Drove all the way from Connecticut to buy and car there and in the end the dealership tells me the car got sold, then says it s in storage, then says it s at a shop over a hour away. I had an appointment to purchase a car and they place me in this situation. In the end the dealership advertised NO HIDDEN FEES yet they still marked up the price for a dealer fee after we already agreed on a price. horrible experience

this is hands down the best used car dealer around here. these people are honest, helpful, and kind. they are reasonable and NO pressure! 10/10 recommend and will return.

They had the car I wanted but a wrinkle for me was I live 4 hours from their location. I asked Anthony to be my "eyes" and be honest with an assessment of the car's condition. I am happy to say that when I did go there Anthony's assessment was 100% accurate. No sales "BS", no pressure, just a simple accurate assessment of the car. In the buying process Anthony worked with me to create a "win-win" for both me and himself. Max was very helpful and Linda was very friendly. All in all a properly run used car dealer. I would recommend.

I recently got my first car from Grand Cars Inc and it was one of the best decisions me and my father have made. I was looking at Honda Si's online and I honestly fell in love with what I saw on CarGurus from this dealer. The car has great mileage, qualities and I just had to go for it. Anthony provided me and my father with great customer service, he was very patient and willing to work around any question or concern we had before making a purchase. I highly recommend this dealer as a first choice to anyone.

Came across this dealership accidentally on the way home from an extremely disappointing experience with a dealer up the road that threw on a bunch of BS fees. Decided to try one last time and happy that I did. Victor and the rest of the staff run the cars every morning to make sure the batteries stay charged (something the other dealer didn't do as I went to test drive the car and it was dead). We asked to take it out for a test drive and was taken through a residential and highway route, which again wasn't what the previous experience was. Got back to the office and they were incredibly honest and not pushy at all. They were open to our concerns and answered all questions with ease. It was very relaxed and comforting. Walked away with a good deal and a great car. Very satisfied! Nice experience!

Bought a used Mitsubishi Endeavor at Grand Used Auto Inc. Anthony was very easy to deal with and he was willing to negotiate on the price. Extremely easy buying experience with absolutely zero hassle. Drove the car all the way back to Roanoke Virginia with no problems. They even called back a few days after the purchase to make sure everything was alright.I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I absolutely would recommend this dealership for a used car we just bought a 2006 Honda Pilot with only 104k !! It's exactly how Anthony said it was in excellent condition! We had fast approval and paperwork was a breeze Anthony made it so easy to sign and drive. I wouldn't go anywhere else thank you Grands Used Cars for a great car my family and children love it!

I purchased a 2005 Lexus gx470 and it's the best car I ever owned, car runs like new with all modern day features still operational, Anthony was very professional when he contacted me and he makes car buying process so simple, my two sons and my wife so impressed they're definitely gonna buy here. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE, they will sell you a lemon!Paid almost $15,000 and the car lasted less than two months. They will tell you their mechanic down the road will look at the car before you leave the lot but that s a lie! Make sure you get paperwork from the mechanic with the assessment before you leave !!After it died. Two mechanics said the car was a lemon. They have the car at one of their shops and now they won t get back to us on how to proceed.We offered the option of a refund or to give us new vehicle comparable in price but they are avoiding our calls and we don t even know where the car is.The claim they wanted to do the right thing and thought their mechanic would make a different assessment and now they won t answer our calls!The car died November 14,2021 and we are STILL without a car!!

My mom just purchased a 2012 Kia Optima from Grand used cars, the staff Anthony & Linda are extremely friendly and they know their cars, trust me when I say they will not steer you wrong or let you drive away in a vehicle that's no good for you. I was extremely pleased with the service, even my stepfather purchased a vehicle as well for himself. So if you're in the market for a used car and looking for a place where the prices are just right. Check out this place on 46 west in little ferry. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

I just purchased a pre-owned 2012 Lexus RX350 in excellent condition from Grand Used Cars on 46 West in Little Ferry, NJ . Anthony and Linda and the staff showed tremendous customer service. Anthony had everything already set up for a smooth transaction in purchasing the vehicle. Anthony thanks for your help during this process. My family and friends has fallen in love with my Lexus and believe it's a 2017 brand new car. So if you're in the market for a used car and looking for a place where the prices are just right. I came to Anthony to trade my car in for a Jeep Cherokee. From beginning to end the transaction was straight forward and just like he advertises "No hidden fees,you pay what you see". This was a dealer to dealer transaction. Our experience here was so darn quick and easy. We purchased a 2008 Hummer from Anthony about a month ago. From the test drive to the paper work we were really pleased. His staff really went above and beyond to make sure I had all my questions answered, they even let me drive it to my own mechanic for a quick review. Anthony is so accommodating and made my purchase a great experience. Everything was set up plain and clear with no hidden fees or charges. We will for sure use them again in the future if needed.

