Our experience at Adams Auto Group was that of convenience and ease. We traveled from out of state and asked that the paperwork was ready for a seamless process. We were in and out! The salesman Angelo was very knowledgeable and helpful! The customer service was excellent!

The people here are transparent and so nice. It was my first time purchasing and financing a vehicle and Angelo couldn t have been any better to help me with the whole process. If you are looking for a good used car at a great price, I would completely recommend Adams Auto Group (little ferry location)

I came to purchase a car and was profoundly impressed with Chayanne! Remember this name. Chayanne is one of the most kind, dedicated, and genuine people in this industry he checked in at least once a week after an initial viewing of the vehicle until we finally bought it two months later. He is kind and persistent! All to make sure you get the best possible vehicle for you. After months of visiting various dealerships looking for the best possible car, I am so glad we were able to make the deal with CHAYANNE!

Working with Ronald was an absolute pleasure! Ronald is extremely patient and knowledge in the business, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional. I can say I had the best experience I ever had at a used car dealership, when I first walked in i noticed two individual by the name Jovany and Julie. As soon as I walked in I was greeted immediately and offered something warm to drink of how cold it is outside, while I was warming up inside Jovany showed me the vehicles They had in stock through the computer before we stepped outside in the cold. I am currently moving to Florida and needed a vehicle with low milage I saw a 2018 Honda Accord with only 38k miles and a 4 cylinder (great on gas) car was super Clean. The process was simple filled out the application within 20 min got an approval with a good rate and monthly payments even with a shaky credit score(due to covid) but overall great experience keep up the great business and great customer service. Ps thank you for the coffee sham-

If I could leave no star I would . So we go in to buy the 2013 Volvo s60 they have and had nothing but a run around . First it shows the car was at the lot we go there and told it s out being detailed ok so we go back next day it s there and dirty we test drive it and the ac don t work . Was told the mechanic was coming there on Thursday and fixing the car and it will be ready for us on Saturday. get there on Saturday. The car is dirty still which was promised it would be detailed and the air conditioner still blowing hot air. These people are scammers look somewhere else that s all they cared about was getting their deposit don t fall for their nonsense.
