Five stars! This car wash provided exceptional service. I take my dog everywhere, so my car was covered in dog hair. They went above and beyond with the vacuuming, leaving the interior spotless.The staff is incredibly friendly. Walter, Greg, and Angelica were all helpful and welcoming. Big thanks to the detail crew as well they managed to make my car look brand new, even after I spilled a smoothie in the center console!

Michael and his team were absolutely amazing. I had dogs in my car and the hair was a disaster! Been to every car wash around and this is the best in the area! They thoroughly took their time and it was beyond worth it. My car looks and smell brand new! The team was aces!

My go to car wash place. Everyone is so nice and always happy to help. The owner is always working along side his employees and willing to go the extra mile for his customers! 100% recommend coming here for your next car wash.

Very clean and the staff is fine. I have a monthly and the people there have been always been nice and do a good job of cleaning the inside and outside of the car. They even give my dog treats when he goes inside to wait with me

Place was good when it first opened, now it s terrible every time you go. Paid for the VIP wash and they didn t wipe down the car, there s still tons of visible dirt all over the car. Multiple times they ve forgotten my tire waxing too. Mind you, the place wasn t busy for either of those situations. It s not like it was a rush. Tried to pass it off as a bad day but it s every time now that my car is just as dirty as it was when I arrived. Very disappointed and waste of money

A couple of months back, I had the pleasure of taking my car in to Jersey Auto Spa Car Wash on Joline in W. Long Branch to wash & vacuum. Our Toyota has a push button ignition, but I inadvertently left the keys in the cup holder. As my vehicle came out of the rinse cycle, every door had locked down. Fortunately, the extremely nice manager took a special tool and opened the lock. Needless to say, I felt like a total idiot, but the manager said, "No worries!" Not only do these guys really clean your car from top to bottom. They also do it with an unusually polite attitude. Check these guys out. They're how every company in New Jersey should treat their customers!

Amazing attention to detail, got my car detailed and it looked like new. Mike and the staff are always friendly and addressing any concerns customers have. Would 100% recommend Jersey auto spa to everyone. the monthly membership is worth your money.

I brought my messy SUV to Jersey Auto Spa when it was filled with dog hair (I have two Great Danes). I bought the $60.00 wash and the guys cleaned it for over an hour! One man in particular really worked his butt off to get the dog hair out...the ceiling, the seats. I was really impressed. I felt like they went above and beyond. The manager also came out and shook my hand and introduced himself to me. I appreciated that management took the time to say hello. I will definitely be going back!

The manager is the nicest guy ever! I went in to get some scratches buffed out which other shops wanted to charge me a fortune. He not only did a wonderful job but he only charged me for a car wash. They have been doing great car washes for years. Decided to get the detail and I m so glad I did. The outside 8/10 the inside 10/10They went above and beyond for the inside with shampoo and conditioning all interior parts. The outside came out well also don t get me wrong. I just thought the plastic/rubber parts would have come out better. Take a look at photos. I would highly recommend them for a full detail. Took about ~5 hours.

I have used Jersey Auto Spa for many years. They are always professional and do a great job getting my car shining. I recently had some difficulty with a gift card. Michael, who is always very kind and friendly, was willing to help. When I continued to have difficulty, he got the owner involved. They were able to work it out, which I really appreciate. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their service.Services: Full body wash, Vacuuming

I purchased a monthly promotion from Jersey Auto Spa. They continued to charge me automatically, although this policy was not made clear when I signed up. I reached out to them 4 times, both on line & in person. They never responded to my complaint. In my opinion they are a fraud, and offer no customer service. They are not deserving of your trust or business.

BEST AUTO SPA IN LONG BRANCH! THEY OFFER THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE OWNER REMEMBERS EACH AND EVERY CUSTOMER! Highly recommend the unlimited wash monthly package! Excellent experience! Even when busy, they do a great job cleaning the inside and outer parts of the car. Only issue I have is that the inside windows could be done a little better.

Have always loved how clean my car looked after coming here.. Always looked brand new. Today, however, I was disappointed. My interior looked as if they had not vacuumed it.

Jersey auto spa did an amazing job detailing my car in less than 30 minutes staff is amazing . If you have any questions or concerns Michael will take care of anything . 10/10 experience

Went in for a car wash and they spent so much time on my car it looked like they did a detail. Mike is excellent . No other car wash in the area does it like they do it ! I am so happy and will continue to come back with both of my cars !!

Brought my car in for an exterior detail. The passenger side was covered in black tar/asphalt that didn't come off after going thru car wash. The guys at Jersey auto spa worked for over five hours to make the car look like new!! Excellent work - thank you