I went to Little Ferry looking for a used but more recent then the 97 Buick I had. I went to different dealers but I m must say I made the right choice in Investing in Grand Used cars! They gave great service and did everything possible for me to leave with a new car! Even afterwards when I took the car home they were still checking so everything was alright in the bank. If you are looking for a different ride they have a variety of cars in stock! I give my word you won t regret using this auto sales!

I Referred a client. Client purchased a 2008 RAV4 with warranty from Grand Auto sales in Little Ferry, NJ. This warranty APW International, 1000 N West St suite 1200 building, Wilmington, DE 19801.A run around has been going on now for 4 months between both the dealer and warranty personnel. (BEWARE) Left with ENGINE BLOWN, Under warranty and Dealership and APW won't help. This dealership continues to sell APW INTERNATIONAL warranty.

Recently bought a 2009 Kia Sorento at grand used cars. At a unbelievable price. Engine runs great, AC was ice cold. Anthony showed me multiple cars at great prices worked with me on my trade in & made sure I left with a smile on my face. I recommend grand used cars to anybody.

Ok People I normally Do Not write reviews unless... I have had an Unusual experience one way or another.! Well I had one of those while going through my most recent car buying experience. S/O to Anthony at Grand Auto, A real decent human being Y'all that's been in the business for a minute and that made the purchase of my Lexus GX 460 a "Pleasant Experience" which is highly "UNUSUAL" when buying a car.I know, I know Every car buying experience "Should" be pleasant, Yet it isn't. and we all know that. Thanks Anthony " I Love My New Car and it runs Great.!The Moral of the story, if you are looking to purchase a great new(used) vehicle and bypass the BS. Grand Auto on Rt 46W Little Ferry.That's All I'm Saying.!

I managed to get a very good deal on a well taken care of car with fairly low mileage. The staff are down to earth and were accommodating to my individual needs as a consumer. They came recommended to me and I also recommend them for your pre-owned vehicle purchase and financing needs.

NEVER EVER trust this business. This is the worst experience we ever had with a car dealership. They sold us a lemon (transmission was broken, exhaust was broken, even an electric window was broken).The day we bought it they told us: "you will not have any problem with this car"...They lied telling us they will fix it (so we didn't ask for our money back, thinking they will actually fix it) and after 1 month and a half of back and forth they didn't fix a thing. Now our only option is to junk it because this car was completely broken and unsafe to drive and won't pass emission test (obviously we cannot sell it in this state).This experience was a nightmare, extremely stressful and we have lost a lot of money and time.Stay away from this place.

I bought a 2012 Audi a6 from them and they walked me all the way tru the end. Very honest and the car is amazing the car had one issue with the GPS and Antony told me to bring it in right away and the finance was super fast and very affordable price he worked with me. Ask and they shall provide. Thank u guys once again for the great deal.

I was introduce to grand used car by my neighbour I am very happy he did I took my girlfriend along with me just to walk the lot..I was very impressed with the sales guy Anthony who was very approachable and was willing to answer any questions we may have. When I found the car I was interesting in he gave me information on the 2007 Mercedes Benz I did a test drive fall in love and told him that's mine ..my girlfriend who was with me and didn't have any intention to get a vehicle decided to test drive a 2010 350clk and also purchase that vehicle..I would recommend GRAND USED CAR AUTO to anyone who is looking to by a great use car ..small lot great cars clean and a sales man who does best to satisfy his customer..Renia

I purchased a 2007 santa fe limited with check engine light they worked with me and give me the funds to repair it.. thank you guys!`I had almost two years. The car high mileage but runs smooth as hell. I still have and doing regular up keep. I would definitely buy from them again.

One of the worst places i have ever been i purchased a 2009 mercedez c300 for 10 k we gave 5k for it everything was fine from there on apart from the fact we had to change 2 tires the first week we didnt mind we decided we wanted to change into a suv we got a 2009 ML 350 mirror broken hood paint faded and a horrible sound which the deal was it would be fixed so since we wanted to keep payments at were they were at with the first car anthony said he would make it possible with the trade he offered us 6k for the first one we did it when we signed the papers and all and nothing was explained to us that the intrest rate was going to be at 24% from thinking we would owe about 6-7 k which was fine no we ended up oweing 12k with trade included plus anther downpayment ! I have never been so upset with this ridiculous deal apart from that the check engine light turned on 1 month later and the steering wheel has a leak ! Ive been trying to change my car everywere in big dealerships would only offer me 1k the most 2k for the conditions it was in anthony kept saying its worth 7-9k but wouldnt buy it off me either lol smh took that big losss but ill make sure to let everyone and anyone know this dealer sucks dont bother calling telling me to take the review down cause u helped me all that money given was for nothing cause that car was going. To break down anyday i took it to a mechanic so im driving a 2015 jeep Gran cherokee limitedbut was only offered 1,200 for the mercedez took it cause i wasnt going to risk it with a new born and a 6 year old daughter have a nice day never returning here
