So this is not a matter of not getting the deal we wanted. This is more about how unprofessional the sales section of this dealership is. The sales manager Mike was so unprofessional and not understanding at all. I spoke with him very calm and clear about an issue we have with the lease that we currently have through them. He was very egotistical and gave me an attitude and tried to lecture me on how certain processes work. Not once did I disrespect him or his team. He literally told me and my family I m not going to lose money . If the customer service was the opposite of we got we would ve considered taking out our 4th lease with them but I rather go to a random dealership on a corner and get better service there. I m a sales manager myself and I have never witnessed such an immature, egotistical, unprofessional and full of themselves manager before.The service department was amazing. Allen Balidemic and his service manager were super understanding. They did everything they can for us and took care of us. I explained everything that happened from beginning to end and they let me finish speaking and they followed through with a solution. The sales manager Mike would start talking over me and interrupting me. Thank you Allen and sorry I forgot the service manager name but thank you both for your time and effort. It is beyond appreciated.

Best experience ever in purchasing a used car. Bob Abdel who was the salesperson I worked with was amazing - helpful, informative and never pressured me about anything. Such nice wonderful people from the service center team to the salesman. Brought my truck in for service and while I waited, I was interested in a new car or a buy out of mine. The salesman Ahmed gave me all the info he could so I know my options. At the end I bought my truck with warranty for a great price.I would 100% recommend this place and team ! Go see Ahmed for all your new cars he was just amazing!!!

I have to give a major shoutout and kudos to P.J. Chak a real rockstar of a salesman at Rt 46 CJDR. I reached out to him after a friend recommended him and from the start he gave me the best price I d found for a Jeep Grand Cherokee overland by far. It took about 15 minutes in the dealership and I was off with my new car. I must say that this was by far the smoothest transaction I ve ever had leasing a new car. Had a great experience with servicing my jeep here. Been coming here since 2015. I go to the same service rep every time. Dave Fresco is the man! Need any work done on your car ask for Dave. He s meticulous and is on point. He is knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs for pretty much any car that comes in. He s very focused on getting the job done right. I m very OCD when it comes to maintenance and he understands my being crazy. I ve trusted Dave since 2015 and continue to do so today. Need something? GO SEE DAVE!

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this dealership, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences of my life. From start to finish, everything about this dealership screamed incompetence and deceit.First and foremost, their customer service is abysmal. The people working here were rude, pushy, and completely indifferent to my needs. Instead of listening to what I wanted, they tried to force-feed me cars that were completely out of my budget and not at all suitable for my preferences. It was as if they were more interested in making a quick sale rather than genuinely helping a customer.Furthermore, the condition of the cars on their lot was appalling. Many of them had visible damage, scratches, and dents, despite being advertised as "in excellent condition." It was clear that they didn't bother to inspect or properly maintain their inventory.But perhaps the worst part of my experience was their dishonesty. They tried to sneak in hidden fees and charges at every turn, hoping I wouldn't notice. When I questioned these additional costs, they became defensive and tried to shift the blame onto me. It was a classic bait-and-switch tactic that left me feeling cheated and exploited.Overall, I would strongly advise anyone in the market for a car to steer clear of this dealership. Their lack of integrity, poor customer service, and deceptive practices make them unworthy of your time and money. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable dealership that actually values its customers.

Purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer and we were not disappointed at all! Everyone was personable, but more importantly a special thanks to our salesman, Jesse! Highly recommend him, who made our entire experience easy, warm, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. He is truly a pleasure to work with because of his honesty and putting our needs first, as customers. He worked with us closely, went above and beyond what I ve experienced at other dealers in the past, and did not pressure or play any tactics that most salesman do. Request him if you visit!

The service department at this location is beyond terrible! They are not trustworthy, have poor communication, and have the worst customer service. I brought my 2021 Ram in for service due to a water leak and provided a video documenting the cause during drop off. During the time it was in the shop I never received any calls with updates. Additionally, after several attempts of calling and leaving messages I never once received a call back. When I finally picked up my vehicle roughly two weeks later I quickly noticed my pickup was in even worse condition. The service department completely scraped off a portion of my tinted window (without repairing), I discovered a cut wire (until today they do not know what it belonged to and refuse to repair it), grease marks on the outer body and several scratches that were not there to begin with. The carelessness of the department truly deserves its own trophy to mount for future customer awareness. I quickly returned to the service department requesting that the damage to my vehicle be repaired. After speaking with the mechanic, service writer and manager (Peter) I was assured it would be fixed. I was not surprised when I returned to pick up my car one week later to find the only remedy I received was a fixed tint. Once again (I know I sound like a broken record) I went back and spoke to the manager (Peter) who stated he would review all of the documentation, speak to the staff and call me back. Needless to say - I think I have a better chance of seeing a 125th birthday before I get a call back from Peter. Please avoid leaving your vehicle at this location if you can help it - it could be the best service you give yourself.Photos provided for future customer awareness.

