I went for an oil change at this shop as usual and then after, started driving on the rough NJ highway roads. I started to notice the lower engine splash guard was loose, as I was hearing scraping. I took my car back to have that inspected and/or see if something was damaged. Short story, these mechanics kindly fixed the issue at no charge. They tightened the screws and told me I was good to go. I ve been going here for a while now and can say with confidence that they re honest and great at what they do. Definitely 5 star worthy!

Took my car in for a small fender bender and they replaced my whole bumper for less than what other companies were charging to just pull the dent out. Great results! Also great service they were very nice.

Took my vehicle to the dealership they gave me a list of what was supposedly wrong with the vehicle they also gave me an estimate which was expensive and also not even the problem the vehicle had. Took it to Juan and William and they took a look at it and told me what was really the problem and an estimate of the work as soon as they told me I had the work done ASAP. My vehicle came out the G&S shop running like new again thank you Juan for being honest and for the courtesy will be going back for more repairs in the future

I went to an auto shop around the area and they were charging me 2,500 to fix the transmission on my bmw that wouldn t reverse. I was referred to G&S auto repair by several people and their ratings were great. Took my car in the staff was so nice and very informative I had Juan Carlos and William help me and be very informative with the situation. Super good people ! They charged me 600 and my car is better than before !! So happy definitely come to this place if there s anything you need with your car!!! Highly recommendService: Transmission

Best mechanics in the Northern Jersey area. My entire family goes here and their team never disappoints. Their team will make sure to provide a consult on your car and educate you on what it needs to be repaired and be fast!I have tried plenty mechanics but G&S is just best. Went to G&S last August for an exhaust issue. Was advised of two other issues that required attention. After doing my homework, a bundle deal was done. Juan is honest and helpful. The ride has been fine ever since.

They are very professional and very reliable! The repair was on time and they beat everyone s price.They were able to find and fix an exhaust leak that went undiagnosed by Land Rover dealerships that was always leaving fumes smell inside of our cabin. I was impressed by their knowledge of land rovers. These guys are very skilled!William Ramirez took time to make sure that my family and I were taken care of while we were visiting family in NJ. This was a last minute repair need and he got me in. He promised me that he wouldn t let my car breaking down ruin my Memorial Day weekend in Jersey and that the car would be fixed that same day. They got it done!What impressed me as well was his compassion and his support to our military (Going out of his way to ensure I was able to celebrate Memorial Day and honor those who have fought before me) as an active duty service member I can say this shop supports our troops and I recommend all my brothers and sisters in the service to get work done here!The workers were very friendly and welcoming! I will be coming back again! I live in PA, but I will make the trip to Jersey to get any future service done at their shop. Great service and super reliable. This is the only place I take my BMW for any issue and they always do a great job within the same day. I even take it here just to get oil changes. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a reliable mechanic to do the job right.

I'm so glad I found this auto repair shop. My day started off really bad. I hit a huge pothole and was gifted with a flat tire. I went to a VERY well-known place in Englewood, NJ that specializes in tires. It took 4 men to try to remove my lug nut and they couldn't. I give them credit for trying but I wasted my entire morning. I was there for almost 4 hours!! From there I had to drive to Mercedes, they wanted to charge me close to $1K!!!! I said HELL NOOOOO!!!I had to get my car towed here to G&S and thank God!!Luckily, Juan, Oscar & Willy came through and were able to fix & repair my tire within 1 HOUR!!!!! They are super professional, they went above & beyond, and pricing is VERY reasonable. Juan saved the day for me!!! Gracias Juan y su equipo!! He handles foreign and American cars, but his specialty is foreign. I have c300 Benz.Definitely would recommend to any family member and all of my friends!!!!! Juan is a sweetheart and very knowledgeable.I had to take a picture with Juan and the feisty lug nut, lol!!!!Service: Tires

G&S is an amazing mechanic service. They helped me out with my car so many times. William the mechanic there is so honest and doesn t play around. He tells you what s wrong with your car and he doesn t try to scam you. I m so glad I met him and his new mechanic shop. Saved my a lot of time and money. William Has been working on our cars for sometime now. What I love most about this shop is the honesty & great work they do! Plus you can t beat the prices. Our cars are always done on time, he even keeps the parts to show you the work he s done very detail in what needs to be done ahead of time so you have any surprises! G & S did my a.c. last week. Today I took it to them again. This time with a busted rear cable line. Both jobs were done with care and assertiveness which translates into both repairs done right. This place is honestly the smartest choice if you are looking to do service/repairs on your car. The shop is new but I have known the Mechanic for a long time and trust me it doesn't matter what kind of car you have or doesn't matter what kind of problem you are having they will be able do a better job then any other shop and most of car dealers in NJ.Trust me take them any kind of car and they will be able to get whatever you need from the most basic Hondas to highly advanced sports cars even like Lambos and Ferraris. They will never lie to you, they will never play with you and I guarantee you their price is always gonna be fair you guys shouldn't even mind about them being capable to do the repairs or not trust me they've got the best mechanic that I have ever seen.
