Stay away!!!The Auto Network is a scam. Simon and Christine are liars. They will make fraudulent claims and promises during the sale and then ghost you. They advertise their vehicles as guaranteed to pass inspection, but all they do is reset the codes and then will never answer your calls again. They sold me a Toyota Rav 4 that I ended up having to spend over 1500 on repairs to get to pass inspection after they lied in the advertisements and did not hold true to their word to repair the issues. They also took over 6 months to register my car after charging me a $300 DMV fee.This business is so fraudulent I don t know how they even continue to exist. I m only writing this review because I don t want to see other people get taken advantage of by these liars like I did.

Do not trust this dealer. I purchased a car from them a year ago and carfax report said no accident and no damages but now when I am trying to sell the car, carfax shows an accident and damage reported in 2015 . Very suspicious dealer.

Simon was a breath of fresh air. Personable, calm and patient in the total process. I abhor the whole process of car purchasing and Simon somehow made it one of the easiest transaction we've ever done.We traveled from a small town in CT and I will willingly travel to purchase another car with Simon.

Had all four brakes and rotors repaired. Fabulous service with fair and reasonable prices. Very happy, couldn t have asked for better! I would recommend The Auto Network to anyone for all of their car care needs!

July 14, 2022. Just purchased a 2013 Mini Cooper Convertible from this dealer. The person I dealt with is named John. He went above and beyond to make this sale a very pleasant one. The car was just as described on the advertisement. We are extremely happy with it. I highly recommend this dealership. Customer service and attention is great. AA++

Someone drove from Connecticut??? That s insane. I m not doubting this is good place to purchase a car but I read a review that someone said they came from CT and would do it again. Are you telling me that in all of Connecticut there s not a dealership that you can buy a car for a similar deal. lol I wish could respond to the person that wrote that review. It s sick out there. I gave a 4 star based on all the reviews I read.

Great team , from start to finish. Found a great IS250 for a great price and very satisfied with my purchase. The level of professionalism is above and beyond. I highly recommend them if your in the market for a car, great service, fair prices and knowledgeable staff.

My partner and I needed to buy a car during the pandemic, and I was dreading trying to do so safely and conveniently. Simon and Christine were great every step of the way. They were transparent, helpful, and not pushy at all. They even went above and beyond to deliver the car to us in New York so that we didn't have to come back to the dealership a second time on public transportation. I can't recommend them highly enough. Not to mention we love our car and it drives great!!

The best car buying experience ever! I have bought many cars before from different dealers and it was always a hassle and a long and draining process. Simon was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I got thr car i wanted at a great price and I was in and out in 1 hour. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a car.

This place is a gem and is so refreshing to come across an honest family owned business! I was in the market to purchase my mother a used yet affordable car in good condition. After shopping around, I am so happy that I chose to work with The Auto Network. The purchase process was so clear and you could feel the genuine desire to help from everyone at the dealership. Fast forward a year later, I went back when I was looking to lease a Mercedes Benz for myself. The team still remembered my name and went above and beyond to help me once again. Pricing was competitive and they are more than willing to help with any questions or needs after leaving the dealership which I experienced for myself during this last year with my moms car. Christine is always available to help and has such a contagious energy no matter the time of day! I had a good buying experience at this dealership. A friendly family atmosphere. I purchased a used Mercedes, they did entertain a negotiation and we met in the middle. So far the car has been great. I asked the car be cold before I got there and it was. I would purchase from them again. I didn't get a warranty and there wasn't one offered so there really isn't anything to complain about as far as the car goes. As for the people at the dealership go, friendly faces and they were all family which was nice. Simon, even got me some coffee!If they have a vehicle you are interested in, I would defiantly recommend them.Cheers

Purchased a 2006 Nissan Altima Low mileage and GREAT price. Simon and his crew made this experience extremely pleasant which wasn't my experience with some other dealerships I worked with in the past. Honest and very efficient in the process. This was my first time buying a car and I really didn t know what to expect. Thankfully Simon and Christine were so helpful and made the whole experience amazing! They were very transparent about the car s information and answered all my questions about the service history, including supplying me with a Carfax as soon as I test drove. They talked me through the whole process and helped me understand exactly what I was going to do next. I was intimidated by the thought of financing a car on my own, but they both did everything they could to made sure that I would be getting the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend coming here and I m so glad I did. Thanks again, Simon and Christine!

The auto network is honestly where I'd go from this point on when it comes to buying used or purchasing a new car. Simon and Jack have helped me beyond I expected. I have always dreaded dealerships and car buying experiences, but this is all gone with these guys. I never ever left a dealer before where I felt that I wasn't screwed with the pricing, but today is a whole different story. I left knowing that I got the fairest lease price. Simon helped me find the exact car I wanted and got everything prepped for me till I arrived. I signed the paperwork and left in less than a half an hour with the car I have been dreaming of.Simon, I really appreciate your hard work on this SUV.Highly recommend these guys.

The Auto Network helped me get the car that I wanted. They ran it through the shop and provided the car fax with all the maintenance and services on the car. Very friendly, helpful, and informative people. Huge thanks to Simon, Christine, and the rest of the staff for all the help. Highly recommend going here as for the service is great and the car options vary nicely. They also said that if I ever need anything or help with the car they will look at it right at the shop, or take it to one of their other shops. Thank you so much.

The staff here is very helpful and kind. They were attentive to my needs and concerns and helped my spouse and I. They were not intimidating like my other car dealer experiences. I took home a 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander and my family now has a comfortable and safe vehicle to drive for a affordable price. Definitely going to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for vibes, A good quality car and a good price.

I had purchased a Honda Accord from the auto network dealership, the staff were amazing and very helpful. Simon took his time to show me the available cars and attended to my needs. I'm very thankful for their hard work and honesty. I will defiantly recammend them to anyone for purchasing a used car. The staff are very knowledgeable about their cars, which makes it easier for their customers when making a purchase. Thanks again

I haven t completed my search yet but the manager Simon of The Auto Network is a true blue guy. In a time when there s so much dishonesty and greed it s nice to find someone who gives you all the facts and is straight up. It s not about making a quick sale it s about making loyal customers. Happy customers bring more customers and their business will be successful on that alone.

After a very elongated search for a used car, I stumbled upon The Auto Network at which I was very pleased. Simon helped me a great deal and was very professional with his work. I love the car he sold me and I plan to use his dealership in the future to buy any other cars. This is a dealer I would highly recommend to anyone trying to purchase a used car.

Simon brings the human factor into play and that's what I find most important in sales and for a salesman. No one at this dealership is out to get you, just looking to work with you and find the best most affordable vehicle for you. I got a 2006 Lexus es330 with 87000 miles and it runs like a beauty. I've always heard about the reputation of pushy car salesman and the negative things that come with the auto industry but I didn't get any of that here, even when just checking in to look into other options or issues regarding the car they treat you very well. Get a car here, you'll love the service as much as the car you get.

I ve experienced going to a dealership before and it took so long but The Auto Network was super fast and convenient, specially when it s located 25 minutes from me.
