I called the Chevy dealership at Little Falls and made appointment to repair My Camaro, the engine light on was display on my dashboard. The appointment I received was for 4/11/2014. I was afforded the flexibility to bring my car early with no guarantees that I would be seen or worked on. On 4/9/2014 I arrived at the dealership. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. They kept informed every step of the way. On 4/10/2014 I received a call that my car was fixed and ready for pick up a day early. Amazing experience, great service

Was referred to this dealership by my neighbor. We drove an hour away to come here. Was trading in a traverse that another dealership had screwed us over on, and I wanted to downsize to an equinox. Leo was our salesman and Mark was the manager that made it all happen. This is one of the best experiences I ve had at a dealership. They re honest, thorough and quick. When I had to come back a second time to drop off paperwork and to get my vehicle detailed, Mark made sure it got done immediately so I was able to return back to work. This is an awesome place and highly recommend!!

I really liked the service and the experience that I had at this dealership. My sales consultant John Petrillo is extremely professional, takes the time know what you are looking for, answers all of your questions and works with you. Before I bought my car with John I went to three other Chevy dealerships and no one was even close to John's professionalism. The team at the Little Falls location are true professionals. They were able to get me the car that I wanted with all of the features at a good price and they did everything they could to have my car delivered that same day. Truly an amazing experience, I would recommend this dealership and especially John, you are in good hands with him and his team.

the car that was purchased, this wasnt the car I originally wanted.I wanted push start, and the interior suppose to be dark. Too many hands involved in the talks,I was basically sold a car to complete the sale,it was late when I got the car, i didnt inspect then, but the interior panel has all scratches on it. Very dissatisfied with my purchase

Dealer helped me to order the truck as soon as sales were opened by Chevrolet. Long lead time on the truck but staff kept me updated and honored the original contract price. Pick up was painless.

I brought my Chevy Malibu in to have the Dual Battery Control Module programmed. All battery sensors and modules were brand new. I was told this would be $117 for service and $130 for programming. Instead my bill was $1,006.88 and new parts were installed.After calling to dispute this I was given a breakdown of services and parts.Even with the new component I was forced to purchase I was charged $354 in diagnostics that had already been performed by my own garage.Despite providing their diagnostics the garage refused to do any work without performing their own, which cost $354.When I again called to dispute this I was placed on hold in mid sentence and, after 15min, hung up on.

Recently traded in a lease and purchased a new traverse. Salesman Greg was fabulous to deal with. Walked me through every part of the process and all the options of the new car before pulling off the lot. Would highly recommend shopping here for a new car!

I recently had an issue with a tire that was tore from a metal fragment. I came to Chevy and they helped me immediately. Had a new tire on the next day. Tony and Cortney at the service center were very helpful and responsive to my issue and urgency. Thank you!

TJ is the best salesman handsdown. He was very patient with us when we were choosing our car. He's also very knowledgeable and made the process so easy and seamless. Joe helped us with finalizing the paperwork, and we were in and out of there faster than any other dealership I've ever dealt with. Customer Service was horrible. Dropped my car off on Wednesday for Thursday appointment, and got a call Friday to reschedule my "missed" appointment. They couldn't match up my key with a car, so they tossed my key in a box (with my name on it), and did nothing with my car they could not find in their own parking lot. Service guy Tony was just awful and had an attitude (like he hates his job). Then he told me he can't look at my car for another week and half because he is backed up now. I ended up taking my car back and going else where. Mind you I bought my car there. I will NEVER buy another Chevy from Schumacher. The Service guy really did a disservice to Schumacher, and someone should review his work and work ethics. Plus find out why a key in the drop box doesn't match a car they found, and not just ignore the key and customer. (maybe call the customer). And the worse part Tony hung up on me when I said I just want to take my car elsewhere.

I was in there on 11/17 for service. They said it was fixed, but on the way home, the same happened that I brought the car in for. I left after another 1.5 of waiting. Then on Monday 11/18 I went to use the car hat I brought in for service and the same thing happened!!!!!I brought the car back for the 3rd time for the same thing. Now they told me the repair would be over $800!!!!!!!When I I was there this time I asked to speak to the service manager, which I did I told him what happened and he said he would get back to me before i left( which he never did).I called on Tuesday to speak with the general manager they took a message saying he would call me back that day( which he never did) I had to call back . Once I spoke with him he promised me he would talk with service and get back yo me the same day( which high never happened!!!!!!!I would like someone above him to call me back!!! From a very dissatisfied customer

Great service, 10/10!I was assisted by Sabir Miah. Sabir welcomed us as well as took his time to well educate me and my Wife on what is best for me to walk out with a vehicle. He helped me with choosing the insurance that fits best with me and my budget, and after following on what he thought was best I came back the next day and left with an amazing Chevy Equinox.If you want to leave as a satisfied customer I would highly recommend him, he thoroughly takes his time and does what is best for you to get an approval. Me and my Wife love our new Vehicle. Thank You for the outstanding service!

