From the initial phone call I received about my inquiry. Jonathan was absolutely amazing & insightful. The rest of the sales reps were welcoming & greeting. Super quick process without feeling rushed nor pressured. No extra hidden fees or feeling like I got bamboozled. They ll also work with you as far as the price on the vehicle compared to other dealers. They definitely earned my trust & future business.

I was so excited to work with such a stress free experience with my new Audi Q5!!!! I love the truck so much great cars at a great price. Lorenzo was so loyal to my wishes and honest with me from beginning of the sale to the end he was a pleasure to work with highly recommend I would give them 10 !!!!!! Will be returning for my next purchase. He made me so happy as a mom of Three he made it all stress free !!!!!

I am writing to address the severe dissatisfaction and disappointment I have experienced with this dealership following my recent purchase of a car.Upon receiving the car, it became immediately apparent that there were multiple issues that were not disclosed to me during the purchase process. The front headlights were blown, the windshield wipers were old and ineffective, the vehicle was in dire need of an oil change, and to top it off, the two front tires were completely bald. Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that the car did not come with a key lock for the tires, leaving them vulnerable to theft.I am appalled by the lack of transparency and honesty demonstrated by this dealership. The fact that these significant issues were not disclosed to me prior to the purchase is completely unacceptable. It is clear to me that this is not a case of oversight, but rather a deliberate attempt to deceive and take advantage of customers.When I brought my recent concern to their attention, I was met with dismissiveness and indifference. I was told to simply "take a loss" as if my hard-earned money and trust in this dealership were inconsequential. This callous response is a clear indication of the lack of accountability and regard for customer satisfaction within their organization.I must emphasize that this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had! Extremely knowledgeable and transparent about all their vehicle options. No pressure purchasing, relaxed environment, and very understanding of the buyer s needs, all the while providing considerable financial support for the buyer. Absolutely the kindest and most considerate dealership on the east coast! I had crossed multiple state lines to finally arrive at a dealership not interested in draining my bank account and working with me for my vehicle interests. To that end, I happily purchased my Maserati dream car! I will never go to another dealership again. Great people, beautiful vehicles, and kudos to the hard-working members of the Milan dealership!

Awesome dealership. Sometimes one would have seconds thoughts about going to a non-car manufacturer dealership, but don t worry about that here. These guys are legit. Milan Motors is organized and the team is friendly and knowledgeable. I specifically worked with Jonathan and he was great. No issues with my appointment, the test drive, car was exactly as advertised, credit check went as expected and the paperwork/closing was very efficient (fastest I ve ever closed on a vehicle in my life). Got a competitive rate and the all-in price was well below Market!!! Extremely pleased!!! good warranty option too! ZERO BAIT AND SWITCH, ZERO BAD SELLING TACTICS, ZERO HIDDEN COSTS. Easily a 5 out of 5 experience. Going tomorrow to pick up plates!!! Thanks Milan!!!

My experience from the moment I made my first phone call and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Lorenzo it has been nothing but superior never dealt with someone on the phone that was that courteous and prompt. He never left me hanging never made me wonder and told me over and over when I would say I m sorry for bugging you he let me know I was a customer, and I was never bugging him, and that goes forever other person I spoke to about this car and I m that guy who doesn t trust anyone and Lorenzo had my trust. The moment I spoke to him all I can say. It s the best experience of buying anything in my life I will refer you to all my friends and anybody who s looking for a car I promise you he will do everything in his power to match what you want and help you get it. So we've all been to so called "off lease beauties" "exotic whips co." "dream cars llc" and other cool name dealerships that sound like strip clubs... just to find out that the price you see online is simply a "tease" to get you in.Well here is MIlan Motors Inc, a crazy hectic team that's working hard to make you happy. They have an amazing selection of cars and really care to prep each car they sell nicely, their selection is detailed to perfection.I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2019 Audi SQ5 from Milan Motors, and I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding service I received from Jonathan. It's too bad that I can't give a positive comment for the dealer. The seller, Jonathan, gets the 5 stars, so anyone who was patient was already about to sue them. After this purchase I made with this dealer I would never return. It took 4 months to give me my plates, the irresponsible people lost the title and they didn't even use it to communicate with the customer, then they left me for 2 months with the expired plates, the car was not ready, it needed new oil and then it was empty of gasoline, I wouldn't recommend it, honesty always comes first. I had to send to the DMV to investigate that dealer, only so they gave me my license plates soon, as whoever said I solved their problem, so I hope they learn their lesson.

