I really liked my experience. I came in for an upgrade and within a very short glance at my truck and some self upgrades, Justin knew what look I was going for and had 2 wheel recommendations. Perfect tire pairing and glad i did the level kit. Thrilled with it, looks awesome and drives great.

VIP Wheel and tire is a great place for car repairs. The mechanic Carlos is honest and fair, giving you a realistic estimate without overpricing. They provide excellent value for their services.

A+ customer service. Needed an oil change and Carlos took me in last minute without an appointment. 30 mins later I had my oil changed and a new mechanic given how easily he diagnosed an issue I had for months that not even the dealership caught on to after doing a whole diagnostic. Very knowledgeable and good service!

Want to thank everyone on the VIP Auto Spa staff for providing me with peace of mind and exceptional service . i recently visited & upgraded my wheels & rims and was completed 100% Satisfied with my purchase all thanks to the staff and especially Justin who took the time to help me pick out the perfect setup for my budget . i was feeling a bit uneasy at the start because i didn't want to get sold too or pressured into a set of wheels i wasn't completely happy with and justin was honest and very knowledgeable on what particular type of wheels are best for my particular ride . i would highly recommend anyone visiting VIP Auto Spa . service is exceptional and they work with all budgets .thank you truly VIP .

The photos should say it all! This was my first time buying a brand new set of wheels and Isa (the owner) made it very easy for me. I don t think I have ever gotten such good customer service. Everyone here is very friendly, kind, polite and professional . I wasn t there long but they mounted my wheels, high speed balance, new sensors, new lug nuts and even colored my caliper because it looked rusty. They have a wide variety of inventory to choose from and they pretty much do anything when it comes to your car lol DEFINITELY THE BEST IN JERSEY!

Justin is simply phenomenal, there's no other way to put it. I struggled for days looking for wheels and tires for my Model Y online and came across tons of over priced nonsense. I had enough and just decided to look up a wheel and tire shop with good reviews, I came across this business and visited with high expectations. Justin was able to find me what I needed in less than a half hour, before I left he even patched up my tire while I wait for my stuff to come in. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you're in the market

Unbelievable service. Justin's knowledge and service is outstanding!!! I had no idea what type of rims I wanted. Justin's creativity was beyond amazing. Not only did I buy the rims he suggested, the service was so amazing I decided to buy new tires also. If you need rims, tires, remote start, or simply have questions look no further VIP Auto Spa is the place to go. I have never come across anyone in any business like Justin from VIP auto spa!!!

This place is the truth. They didnt try and pressure me into new wheels i didnt want or need. Gave me solid info on different brands and their strength and weaknesses and even about lay flat wheel sensors vs sensors that stand straight up. Big shoutout to Auggie from @allinonestopshop for referring me here.

My truck broke down just by quick checks filling station called couple of mechanics but VIP wheels came through big time. They attended to my truck even though it was already passed their closing hours, guys this people are so so amazing, helped pull my trailer with their personal vehicle for proper packing and they still got my truck running, their services was amazing and price was very friendly I will recommend VIP Wheels again and again. God bless you guys am super super grateful there are still good people in America and VIP Wheels is definitely one of them

I want to a few tire and rim places and have to say by far the best experience I had was here with Justin. He is friendly and doesn't push you to buy something you don't want. I had been hesitant with dealing with a rim store since I felt they would overcharge me. But I had purchase rims and tires and was taken care of within a few hours. This is the place to go. Trust me you will leave with rims and tires that day.

I pulled in here as I needed a tire service on the spot, they didn t have tires of my choice at the store but they were able to get and install them, they even went above and beyond and offered me a ride to pick up my son from school as they worked on the car and home I went, happy and satisfied with the overall service. Other shops wouldn't mount and balance my tires because I didn't buy them from them. I called VIP and had them put on the next day.Awesome service!!!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get something done to their car or truck. Love this place, great people!!!!

Walking into this store the set up was amazing wheels, tires, rims hit me soon as I walked in. I knew nothing about remote start. There was a very nice gentleman, Justin, who explained in every way how it worked, installation, the benefits of remote start. He installed my remote starter right away, gave me an amazing price much less than the dealer, I also got a great deal on two tires. Incredible service, great prices, hardly any wait, I will never go anywhere else. I would recommend VIP Auto Spa to all my colleagues and friends.

Excellent customer service. If I could get 10 stars I would. I am from out of state and was going on a long journey and need to tires very badly stopped into this place and was intimidated a little with all of these big wheels all over. But I ve got to talk to a salesman named Justin which made me feel at ease with the information he provided me with for my tire for my vehicle and explain to me the difference between an inexpensive tire that is good for just local and a tire a little bit more expensive which would give me a lot more mileage and last longer. I took His advice and went with the more expensive one I couldn t be happier I made it back to North Carolina with no problems. Thank you again Justin

I came to VIP looking for new wheels for my Honda Civic after I had an unpleasant experience at another place. I had a few other things in mind but Justin was honest about what I needed and didn t need for the car. Didn t try to sell me more than what I needed. They did a great job and the wheels came out great. I m very happy with the work and I m planning to come back to VIP in the future.
