On April 2nd at 5:30pm I arrived at the JJ wheels in Lodi. I told them I had a cracked rim and that the location in little ferry welded it before they told me to come by so they can take a look at it, when I got there they told me they didn t have the machine to fix it and to go back to little ferry. I went to the little ferry location after when I got there I told the manager if he could weld my rim like he did last time and he stated that he can t fix the rim because they were closing at 6 (mind you it was 540 you can check the cameras at both locations of my arrival )I told him I live an hour away I had just drove from the other location, I had a severe bad flat and it was raining. He made smart comments saying he also lived an hour away and that he wouldn t fix the rim. ( mind you he was not driving an hour and a half on a flat ) Mocking the fact that I have to go home far away with a cracked rim. When I asked him how long would it take to fix he said 30 mins and he wouldn t be able to do it today because nobody stays past 6 there. The guys in the shop were ready to help me but this guy the manager told them no. I drove to two locations for no reason under bad weather conditions. I would like the owner to be in contact because this is not the kind of service any customer should have to deal with. I want to let it known the guys in the shop were very helpful and sweet

I was traveling from Cali to NY and found this shop and it was a blessing to find this place. They treated me so well and Little ferry is blessed to have them. I needed a trailer tire for my truck and even though it was late in the day they made it happen. I also needed my coolant reservoir replaced and they were very helpful as I needed to remove the part then go to dodge dealer to exchange the part. I highly recommend J & J

J&J Tires & Wheels is HANDS DOWN the best wheel and tire shop there is! 5 's point blank, period. I've been coming to this location in Little Ferry for years. And their service has never faltered. No matter how busy they are, they will rapidly tend to your needs. Whether you need new tires, tire repair or plugging, high speed balance or wheel alignment, general mechanics, wheels and rims THEY HAVE IT ALL!!! AND TO MAKE IT SWEETER, THEY OFFER THE BEST PRICING. The Owner, Juan, knows how to run a business the right way. It starts with him and trickles down to the employees. They are never in a bad mood and the prices are always consistent. Not like some other tire and mechanic shops They have an exceptional inventory and assortment of wheels(rims) that you can choose from to customize your car. I've taken some pictures you can browse from! Go there and say Tarek told you to come and they will take care of you THANK ME LATER! 5 's all day for J&J TIRES &WHEELS! This one is a no brainer

This was just a honestly good experience. From the fair estimate over the phone to repair one of my rims, to the on-site closer inspection, to them quickly getting to work, to the specialists showing me step by step as they went through their repair process, to the excellent finished product and fair total bill. I never once felt like I was getting played, just honest and fair service by professionals from start to finish. If you want a no nonsense great job done, seriously give them a look. I stand behind these guys.

I had another excellent experience with J&J tires. Mr. Alberto and Jeff the technician took great care of me. When i arrived Mr. Alberto said it was a one hour wait. Within 1/2 an hour Mr. Jeff was installing the tires. I am very happy with the service i got. I would highly recommend them.

Have gone for tires and oil changes. It can get quite busy there, but they move fairly quickly. Alberto, the front desk associate, is quite helpful and will assist you for every need and budget.

Best place to take your vehicle. Service is very Professional and prompt, took my wife car to get service the guys did a whole inspection on the vehicle to make sure everything was running smooth and safely. Got new brakes and oil change. But the best part was when they explained their finance program I ended up walking out of there with a brand new set of tires and Wheels. Car looks like a new car.Totally happy with the place!! Definitely coming back with my car.

Thank you J&J tire family for always helping me out. I blew my tire on the turnpike and the J&J tire team helped me right away. They gave me good advise on tires and they saw I had a break issue that wasn t fixed at the Mazda dealer so they fixed it. J&J tires is always so helpful, accommodating, convenient, appreciative and they really know everything about tires and cars. Thank you to the entire team for always being so pleasant and helping me with all my crazy tire issues. Glad I can count on J&J tires.I want to review again but google doesn t let me. Like always J&J tire always is on point and helps us out no matter what. My kids are always safe on the road thanks to Juan and the J&J tires family.Thank you again for servicing my children s cars and keeping everything perfect. Thank you

This place was great! They helped me as soon as I got there with my flat tire and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. The guys there were very professional. Highly recommend!