Horrible dealership!Bought a Mazda 6 a year and half ago.At the time I thought I was getting a good car,but seriously regretted my choice.The car was in at least 1 accident with moderate damage. The AC fan made a ticking noise,car rattled while driving,panels didn t line up etc. This dealer doesn t even change oil before they sell,they ll sell cars with check engine light on.I finally traded it for a Camry. But what upset me more than a rattling car was THE DEALERSHIP ! Very dishonest people.They wanted to allow $1000 for a Kia optima trade in,which I of course refused.I later sold the car for $5000. Even worse I put a down payment of $1500 on the Mazda,then drove 2 hours to pick it up.At the time I didn t know,but they didn t deduct that $1500 off of the total price.I later realized how they screwed me over.This dealership doesn t care if their customer is happy,they are in it for the money.I wouldn t even consider returning to these crooks.very unprofessional ,greedy salespeople who act like a bunch of brats ..RUN!!!!!

This is my fifth purchase with Milan Motors. This is by far my favorite dealership. They are very straightforward and honest. No sneaky back end fees. You come with the necessary paperwork and you will be leaving in the car of your choice. Thank you Daryle and Larenzo for making sure things were completed punctual and accurate. Gabriel an amazing salesman. He is very patient and understanding making sure he shows you absolutely every vehicle that fits your lifestyle. Thank you Whale (president) on taking care of me every single time and reassuring me in my decision. Whale and Daryle, if you can t find the car you re looking for, these gentleman will make sure they get it.

I wanted to say that I had an excellent experience at Milan Motors in Little Ferry. I dealt with Darryl, the store manager and he was very nice to me and my father. After 3 days of searching for the right BMW and 8 dealerships, I found a beautiful automobile that I am proud to call my own. While setting up my Finance options, I ran into my good friend Fabio, and he was very helpful and got me the best loan possible and a great APR Rate. The car even had a small defect, it had a broken left side view mirror. Darryl and Fabio took care of the problem and assured me that my car would look in tip top shape. I am very proud of my vehicle, and I am a celebrity at my job. My 2016 X5 came with the M Package and cool tints, I was very impressed with the vehicle. And it completely dominates on the road with the "Sports" option, I call it my NOS button. Amazing vehicle, and I have Darryl and Fabio to thank. You want your dream vehicle at an affordable price? Look no further. Milan is a great place for Foreign and Luxury automobiles, they're like family! Thumbs way up!! Great Job Guys!

If I could give zero stars I would. I called today to make a 6:30 appointment since I am a nurse and work a hour away. I ended up getting at the shop at 6:15. I was greeted by a nice gentleman by the name Jonathan I believe. He kept me pre-occupied until 8:15 as I waited patiently for my sales rep Gabriel. Before me, there was another customer who just received a car and they were all dealing with him. I had a trade in for my deal and was hoping in getting into a car to surprise my husband for his anniversary. Mind you I send many people their way and have been buying cars from them for years. After running my credit they said they couldn't get me into anything even with my $6,000 trade it. Mind u I also make over $100, 000 yearly. The owner I do not know his name was dismissive and did not even try to negotiate with me. It seems like the prior customer who they were having problems with tired them out thus leading my transaction to be rushed. I have never felt this belittled in a long time. It's safe to say I will no longer be recommending them ever again. Not sure if it was because I was a female, they were tired or they just simply didn't want my car as a trade- nevertheless, I felt looked over and completely disregarded as a customer. If they get tired towards the end of the night and won't push for customers getting into cars so late then they should stop selling cars at 4pm. I will gladly be taking my referrals elsewhere. The owner who sits in the back behind the white masariti needs some lessons on customer service.

I m not a review person but I have to tell abt Milan Motors, first every single one of them working there, are amazing!!! , the energy is unmeasurable, you feel welcomed and definitely wanna work with them. After a whole week look for a specific car , tired of talking to different money angry salesman, I found them , spoke with the sale manager Daryle, he was helpful from the start , sending me the right address and all , got down there met with Gabriel the most amazing person , he had my best interest in mind and helped along the way! I m happy I found them car was over budget so they worked something out with me ! The owner himself helped with setting up my car insurance! I had the most absolutely best experience with them I wish I could give more than 5 stars ! Thank you guys ! I will be back

I had the best experience with Johnathan...he was courteous, soft spoken, and very well versed...I have never had a car saleman who literally went above and beyond all measures to help me choose my car....Darrell allowed him to come and pick me up at home and bring me to Milan Motors LLC to complete my purchase. He is the best I have ever seen...he answered all my questions with a smile and kindness. I really appreciate all his help and attention.....Thank you Johnathan....you are one in a million.
