This is the second time Josue has helped me lease a Toyota. I upgraded from a Corolla to a Camry and he made it as painless as possible. I will be seeing him again in 4 years for my next Toyota! Thank you again Josue!Also, thank you to Carlos from the service department for showing me how to work the remote start! Oh, and to Mark for making the finance portion so easy!

Jade was helping me buy a car and he was great! I was there for almost three hours, he was very friendly and efficient and everything went smoothly. It was snowing that day and he was helping us clean the car in the freezing weather. He also had to stay with us after they closed which I truly appreciate!! Overall his service was excellent and I was very happy with the purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable with everything!

Please don t go hear they are cheating. Say one thing over the phone and in reality totally upside down, you will waste your hall day waiting or listening to there lies specially front desk very unprofessional rude hope this place is close don t waste your time and money go somewhere else please people be careful with this cheater save your money and time.

I had a great experience with this dealer. I came in to trade in my car after they reached out to me. I met with Josue Castillo and he showed me all the available cars I was interested in. After I decided, since it was my first time buying a car, he explained to me the whole process and helped me understand what I was gonna pay for it. If I bought another car I'd definitely come back here and ask for his help again.

I truly had an amazing experience at Toyota Universe. My sales rep Naseem went over every possibility to get me at a comfortable payment for my new car, a 2024 GR Corolla! His exceptional service and attention were beyond my expectations. They even gave me more than what my trade-in was worth. Everyone, including the financial advisor and manager were beyond impressive in their level of service. Would highly recommend to check them out if you're in the market for a new (or used) vehicle.

I had a great experience getting my first brand new car at Toyota Universe. Luis approached and nicely greeted my dad and I when we came in. He walked us through the Toyota Camry which is the car I was interested in telling us all about the features and safety of the car. When it came down to discussing my budget, he worked hard to get the payments to where I was comfortable as again, this is my first brand new vehicle. I went home very happy with my purchase and experience. He definitely made it memorable especially like I said this was my first big girl purchase. Also, I literally got the car during the snow storm we had on January 6th and it was nice and clean when I drove it off!

Bought my first Toyota (Camry) from Ruhith -- never owned a Toyota before but Ruhith was able to guide us to make the right choice. He went to bat for us to get the best deal we could get. My wife and I had just gotten married and this was a great cherry on top experience to end the year for us. Not only did we get a hassle free service but the runs beautifully. We will recommend this dealership to our friends and family and will be shopping her again! Thanks!

Hey. I was searching for a hybrid in ny and couldn t find in reasonable price and looked into Toyota Universe, i found the best deal. And (Ruhith Rab) helped me a lot in my visit, very much helpful, professional, friendly. I had really great time there, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I recommend this dealership if anyone thinking about to go!

I would like to give them 0 star. I had an appointment for oil change of my 23 4runner and it took them 3hrs 15 mins. (And Thats wid an appointment) and when they brought back my car there were 3 bolts were missing from skid plate.. never felt like puttting them back. 1 was just half tighted.. 2 push pins were missing.. told them the situation the took ander 30 mins to put the bolts back. horrible dealer.

We wound up buying a car quicker than we had planned, but everything worked out great. We worked with Francisco, and he took his time showing us different models of the vehicle we eventually wound up purchasing. He made my wife and I feel comfortable and confident in our, honestly, spontaneous car purchase. I have talked to some shady car sales people in my life and Francisco is for sure not that. Ask to work with him if you're exploring a new Toyota!

I would like to give high praise to Ryan, buying a truck from him was a smooth process from Start to finish. He was extremely genuine, a true gentlemen,very professional and knowledgeable! The sales rep representative Jade hale Was extremely helpful and accommodating to me in selecting my vehicle. He not only helped me get a good price, but was able to get a good warranty along with the price. Solid salesman wasn t looking to take advantage of me as a customer.

Very unhappy about my experience here. 1. The sales person clearly told me on the phone that my car can trade in for $6500 as kpp suggests plus $2000 promotional credit, which is one of the main reasons I decided to come. But when I came, they told me I can only get $4500 for my car! There is no promotional credit and I have to pay for the re-conditioning fee for the car. This is basically a lie. They just lied on the phone to trick me here! 2. The car that I was interested to see was gone already because they didn't update their inventory system over the weekend! It is just unbelievable... 3. Then we checked out another car. The listing price is $28000, but again they asked me to pay for the re-conditioning fee. So basically we need to pay re-conditioning fee twice, both on the car we wanna trade in and the car we wanna buy... Just ridiculous.Such a waste of time!

I came to toyota for a fix on my husband's car. Walked back to browse around for him to upgrade HIS truck... We walked around with francisco test drove some, he was sooo patient with us. Long story short I ended up getting one for me! LOL went in for him left with one for me. They had to call around for it since the XSE that I wanted wasnt here they had to get it in a different store and within 3 days it was here ! Thank you so much to Francisco !! Everything was great he was amazing. A+++
