DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! This is by far the most unprofessional autobody shop I have ever had the nightmare of dealing with. I regret making the initial phone call which lead me to them. Tony is not only a horrible mechanic, but he's also a liar. I was his client yet he felt the need to show up at my dads home, who he had never spoken to let alone met, looking for payment when he knew we were awaiting a check from the insurance company. He never quoted me a price. Just asked me how much I was getting and assumed that would be his payment. He used a 2x4, Yes wood, to hold my bumper in place, it's currently still there as I type this. Did I mention it's going to now cost me an extra $2000.00 to fix the "work" He did so I can drive my vehicle? Yup. He is a shame and this place is a scam. I will be reporting them. He did not paint properly, never sealed the coat so the paint looks matte and unfinished. He didn't plug my horn back in and used tape on a piece that should not have tape as it gets very hot. To top it off the day before I was picking up my vehicle he decided he wanted $600.00 more dollars then he knew I was getting. Never mentioned an increase before, but after speaking with my dad dropped that bomb on me. I didn't pay the extra money obviously. However, instead of owning up and fixing the vehicle as promised he told me he'd see me in court if I expect anything else done. These people are not a registered shop in the state of NJ. Save yourself the headache and just go elsewhere. I will update if Tony or the owners decide to do the right thing. Taking advantage of me because I'm just some dumb girl isn't okay and maybe hang up the phone before you say things like that... if I could give them zero stars I would! This is your warning people.

I'm very sceptical going elsewhere to have my vehicles worked on but this time around I was sympathetic to the person and the situation at hand and had my car serviced here. The end result was very positive. Thank you.