Best tire place I've found in Jersey. I drive hotshot, and most couldn't get me a trailer tire for a day or so. They ordered it and it was there in an hr . Great customer service and cool guys. Quick service. I will be recommending them to all my people

Had 1 tire done.was going to get 2 thankfully I didn't. Had a 18 hour drive. When I left tire sensor said 29 pounds. Figured just take a bit. 4 hours down the road. I got gas. When I turned car on sensor for that tire no longer functioning. 1 hour down the road tire blow out. So dry rotted. And they put the plastic cap hub cap on wrong and was cutting the vavle stem.

I would give them 0 stars but it's not an option! but they purposely sold me a used tire that was bad! I know because after going to another tire shop 1 week later they showed me they put a patch and 2 plugs in a location that's not fixable on the tire. Then afterwards the guy was making fun of me cause I tipped the one guy and not him( they will snap at you if they don't get a tip) I gave them 1 stars because the review needs it. This place is good because of the location but I can easily go to 10 other places that offer cheaper and better service. Also you have to fight for your spot to change your tire they play favoritism and they will make you wait all day

Ask for Jose if you need a wheel alignment or any work. He is literally the best. Knowledgeable and knows what he doing. Jose puts the J in J&J. Make sure to tip. He deserves it.

All flat tires that come here, get a new tire, they don t like to get dirty with patches.

I called to schedule a simple tire rotation, and they told me to just come in before they close. I came in, and they immediately worked on this. I was in and out for in under 10 minutes. Guy working on this was nice and even checked in with me afterwards while I was still parked to do other things to see if everything is alright. I paid $40 for the tire rotation.

They have great customer service, and a great team. Jeff did an amazing job on my car and recommended a nice set of rims. Juan & Alberto were also pleasant to deal with - will be returning for other services.

I stood in the rain for 20 minutes in front of the shop while the owner, manager and staff walked right past me and not once did they ask if I needed something. If you want to feel like you are begging to get a tire changed go to this place, save yourself the humiliation and keep driving to any other shop on rt46.

The price on tires . Don t get fooled by the name brand tires. I got some great Chinese tires and they perform exactly and a better price. The team was great to mount them.

Not sure how the rating of this place is a 4.3 First time visiting, went to get a balance and alignment. They did a bad alignment and it balded out the tires quickly. We went back, complained and they were nice enough to provide another alignment - free of charge. However, it turned out worse than the first time. The car was shaking uncontrollably.We went to another shop to get it fixed and they could not believe how off everything was.Never coming back here.

I have been going to them for years. Not only are they professional and courteous but also repaired quickly. Prices are extremely reasonable. I definitely recommend this place.

Juan knew his tires and wheels and was very helpful. He spent a lot I time with us and gave valuable input into our selections, including why some things would work and others wouldn't. We had shopped around and his prices were pretty much in line with other places, including on line. Glad we found him!

I brought a tire to be repaired in on Saturday afternoon. I was met by a young man in his early 20 s who explained to me that the tire could not be repaired because he said I drove on it, which I didn t, and he barely glanced at the tire. I understand well about the repair ability of tires being in the automotive industry for about 30 + years. I also understand that it was 4 pm on a rainy Saturday where all he wanted to do was go home. I have been dealing with JJ in Lodi for many years and never had a bad experience so I felt by going to Little Ferry would be the same , how wrong I was.. Need less to say I won t be going back to Little Ferry. On my way home I stopped at VIP tires in Lodi and the tire was repaired with no issues from a mechanic. So thank you VIP and thanks for nothing JJ. I forgot to mention that he offered to sell me a used tire for 80 bucks , how about just fix the tire that had the nail in it.

Had to get a tire plugged really quick on short notice and the staff was really friendly and quick and efficient. They had me out within 10 minutes. Alberto behind the desk was very friendly and I look forward to doing more business here in the future. Thank you Alberto!

Got to the place. Guys are very professional. Waited about 15 mins for oil change on Sunday!!!! That's Just a little time. Fast job, quality job. Thanks guys!!!

Stay away from this place! Very unprofessional and dabbler! I called ahead to make sure about availability and wait time. I only needed to get aligmnment done. Manager over the phone told me there was only 1 car ahaed of me wait time is about 10-20 minutes. They had me sit there for 2 hours while taking other customers between. When we decided to leave suddenly he showed reaction took our car inside and told us it would be quick. However we ended up loosing another 20 minutes as no one working on our car. Eventually he couldn t reply our criticism but took our car outside and showed the way. Disrespectfull people at all!

Used tire lasted 3 days before it popped and now he wants to charge me for another tire. Place is a joke find another tire shop :) these guys just don t care
