The whole team is great. They do pickup / Dropoff which is nice. They gave me a good loaner this last time. Dan the service advisor is very communicative and friendly. Addressed all of my issues.

First visit to find out about license plate bracket for a Sprinter 2500. Mike Taylor set me straight about what was needed, or not needed, and he saved me $168. Installed front plate for me too. If the rest of the organization is like my first experience with Mike, then they re top notch in my book.

I made a service appointment 3 weeks in advance. I told them I would need a loner car. Checking in and dropping off my car went very quickly and smoothly. Then .I waited over one hour for my car!!!