This is by far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to! Let me explain for starters I was told to drop off my car on July 19. I was told it will take 2-5 days. I don t mind waiting however no one even called me to give me an update! I got my car on August 1st. Secondly, when I picked up my car I noticed my car's rear tires were worn out, I have a dodge hellcat and I had a brand-new set of tires on it. I measured the thread before drop off upon picking up my car my tires were worn out indicating someone drifted or did a burn out with my car. Nicole from service said she would give me a call, did she? No, she did not.If you are going to drop off your car here1) make sure you have a dash cam2) set your car to valet mode only !!

The salesman Sterling and the Dealership was very accommodating over the phone and giving me all the information needed, and making and deal and getting us out the door. Coming from out of state, it is important to not be given the run around on the phone. I appreciated the experience.

i had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. i got a phenomenal deal on a new car and they delivered the car to my job. the salesman Pj was very nice and made everything so easy for me. there was absolutely no stress what so ever. i could not have found a better deal that s for sure. i will definitely be telling people to go to this dealership.

WORST service department I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Took over 4 months to get my recall scheduled, then told it would take 3 days to make the repair. Six days later still trying to get a supervisor to call me about the status of my vehicle.UNACCEPTABLE. want to put no stars but will not let you post until you check at least one star

I had a wonderful experience here at Jeep Little Falls, as a first time buyer, everyone made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Enrique Rodriguez is my favorite finance guy, he help me understand how everything works and got me the best deal. Ask for Enrique when you get there. Also Ricardo was so helpful with my Jeep searching and Elvin was also very helpful. I m glad to say I m part of the Jeep Family and owner of a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

My experience buying the car was fine - above average for the most part. However, there was an issue with my insurance and when my agent called, no response. I then discovered a safety issue with my back seat belt, less than two weeks after purchasing the car and emailed my contact. No response. I re-sent a few days later- still no response. Not the reliable and responsible customer service I was promised.I wanted to add a PS to this review. Almost immediately after posting the review, Jamie, one of the managers, reached out and really helped make things right. I appreciate her efficiency and dedication to making my experience much more positive.

For anyone wanting to buy a car from here i would recommend look for another dodge dealer. They ripped me off on the car everything they told me was a lie. Same thing with service department there scams they charged me 450$ without even finding the problem with my car. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A COPY OF EVERYTHING because they will tell you something and it will just be a lie to sale you the car

Horrible dealership. After purchasing my new Jeep I needed to call the dealership for a question and left voicemails and was told someone would call back. Never did. Had to drive in and speak to someone in person. No biggie, I get it they're busy.Came in 6 months later for first service and was told I could wait in the waiting area until the oil change was completed. Just a simple oil change. Was told on 2 separate occasions - once when I scheduled and again as I got there and checked in it would take 1-1.5 hours. I specifically asked if this was something I can sit there and wait for or if I should arrange a ride and was told I can wait, shouldn't exceed 1.5 hours. I figured ok, realistically probably closer to 2 hours, I can wait. Any longer I would arrange for a ride and pick up later. After nearly 4 hours they finally gave my car back. The only excuse they gave was "sorry we were busy". Totally get it, but then don't quote 1-1.5 hours, or at least at the 2 hour mark let me know you're backed up as a customer courtesy so I can make arrangements. I had to ask them at the 3 hour mark. They knew how busy they were when I got in. Not to mention that another gentleman who came in after me FOR THE SAME SERVICE got his car back 45 minutes before me. They don't care once they get your money. Get your vehicle serviced anywhere else other than here. Horrible first experience with my first service. Will never come back.

Worked with JaJuan. The sale was great. He was attentive and professional. I bought a pre owned rogue. I told him multiple times during the transaction that it would need two new tires. He told me that they were on back order and not available. I said what should I do? He said reach to me in a month. I did. I bought the vehicle in June of 2023. It is now January of 2024. I ve text him multiple times and called asked for the store manager left several messages. Till this day no response. They lost my business. All good. Be careful people.

