Wow, I've never experienced this amount of unprofessional-ism in my life. I had a basic oil change done under the Jeep warranty a year ago. I dropped off the car at 830/9am and was told it would be a few hours and they would call when done. Didn't receive a cal and started calling them multiple times later in the afternoon and the service rep I was transferred to didn't pick up. I decided to go there in person since it was almost 5pm and I needed to pick up my kid from daycare. I was told the rep left early but the car was ready. I never received a phone call before he left for the day. I chalked it up that he forgot and left a negative review on their post service survey, stating that as the reason for the negative review. Come to my next scheduled oil change, I had scheduled 4 appointments all of which were cancelled within 48 hours. I kept calling to no answer or getting transferred to a rep who didn't pick up. Finally I got through to the rep who cancelled and told me "you leave us a bad review, we're not gonna service you" and hung up after I questioned this practice. Unreal, will never take my business there again.

Management very very bad,Not responsible, carefully if you buy a car here check the paint veri good, i have case only 6 days the car in my hands whit one dodge challenger 2022 the car coming with manufacturer paint probem in one small part of the car in the back , please be careful check the car good before take the keys.I ready inspect the car in professional and license paint shop repair . And the manager certified is the manufacturer damage.UPDATE : Please be carful when you sign the AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATION, with the paper signed they try to never fix any problem that the vehicle comes with ( factory problems) we have Teterboro in court.I Not recomend this dealership !!!!BAD MANAGEMENT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

Not happy with the customer service here at all !! I really recommend going to another dealerships to purchase your car! My husband just bought a new 2022 challenger and we informed the sales person that the car had a manufacture, paint problem and the manager Tim Credick said he was not going to do anything about it. Even after sending the sales person an email that the Dodge sent us, Saying That the dealership where we bought the car has to submit a claim to get it fixed! I feel so bad for my husband he hasn't been able to enjoy his car neither has he gotten it washed because he s scared its going to continue peeling! This is unacceptable!! But it s okay my husband will find a solution and I support him in every move!

This dealership was phenomenal! John and Darryl went above and beyond. They were welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, and made the car buy process a breeze. Best experience I had buying a car from start to finish. Keep it up!

I called to get scheduled for 2 safety recalls. Trucks a year old. The first question was did you buy the truck here?. My answer was I came to you first to buy it because I live in a town near you but your salesman told me he could not take my KIA in off lease. Id have to get rid of it myself. That was a deal breaker for me. I wanted to buy and them take the car as most dealers do. So no. I did not buy this truck from you.I was then informed he is not allowed to schedule any safety recalls and offered to give me a phone number for another dealer. I said I live by you and the card I recieved says locate your closest dealer. I then said book me out 3 months if needed, but please book me. He stood his ground and said I'm not allowed to book any safety recalls. Not cool. Especially since I offered to wait 3 months for service.

I called to schedule my 2nd service on my Jeep Wrangler and Carlos was so rude from the start. He asked me where I serviced my vehicle last and I provided him with the information thinking he d use this to find my car. He immediately stated he couldn t take me here because I have jeep wave and I needed to go back to the location where i purchased my vehicle (which was even a different location than where I serviced it last). Doesn t make sense. What if I purchased my vehicle in another state and moved to jersey? And how did the other dealer take me in even though I didn t purchase it there? Then he proceeded to tell me that the next appointment was 2 months out. I told him that s funny because online it says they have an opening two weeks out but he made some corny excuse saying the advisor would cancel it. Carlos seems like someone who hates his job and doesn t want to waste his time scheduling an appointment. He hung up on me twice and I wasn t able to make the appointment. When I told him I would write a google review he said go ahead I m sure you re good at them. He has a smart mouth to be the face/voice or your service scheduling department.After contacting jeep wave, Carlos, you are such a terrible liar. Jeep wave confirmed I can go to ANY jeep dealership to redeem my oil change and tire rotations. You should try to be nice to people and good things will come in return :)

I had a problem with the start/stop icon and the engine icon appeared on the display. I gave the car to them to check what was going on, they replaced some sensors, and then the icons went out for a moment. And before I left the workshop, the same thing happened again... I had to come back three times, then I had doubts and gave the car to someone. another one, although he didn't repair the engine because he said the dealer would do it under warranty. so I went back to the dealership a total of 4 times. And they still didn't help. They charged me several hundred dollars because there was supposedly no warranty and they didn't do anything. today the car stopped in the middle of the road... and they still can't help me. terrible service

This review is for the Service Department for I have not actually purchased a vehicle here but have used the service department for over 3 years and have always had excellent service. Mike is my service Manager and he is always very helpful and quick to return calls and keep me informed on my Vehicle status during a service.

Service tried fleecing my free oil changes for a year when I came in for my first one. Managed to fix my issue with that issue once I went in and brought it up within 5 mins. Very fast and nice people.

I ve called this place 3 times to schedule an oil change, tire rotation and service a recall. Every single time, they ask for my phone number, they tell me I don t have an account, I told them I didn t buy my jeep from them, but would like to do my service there. They forward me to some extension, it goes to voicemail and NO ONE calls back! Horrible Service!

