Yesterday I bought my own very first car. After dealing with a lot of shady people, I finally found a reputable place. The gentleman s name was Manny. He allowed me to come with my mechanic and look at the car thoroughly. I felt very comfortable. He even let us test drive it and then coming inside to do the final paperwork was a breeze. I truly recommend buying a car from this place especially, if you don t know what s going on and you re a little confused This is the absolute best place to buy from .

Me and my girlfriend came thru from Connecticut with a 2008 Honda civic manny gave us a GREAT trade in value we used the cost of the trade in towards a down payment and walked away with a 2014 Lexus! Manny had great enthusiasm and was very welcoming making pak 1 trading easily our destination for our next car!

You go to certain dealerships and they try to rush you to buy something or they sell you a lemon. Not Pak1 This dealership is highly recommended, i can t begin to tell you how professional and welcoming they were . First off, bravo Manny!!! . He was so professional, humble and most of all honest. My husband and I came all the way from Middletown NY to purchase a vehicle for our son and he took his time to show us many options we ended buying a nice size SUV that Manny recommended and my son loves it. It drives excellent!!! Shout out to the young lady in the office, thanks for all your help!!!

If you buy from this place just know it s an as is policy and if they offer the extended warranty you should definitely get it. I bought an F150 exactly one year ago from this place and it had mechanical problems from day one. It was NOT CLEAN (which should have been the first clue). I had to replace a portion of the coolant system within 1 week of purchasing. I also noticed a shuttering when I accelerated on the highway which I couldn t assess during the test drive (stupid me). After back and forth with the dealership they referred me to their mechanic (Shiv Auto Repair) who replaced the turbo after weeks of the head mechanic not getting back to me. The shuttering never really went away but I figured I d live with it until it got WORSE! One year later guess what Turbo is shot. Either it was some sketchy work or my luck is just that bad. Buyer beware

I did not buy a car from you but a friend did. The check engine light came on soon after, needed a catalytic converter and an 02 sensor to resolve the issue ($2500). The airbag light is on for multiple issues, the front subframe is rotting away, the tail gate is rotted where the license lights and door handle attach, the rear brakes have a caliper issue. I wish I could've checked this vehicle before it was purchased, I am an emissions and safety inspector in another state and this car should've never been sold with the issues it has, it was definitely unsafe. I don't understand how it is that you people do business but I will make it my mission to put you out of business, you are committing crimes against people and putting the general public at risk by selling unsafe cars to unknowing people, you will be the reason someone loses their life if they haven't.Edit: to the owner, you were contacted and your response was " you purchased this vehicle as is". Attached are photos of the catalytic converter I removed from the vehicle. I'm putting this much effort into this review because people like you give the rest of the automotive sales industry a very bad name, as I said you should be out of business, you are basically scamming people who probably can barely afford these cars that aren't worth the prices you charge for them.

Red flag!!!!! Do not buy a car from this place!!! My mother bought a car from this place and In 6 months the transmission went. And their reply was it is as is . Not our problems. The owner is a real loser and creep. The cars that they have are complete trash!!!

I BOUGHT A 2011 BMW X5, 8 MONTHS AGO CAR LOOKING GOOD. DEALER TELL ME CAR WAS IN GOOD CONDITION...LIES.. RUNS GREAT..LIES... 1 MONTH LATER COOLANT START LEAKING..2 MONTHS LATER THE STARTER WENT....FEW WEEKS AFTER THAT IT KEPT SHUTTING OFF. THE BMW DEALER TELL ME TO FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS $12,000. Ok DONT GO TO PAK 1 RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION.

I'd appreciate getting a call to finally resolve this issue because it has gotten out of hand and I haven't received a call back. I am waiting patiently but it has been too long since purchasing my vehicle a little over a month ago and have agreed to go to the dealership's mechanic although that has been 3 times now. The mechanic in my town could fix it but it would be full price toward the dealership rather than what they can arrange with their mechanic. I purchased the vehicle without any problems. I left the lot and the check engine light came on due to a catalytic converter issue. I wouldn't be so upset if I hadn't had to drive back three times now and STILL need to return for this problem to finally be over with. I just don't understand. Especially since my partner and I have been very patient, and understanding and are good people.My family and I have been looking for a certain SUV for quite some time. One with the perfect year, mileage, price, and no mechanical issues. For a used car it is hard to trust in one, let alone a location that is practically 2.5 hours away. Granted we were lucky to find this dealership. They seemed very honest and were not pushy. The salesman Yamar was very helpful and stuck with me through the entire process. He is still right beside me while handling a current issue. I haven't experienced such a dealership in a long time. My father knew all of the best places and it's been hard to find everything in one place. If you're looking for something specific and willing to go just a little further, this place is it. Everyone in the building had good bedside manners and the comfort level was impeccable. We even had a few laughs. I am good at "reading people". I wish that I could speak with the owner and tell him how truly thankful I am for his business. More so for the company's employees. You were all wonderful in your way and went the extra mile. If you remain genuine, have a good rapport, and are empathetic and honest this dealership deserves more than 5 stars along with many more years of business. Thank you again for helping me in a time of need. I will refer your dealership to many.Update, I am still awaiting confirmation as to why the problem (catalytic converter and oxygen sensor) hasn't been fixed since I had gone 2 hours away 3 to 4 times to Neil the mechanic. Please advise and we agree to match the price for a local mechanic or something. You were very fair and kind. However, this is heartbreaking, to say the least considering I have a family and you seemed honest.Update: 3/14/24I will leave this overall good review up a bit longer. I am awaiting the help to pay for an issue that didn't exist and I was promised that nothing was wrong with my vehicle upon purchasing. Yet when I left the lot the light went on involving a catalytic converter and oxygen sensor issue. they agreed to pay half the expenses which were a little over $1000. The gentleman said he confirmed and agreed with the owner or somebody who can approve it that I will receive $500 at least through Venmo or something much less than what I was quoted as of now for the one catalytic convertor that is a $3000 fix. I went 3-4 times 2 hours away for them to fix the issue. Neil is no longer a part of their dealership help. Since I'm two hours away we spoke and agreed to just pay the 500. I guess I'll still just take that, however, I will still be spending a lot out of pocket. for an issue, I didn't purchase. I'm awaiting another call back from a woman who is not aware of the issue. I last spoke with somebody about a month ago.4/11/24Still awaiting help on the issue. I've never experienced such customer service in my life. I should have had a call back and resolution considering I paid OUT RIGHT along with entrusting their mechanic Neil to resolve the issues that I did not agree upon when purchased. Long story short I just want what is rightfully owed to me to help with my mechanical issues that have been ongoing since I bought this vehicle. I have a child if that matters.

Found ad on Facebook for 2007 Ford Escape. Looked good in the ad, went there and checked it out and it was as good as the pictures. Ran good, low miles, really good price, couldn't resist it. Deal took less than 1 hour. I'd buy another car from them
