I met Service Manager, Rosie Martinez after I got stuck in NJ during a business trip with no other way to get home other than my Mazda that was temporarily out of commission. Rosie was wonderful and handled my requests with promptness, professionalism, and care. She made my experience painless and quick. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael at Mazda of Lodi and I couldn t be happier with my experience. Michael was an excellent salesperson who made the negotiation process easy and enjoyable. He was very trustworthy and I felt like he had my best interests in mind throughout the entire process.The management team was also fantastic and came over to thank me for my purchase. Even though my car was a few years old, the service department took great care of it and made it look brand new. They were also very hospitable when I had to see the service department to have an additional key made.Overall, I had a great experience at Mazda of Lodi and I m looking forward to working with them again. I took my 23 Mazda to Lodi to have my mirror fixed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Shout out to Rosie who treats you like family from tje moment she meets you! I will definitely be back for any service needs and then when my lease is up. Great staff, beautiful dealership.

I had such a good experience here! Bought my first vehicle today Mazda CX5, and had such a pleasant experience with our sales guy Michael! Big shout out to you for being such a great help throughout the process.Also the whole staff was very cordial and supportive.Best part was I didn t feel pressured to make a decision. I would highly recommend this store.Shout out to Fabian and Rick for their amazing leadership.The store was very well kept, clean and had a good lounge. Also it s very inclusive and LGBTQ friendly. Kudos to the whole team.

Easiest car leasing experience ever. I contacted Mazda of Lodi online at 11am and by 4pm my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the dealership, there were no surprise fees, everything was just as discussed. Mr. Noble was great to work with via text, and I am very pleased with the vehicle so far. He even installed the tags when they arrived, as promised when i picked up the vehicle several weeks later. Highly recommend the team at Mazda of Lodi.

Came in for a simple service as my oil change was due. Came out with a 3k estimated bill siting 4 emergencies !! My car was running flawless and none of this makes sense. I also went to a Mazda service different location in July and got a 1600 repair bill. No warnings of these other emergencies at that time. Completely shocked and will update my review if my second opinion look states they are correct. All the good reviews here are for buying a car.. the service reviews are not good. Here s some truth.Update - correct, this place was trying to pull extra $$. Only 1 of 4 issues in serious need of repair.. certified by another MAZDA.. !!

Worked with Jennifer who got me into the CX-5 I really wanted at a great price. Didn't even have to show up to the dealership to get quoted an offer and when I showed up there were no surprises and we were able to close on the car quite easily. She and the rest of the staff are very helpful and they went the extra mile and got me discounts and rebates that were available to me that I didn't even know about. I will absolutely be doing business with them again in the future!

I was very leery walking into a dealership and having to go through the "car purchase experience". We've all heard the stories of how this experience can be a painful one. Henny Diaz was my salesman, he went far and beyond making our experience pleasant (2024 CX-5 Carbon Edition). I'm trying to save the most money and Mazda is trying to make the most money. I believe we were able to make a fair deal. My son is also in the market for a car and Henny will be his salesman. Marlon, our finance person was very patient with us...our bank was not cooperating. Will recommend Mazda of Lodi again.

Excellent experience every time! This time we worked with Rick Maher (Sales Manager). Rick was attentive, flexible, and thorough. We liked that he explained everything surrounding the old and new lease. We could tell he was very passionate about what he does. I switched over to Mazda of Lodi in 2017 after a horrible experience with Wayne Mazda. Now, I drive all the way to Lodi (which is farther from my house) in order to get the type of service that only Lodi provides! Loving my new cx-30!

Had a great experience at Mazda of Lodi. My car had a serious engine problem that was covered under warranty. They fixed everything quickly, were very responsive, communicated well, provided a loaner. Kelly was my service advisor. She was great.