Stay away. Bait and switch almost. Was looking at a used Jeep Wrangler. Chatted online, even spoke to their online sales person (Lucy). Sure it s still available, come on down. Get there, sign in, get matched with a salesman. Oh, wait, that already sold days ago.So I traveled over 30 minutes, sat in traffic for no reason.Worst part besides the obligatory I m sorry , the dealer didn t even say, can I check to see if we have something comparable on the lot. Just I m sorry. See ya. And blame the internet sales girl.Stay away. Let them build statues for their commercials.

The service department was great. In my urgent situation, I had to leave my vehicle over night. They offer a ride home (15min highway ride) with no charge. Thank you Ray for the above and beyond service. He made the manufacture cover my repair. I saved a lot of money!

The worst service it s like all their vehicles all have some type of problems and this entire place is outdated there s better keeps nearby that s service department mechanic aren t drunk on the job and crashing customer cars into the mechanic bay doors this place needs to be shut down

WARNING!!!! stay away from this dealer..go to another place or you will regret it.I got approved for a car financing up to $56,000 see picture, then i walk to this placea very nice salesman helped me over and showed me what i needed ( i knew what i wanted) so everything was good.....I bring my confirmation approved letter from Chrysler financial and they take over my down payment deposit and they even ordered me my new car that will be arriving in futures weekssss, thats all fine !!! here is the trick.... 3 days later the financial man in charge called me asking me for more $$ as deposit good i agreed in 2k more also fine.. but after that i star receiving hard inquiry from their ally banks to be exact 5 in TU and 4 in Experian i haven t checked my Equifax yet but they are there, well long story short, they called me again that they needed more $$$$ or no car, what ??? i understand the more deposit in the more the odds for the financial deal,BUT i mean BUT why didn t they decline me from the first day why didn t they say NO you cannot order a new vehicle without been completely approved etc oh and btw why are they even charging the down payment deposit and take it as a deal done. now i have 9 new hard inquiry and a total wasted time of my life. you been warned even if you have good credit just go to another place.Today i just walked into Toyota dealer at R17 and drive away a brand new Highlander 2018

I am part of the Jeep Wave program and my car battery did not work. My car was towed to this location and the owner of the dealership did not accept it. He actually stated that if the car was left there, he would have it towed away. The car had to then be towed back to my house. I wasted valuable time and could not have my car towed again til 2 days later since it was a Friday. These dealerships love to say how they are part of the Jeep Wave program to sell their cars, but once they have you locked in, they really don t care about you.

Worked with Dre Mikell directly on purchasing a pre-owned 2020 Jeep Compass Latitude. I highly recommend him as he is not your typical pushy sales person. I have to say I REALLY tried working with this dealership for the last 2 years. By far the worst place I ever dealt with and this is my 5th car leasing. A few months back one of my hair extensions fell in between the seats and some part had to be replaced which when it came in, multiple people kept calling not knowing that I already scheduled to come in so there s always miscommunication and the worst part is they showed me the extension that they pulled and said I need chemo and all 3 guys from the service department were laughing. Wether someone has cancer or not for them to be making jokes about getting chemo because someone s hair/extension falls out is beyond me. Still begged me to give them a 10/10 review after that. Me being a good person, I let it go. Today I asked to bring in my leased vehicle because it wouldn t start for the 2nd day and it s an emergency because all they had to do was look at the battery. They wouldn t allow it and didn t try to help me at all. Had to tow my car to a dealership further away. Please if you have an option, do not take your vehicle there. They are rude, disrespectful and not helpful at all.

Something really wrong with that salesmans. Im extremely respect Jeep and RAM but not with this Teterboro guys. They took my money on deposit, promised if they cannot give me a deal - return it emidiatly and they give me horrible deal, and dont return my money until now. Definitely not recommended!!! Disrespectful and not professional to the customer!

Connor was by far the BEST! He provides excellent customer service and made this experience run SO SMOOTH! He was so patient and answered every question we had about different vehicles in the lot. I was hesitant to go through the process of leasing again due to past experiences at different dealers but Connor exceeded all my expectations and relieved any doubt or concerns I had! We brought our 2 year old to the dealership and everyone was SO friendly and kind and made me feel at ease. The staff is very welcoming and not once did we feel pressured or rushed throughout the process. I knew we were making the BEST decision and got an amazing deal! Connor you're AMAZING!

This is the one and only Mopar/Jeep dealership in New York/New Jersey in which I had a very positive experience. The salesman (Rafael Arismendi) helped me a lot by sending me estimates of payment via email which made me purchase the Jeep on the same day. Unlike other dealerships, Teterboro sold me a Jeep for less than the Window sticker, whereas other dealerships are marking up the price. I also appreciate the staff who stayed late in the dealership to have me the new Jeep 4Xe. Thank you all!!

Just purchased my 3rd vehicle from this dealership and I am SO happy once again! Raphael took such GREAT care of me, as always, and with the help of Noel, Sam and Jesse I left with my car in a matter of hours. They are such professionals and I will ONLY go to this dealership for any of my auto needs. They also gave me a voucher for a full tank of gas and cleaned out my trade-in with a smile on their face.
