. They were so nice and courteous and waited to make sure I could drive my car to the service station. And, the price was reasonable.I highly recommend the company.

Petro Towing is great!!! The hood of my car unexpectedly flew up on the high way and would not lock and stay shut!!! So, I randomly selected a roadside assistance place on google and it was the best decision I could have made!!! I called Petro Towing in a panic and the secretary was the SWEETEST lady in the world and continued to check up on me after sending a driver out to help me. When the driver arrived (who also happened to be the owner), he was so kind and efficient!!! He got my hood to stay latched down and it took no more than 10mins. He was extremely sincere and the price was MORE than reasonable. Any time I am in a jam and need roadside assistance I will call Petro Towing!!! I can t thank them enough for being so genuine, fast, and efficient!!!

Excellent service! Very prompt, attentive, and professional. Helped me out with a flat tire on a Sunday. Now that s what I call excellent customer service. Would highly recommend and will contact petro towing in the future if I ever have another problem!

They are literally awesome. My car broke down on the side of RT 18, they picked us up and drove us to Howell. The driver was very friendly and accommodating while being super quick to show up. Thank you all for your help! Also, much cheaper than other companies local but so much better.

If I get into trouble with my car again Petro is who I'm calling. Vinny was extremely helpful and knowledgeabe and did something AAA couldn't do (on 3 visits!) If you're in a bind give them a call (showed up extremely fast also)

They were very quick with my request, arriving not 30mins from my initial call. Once I made the first call, they stayed in communication via phone and text about ETA, location, and process. The gentleman was very polite, and worked quickly with no BS. I would definitely recommend.