It started very well but it ended in a sour note, which leaves me at doubt if I want to do business with them again.We agreed on a price. Soon after I asked for the addition of all weather mats. C.L. promised to add them for the same price if I closed that day.That promise wasn t kept. C.L. increased the final price by $100 to cover the cost of weather mats. It s OK. I accepted and closed that day but at least I expected all of weather mats to be installed. I discovered a couple of days later that there wasn t any mat installed in the cargo area.I emailed C.L. No response!I emailed him again next day. He responded that he would ask the manager to see if I could go pick up the mat at no additional charge. No response again!I emailed the Sales Manager / President. No response!Granted, I shouldn t have left without noticing the lack of weather mat on the cargo. But this dealer s posture of repeatedly ignoring a buyer who gave you a quick sale and all this for just an insignificant matter, in my view is not an inviting business attitude for future dealings. OK.

Came to look for a car and and after negotiating a price I was told I wasnt able to get financing. After going home I get a call two hours later that I was able to get financing. The following they ran my credit AGAIN. Two days later I'm told the bank won't approve the car then I'm told the car I wanted sold. This increased my purchase price tremendously then they offered me a extremely high interest rate on a car priced higher than we agreed upon. Never again.

Smooth and easy process working with Mazda of Lodi. Not the dealer I bought it at but after bad experiences at that dealer this was a breath of fresh air. No hidden fees, straight forward about work to be done and price. Will definitely go back after such a great experience.

I was pleasantly surprised how professional the staff at the dealership was. Car sales people often get a bad reputation for being pushy but I made the exact opposite experience at this dealership. Matt Dalia, the person who helped me out with the car, was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient and an absolute delight to work with. So was Galen Dorry who helped me with financing the car and was a total pro. No one tried to up-sale me or sale me anything I didn't need. It was overall a very pleasant experience and I walked (drove) away with my dream car. 10 out of 10 recommended. Make sure to ask for Matt!!

I had a great experience at Mazda of Lodi! They did not have the car I originally wanted in stock. But Carlos Estevez was a great help, he showed me some other options and helped me pick out the perfect car. I was able to come home with a car on that day and couldn t have been happier. The dealership is also beautifully designed. Ultimately, the friendly staff made it such a smooth process. I would recommend this location to anyone interested in buying a Mazda. My mom says she is going to be the next one to go buy a Mazda lol.

Very poor after-sales service!My husband and I bought a pre-owned Mazda CX-5 in February this year, and we had a great experience at Mazda of Lodi offices, they provided us with free Starbucks coffee and water which was a plus!The salesman, a guy called Dre who assisted us, was friendly and willing to show us their different options. We fell in love with the red Mazda, and somehow he convinced us to buy it the same day.The process was a bit tedious, as we had to wait long hours in the waiting room, but we thought was going to be worth it. After several hours and phone verifications (with the insurance company, bank... etc), we could finally sign in the papers and take the new car home.Before leaving, they told us to feel free to call or write them in case we have any questions or issues with the new vehicle.As new car owners, we were so excited that we didn't notice anything wrong. But later in the week, we saw a couple of signs on the car table that were not usual. The first one was the car key battery which was very low. We decided to change it on our own and realized that the plastic case was broken and didn't close well.Then, some days after the purchase, we noticed that the air pressure of the wheels was low. We were busy that week with other commitments, so we wrote an e-mail to Dre to give us a solution, as we invested a lot in this car and expected these minimum details to be fixed. His answer was to call the customer service.Three weeks later, we noticed that the car didn't have the inspection sticker and thought it was weird as we weren't told anything about it when we bought the car. We wrote Dre, and his answer (again) was to contact customer service.We called customer service and they referred us to Dre. We were annoyed as was he who told us to call that line. We called again the seller and he sounded arrogant and gave us very vague answers.In my experience, YOU MAZDA can do it better as you are leaving a very bitter impression on your customers. That kind of attitude makes me feel that you are only there to take the people's money and once you get it, you just don't care. That seems very hypocritical and fake from your people.

Service experience was great! I just moved to NJ from FL and this dealership was the closest to me. I had a really good first experience in here, Rosi in the Service department was super nice, kind and helpful. They were very quick with my Service, clear and honest. I even requested some services that were not necessary and they told me about this and didn't charge me for it, other dealership would have done it anyways and charge you. Thank you Mazda of Lodi!

The reason behind my leasing of the Mazda CX5 Carbon Edition was the red leather seats that sold me. The person I chose to find me a car to my liking and my swag was no better that my former HS baseball player Jeffrey Sanchez who works for Familia Leasing Group who knows me very well.