Jim Durkin (better known as Rocket) is a straight shooter and doesn't mess around. Rocket sold me exactly the truck I needed and was honest, fair, and passionate during the whole process. Certainly dont understand why the Parts department couldn't guide me on what the GM part no. is. I was simply trying to clarify the part no. I saw in my Owners manual and I was told due to company policy that they couldn't give out the information. That made no sense to me sadly. What happened to customer service?

We received great service from john at the little falls location. I posted and asked a question and they were quick to find out information to better assist us. We purchased a new chevy trax and was pleased with everyone we spoke too at that location. I highly recommend this location. Extremely proud of the service they provide to their customers. Will be recommending them to everyone, who is looking.

I bought my Chevy from Schumacher Chevy Little Falls in 2019. For the most part I haven't had issues, but I try to avoid dealerships as much as I can. The last time I went in I was told there was an issue with the catalytic converter and that it would be handled internally and replaced under warranty. Since that was the case, I scheduled an appointment and told them to order the parts they needed.I waited about 2 months before I called to follow up and see if the parts came in. They told me that they had the parts in and that they could take me in on 10/2, which I said was fine. I take the car in at 8:30AM on Monday and I decided to do my work in the waiting room while waiting for my car. At 11AM, they came out and told me there was a crack in the exhaust manifold and that this was not covered under warranty. They told me there was a misdiagnosis and that the catalytic converter was fine. I know on my Equinox the CAT is mounted right on the end of the exhaust manifold, so I figured it might be understandable but I was not happy. Instead of this being covered under warranty, it would cost me $1200 for a new manifold. I was told that only a GM dealer would be able to order the new manifold and replace it, so unfortunately I felt stuck and felt like I got played. I decided to have them do the work and proceeded to wait for another 4 hours until 3PM hit and they were done.The worst part about the whole thing, was that at the end they gave me a bogus inspection report. They checked every single item for the car as green and good to go, all 57 when I know that s not the case. I have a small crack in the windshield and I know I have to replace my wipers, which they checked off as fine. They also said that they checked and filled the tires to 35 PSI when I checked myself afterwards and that s not the case.This report was the icing on the cake. It looks like they wanted me to feel secure and not look into addressing any other potential issues until it was drastic so they could get more money. I could be wrong on this, but that is the impression that I got based on this.I m the type of person who never bothers to put Google reviews unless it is excellent, or extremely bad. So you know this was a bad experience. For my troubles, I received a free oil change, which I d rather not use with them at this point. I don t plan on going back, I barely went to begin with, but this definitely sealed it.

Thank you to Luis for his persistence, expertise and patience with my journey to get the 2020 Equinox LT that my wife wanted and now is enjoying. Michele also was most helpful back in July 2023 in directing me to Schumacher in Little Falls when I was browsing in Schucar. "Rocket" Jim Durkin got me out the door today with a ready to drive Equinox and I look forward to his tutorial of its features when I return to pick up the license plates. It was a pleasant surprise to chat with Dorothee Schumacher today and I, my wife and daughter appreciated her interest in our Equinox purchase experience. 11/30/23 Ed Anderson Livingston NJ

I was a walk-in. Had a blow-out and riding with a donut tire. Leo took me right away. The Equinox was all checked out and tire replaced. Leo my service rep was great. He explained to me everything that was done. My day started out bad and ended up good. Thanks

Just bought a car here, and though it was not the closest dealership to my house, it was worth it. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Max who was an exemplary agent and gentleman. Easy to talk to, and extremely friendly, without any hardcore sales tactics, and kept his word of keeping an eye out for me if the car I was searching for ever came into his grasp. Not easy to find out there. Quite honestly, I considered myself very lucky to have come across him during my search as I ran into other sales agents who were unenthusiastic, uninterested, and/or not easy to converse with. Truly thankful for all of Max s help. He even made the closing process easy and stress free.If you decide to get a car here, certainly ask to work with Max. You won t be sorry. He truly wants to do the best for his clients, and help them feel at ease.

Maximiliano was very kind to me and my husband, he helped us throughout the entire process of having our new car. We love our car and the experience with this dealership was excellent. In our case we bought the car from another state and we still had no problems and everything went well. I recommend that you look for Maximiliano who speaks Spanish and English.

This is the second time this year I had a scheduled appointment for 7:30 am. And received notification after 2 pm that no technician was available to work on my car.The staff is very friendly but scheduling an appointment weeks in advance to have to be delayed with out being offered a loaner car or no discount is unacceptable

I just purchased my 2022 Chevy Traverse. I drove from Middlesex county. I will say it was worth my trip. Jim Demercurio was my sales consultant. He was exceptional!