Not complete but so far infuriating.Made an appointment for 1/26/24. Got there and was told no one would be looking at the car so if I don't want to leave it all weekend, I should reschedule for Monday or Tuesday. Rescheduled for Monday 1/29/24. Heard from no one until I called on the morning of Wednesday 1/31/24. Received an update around 4:30pm that a "technician" was assigned to my car for 2/1/24 and I would be updated again on 2/1/24.I asked what the purpose of an appointment is if no one is going to look at my car until day 4 (day 7, business day 5, if you consider my original appointment). I was told that no technician is assigned until the car is dropped off. Zero consideration for the individual who is rescheduling work/life responsibilities and renting vehicles.I have yet to have a good experience with 3 Jeep dealership repair facilities. I will update this review if the repair is successful and if anything changes in the positive.Abysmal. I will never buy another Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler or RAM. Stellantis (or whoever owns these Manufacturers now), when are you going to exhibit some control over your dealerships?________Jamie - in regards to your response, you will notice in my review that my car is still there. I think it would be fair if you would credit my repair bill for the amount of my needless car rental costs for the days your dealership let my car sit there with no work being done on it. I think those who are considering your dealership would appreciate resolving this online so they can see whether anything was done to correct questionable business (from the looks of other reviews, I am not the only one experiencing this), or if your reply was just one of those gimmicks companies use to make it look like they care about addressing concerns. Your call.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! I have never publicly posted but this is definitely an appropriate first....service department is unbelievably unreliable, argumentative, and has had my vehicle for two weeks on a repair that they stated would take no more than 24 hours to fix. When we call for information management is " not at their desks", and on the rare occassion that they are, there is no answers other than a "we care" speech or "my job should be more understanding that I do not have a vehicle". Route 4 Jeep is the way to go! Up front, honest, and reliable.

This dealership has by far the worst service department I've ever dealt with. My Jeep was there for 8 days for a new rim and tire, and every day I called to find the status I would get the same 2 responses. Either we have not had time to access the repair yet (like I said earlier, there was nothing to access, I needed a rim and tire), after that the next excuse was the person assigned to my vehicle is not in today (2 days in a row) assign it to someone else. I had to send a tow truck there to get my Jeep out of there and send to a new dealership that said they will have done same day. Very pathetic!! I have heard about this dealership from others but did not listen, they were not exaggeration at all, they are the worst dealership!!!!

STAY AWAY !!!!!! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!!!!!This is by FAR the absolutely worst dealership I ever went to. They are incompetent liars on ALL levels.I had to bring my car there 4 times last year for a total of 2 months to get my car finally fixed.The last time I had to bring the car for service I had to take Enterprise rental and I was promised by Dodge and the Dealership that I would get my money back. After two months of waiting, I got 60% back from the main Corp and Route 46 Chrysler Dodge promised to cover the balance. I was waiting another month and today they called me to say that I'm not getting any more money back. (Even though they've been telling me that case is closed, and check will be issued!!!)Their mechanics are ABSOUTELY INCOMPETENT. They broke the clip from the engine intake, left it detached and on top of it they left power wire for amp laying loose on serpentine belt!!Also, the first time I brought the car in they scratched the rim (luckily, I took pictures, and they replaced it).I was very frustrated with my overall experience and unfortunately, I had to go to the dealership that was closest to my work because I couldn't afford any more time of my job to get my car fixed.The manager said that I can open another case if I m not satisfied. Of course, I'm not but take the money that you owe me and leave me alone.

STAY AWAY They kept my husband's car for THREE weeks when he had a check engine light on, citing that they didn't have enough technicians. Then they tell him he needs two new batteries otherwise they can't diagnose. Who knows what they did with his car for THREE WEEKS that drained the battery. When he wanted to get his car and run away as fast as possible they had the NERVE to charge him the diagnostic fee when nothing was diagnosed. And then the manager got loud with my husband when he said he's not paying the diagnostic fee because nothing was diagnosed beyond him needing a new battery, which they probably drained themselves since my husband has barely had the car for a year. Stay far far far far away from this place.

Beware of hidden fees! They tried to charge $995 that they called key replacement on the purchase agreement. When asked about this charge I was told it was a pre-delivery inspection fee that everyone pays and there was nothing they could do about it.First off, if it s a charge for an inspection, call it that. When I told them they could keep the car they were suddenly able to wave the fee. They also tried to charge $300 for glass etching. None of these fees were discussed before sending me the contract.All this plus another $800 document fee.Look over the contract before you sign anything!!

Their pricing strategy seems to involve pulling numbers out of thin air, resulting in shockingly high prices for their vehicles and services. No matter how reasonable your expectations, prepare to leave feeling ripped off and dissatisfied. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your automotive needs.

Left the dealership the same day with my brand new Jeep. Chris was absolutely amazing!! He truly cares about the customer being happy and that s exactly what he did. Chris took his time between finding the right fit for me in the price range I had. He Made this process very easy for me.
