They assisted me in choosing tires, taking the time to explain their recommendations based on my driving requirements, especially for winter and snow conditions.Not only did they help me with tire selection, but they also provided valuable insights into the condition of my vehicle. They guided me on whether to replace a control arm and identified other issues, giving me the option to address them immediately or plan for future repairs.Nelson and Brandon's expertise made me feel confident in their recommendations. First time coming here and was immediately greeted by everyone in the store. I had just purchased a bulb for my front right headlight that was out but autozone would not install it. So I asked a gentlemen whose name is cliff who immediately offered to put it in for me. He was happy to help, and did it in less than a minute. We tested it out and were good to go. Perfect example on what customer service looks like.Thanks again!

I came in the morning to get all 4 tires replaced and new brakes done. Clifford was very nice and helpful. My car runs very smooth now and I will definitely come back if I have any issues in the future. I highly recommend going to this location and asking for Clifford due to good customer service and great services.

I went in on a Sunday needing an alignment asap and I was greeted nicely so courteous and friendly. They met my needs with the alignment; a difference in ride is felt it is a lot more smoother so definitely worth the review! Also it was quite fast in less than an hour i was in and out I recommend this place %100 will be back for my maintenance here!

I had a 4:20pm appointment to have my back tire looked at. Nelson and Clifford took wonderful care of my car. I was out of there in 20 minutes. I had a nail in the tire and they fixed it for me. Excellent and friendly service. I highly recommend them for your repair needs. I would definitely go back there again, thank you!

The guy I spoke to on the phone was very charismatic and was able to squeeze me in at the end of their day. They also gave me a great deal on all the work they did on my car. Would highly reccomend!

Went in for a quick oil change first time customer. Brandon at the service desk provides great and friendly service. My technician that performed the service Adrian had the car finished in 30 minutes. Peace of mind is priceless visit this location for any maintenance.

Clifford and marcus were super friendly and very helpful. Had a leak in my front tire and was told two hours which I understand as a walk in. Clifford took my keys and literally 15minutes had the tire plugged and all ready to go. Mind you the vehicle I drive is a fleet vehicle and they have to get a bunch of authorizations for work. They did work and told me don t worry about. Can t recommend this location more! Stand up guys and amazing customer service.

I came in today for new tires and the front desk employee Emani was very helpful, kind, and informative. He gave me multiple options to help me stay within my budget and was able to answer all my questions very thoroughly. Jeboi was the employee to work on my car and he was did a great job and I'm very happy with my experience here.

I was pressed for time and money. I needed 3 new tires asap they were going to pop at anytime. I came in with my kids trying to juggle things. The big boss at Lodi Mavis hooked me up with a deal so I was able to afford 3 new tires with warranty. Idk his name but if I say the big boss over at Lodi Mavis you ll know who I m talking about. There s still good people out there. Thanks

I had to get new tires for my car, so I made a reservation at Mavis Discount Tire. When I got there, Clifford helped me out. He checked me in and personally went to work on my car. It was clear that he took extra steps to make sure the job was done right and didn't upsell me on unnecessary work (told me I should do an alignment with my dealer instead due to my rims). I really appreciated his expertise and would definitely recommend Mavis Discount Tire to anyone looking for new tires.

I ve had a few bad experiences with other shops, so I was skeptical but decided to try here after reading a few other positive reviews. I m so happy I did! Everyone at this location was amazing to work with Super professional front office staff - thanks Alessia! and everyone who worked on my car (which needed more work than I even realized) was super informative but also just super kind. I have to definitely give the biggest shout out to Nelson, he was honest, friendly, not condescending (word to the wise guys, women know about cars too) and just went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out. I know I will be coming back here in the future and will gladly encourage others to give them a chance. Thanks guys!

Overall A+ service and customer satisfaction thanks to Nelson. I came in to do a oil change and see what was needed on my vehicle I was approached by Nelson who by far was very professional and very knowledgeable about services I needed. He helped me and I musttruly say because of him I will be referring everyone I know and he has earned a life long customer.

Clifford is fantastic! I came first thing in the morning to have my tire fixed and he was professional, patient and took the time to explain my options to me before making the repairs. I would highly recommend bringing your car here!

I just wanted to change the rear 2 brake pads and it took 2 hours. But the real problem is that when I took my car, the brake, ABS and anti-skid lights were on. At that moment, I told guy the problem and they told me that it would fix itself by using it. I called 3 days later and said the problem still persists, they told me to bring my car and they would fix it. I went and an hour and a half later they said they couldn't do it and I had to go to another location. This costed me 1 day. And I found out that it was a very dangerous problem. Now I'm asking, will you cover my lost day while you're asking for 114 dollars an hour? Definitely go to a local auto mechanic.

I went there this morning and Clifford was extremely helpful and very polite. He explained my issue and showed me what was wrong. He knew I had to get to work and made sure to get me out as fast as he could. Would recommend this place for sure

Went in last week because I blew out a tire and received a good deal for that tire, shortly after was getting minor leak from same tire, I bought it in today and they fixed the issue quickly and for free. Would recommend to anyone looking for great service and wide selection of tires.Thank you!
