I ve had a bunch of tires mounted and balanced here and just never got around to doing a review. The people here are honest, super friendly and do great work. Not only that but they are pretty quick too! Very accommodating as I rarely ever had to make an appointment but I only go to get tires done so if you need more extensive work I m sure you ll need an apt. Pricing is extremely fair and like I said honest. Would definitely recommend this shop for any tire needs.

Brought my Tesla here a few times for tire repair. The staff here- especially Joe, Glen, and Natay- are great. They re super knowledgeable, transparent, and respectful. One worry I have with tire/auto shops is that I m getting ripped off since I know absolutely nothing about cars; the staff has always been transparent in showing me exactly what needs to be repaired and why it costs the amount they re quoting. The prices here are very reasonable and the service is great. What more could you want?! I highly recommend the Mavis in little falls!

Had a great experience at Mavis. They saw me in less than 30 minutes. I had a puncture that was plugged. They even put air in my tires. Definitely the best Mavis store out here!

I went in for wheel alignment, service was very fast. In 15 min they where working in my car . I told them I had to go to work at 11 am10:30 my car was ready.Alignment was good!

Brought in my Ram 1500 today for a tire rotation. Extreme quick, they had lots of workers and I was out within 20 minutes. Workers were pleasant and helpful. I tipped the employee since I was shocked how quick they got my truck in. I look forward to going back there again.

Staff was very helpful. Educated me on what needs done. Wasn t waiting all day very fast service. Definitely recommend if you want sufficient work done and decent pricing compared to the dealerships.

They changed my oil and never screwed back on the protective plastic on the undercarriage so it came loose on the highway and was scraping along the pavement nearly causing an accident. Disgusting service would highly recommend staying away from them even for tires.

I wish I had time to post a review earlier. I brought my Tesla Model 3 here back in February for a tire rotation. I left the car there and left to go to work. I instructed the staff to lock the key in the car outside once service was done so I could pick up the car when I got put of work which was after their closing time. When I got there I could see a foot long scratch on my driver's side rear door that was not there before. I immediately took a picture, since the tire shop was closed I went back the next morning and spoke to Joe the assistant manager and showed him what happened. Joe said he would speak with the manager who had access to the cameras in the shop and get back to me.A few days had gone by and I heard nothing. I called up and spoke to Joe who apologized for not getting around to telling the manager because his birthday has just passed but he would get back to me. This game of chasing them went on for a month. By the time I got ahold of the manager he said the cameras only record the past 2 days but would see what they could do and asked me to text him a picture. I did so and he ghosted me and never answered.I can't take my vehicles to a shop who can't take responsibility what happens while in their possession.

Went here for my oil change. Easy to make an appointment online and drop off my car. When it was done, they had my car ready for me out front. Would definitely come back for my next oil change

In chaos I found myself, a place quite grim,A horrid ordeal, unprofessional, dim,No grace or care,RESERVATION # 76911 went on time .help desk guy said he can t see my carCome tomorrow if you want. Very unprofessional. just incompetence displayed,A nightmare experience, leaving me dismayed.

I pulled in with a nail in my tire on Saturday February 10, 2024 and the crew at this Mavis went above and beyond to fix the issue! They were all professional, polite, friendly and very fast! I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your tire needs for your vehicle! THANK YOU again!

Great service! I needed my battery replaced. They ordered the battery, serviced the car, and replaced the battery within an hour. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help me and I was given a very fair price. My car is 6 years old and in need of new brakes so I am already planning to go back. They will definitely be my primary mechanic!

RJ provided exceptional service, and I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for all your automotive needs. Despite being busy, they made a special effort to inspect my vehicle and ultimately waived the fee instead of accepting payment. RJ was incredibly helpful, providing me with all the necessary paperwork to take to the dealership.

Woke up to a flat tire and brought my car into the shop this morning not knowing what to expect. I was incredibly fascinated on how fast the team at Mavis got a new tire on for me and got me back on the road. I highly recommend them for their fast and reliable work.

Place is excellent. By far the best customer service around the area. Called them in a jam at 7 pm. They took me right in and repaired the tire. The employees were super nice and helpful. Highly recommended !

I had some issues with Mavis in Little Falls previously and I came back because they have a new Store Manager named RJ what a positive management change. He gives Mavis a true professional manager and real positive representation of the Mavis Brand as long as he is the store manager I will gladly recommend the store 5 stars.

When it comes to cars and anything to do with it, I am absolutely clueless. As a result, I often feel intimidated dealing with dealerships and mechanics. My experience today, was far from it. I learned a lot about tires during my time there and did not feel intimidated at all. They were really nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and they really went above and beyond in helping me replace my tires today. I would recommend Mavis Discount Tire @ Little Falls to everyone I know.

I went into the store having a problem with my tires. I was running late to work, and only had a few minutes to get this done. Natay & Vincent were so Pleasant. They understood i was late for work, got everything done in 10 minutes. While waiting, we had a nice conversation. I haven t experienced this type of customer service in a long time! Thank you guys! Highly recommended. If going here ask to speak with natay & vincent.

I am extremely disappointed on how I was treated by the district manager Derek. Upon my hiring process, I told him how I would like Sundays off because of my religious practice. He did not care one bit and told me not to waste his time nor mine since it can not be done so He did not proceed with my hiring process. HR (Human Resources) on the other hand was very helpful and told me that is not true at all, that I would need a letter from my church stating my practice in their church. To summarize everything, be careful with dealing with the district manager Derek because he does not care about his employees nor respects religious practice.

Really nice, honest people that work here. I had to get my Wheel bearings replaced and when trying to drive the wheel break cover was scaping agiants the wheeel. So, one of the head mechanics spent an extra hour driving around with me trying to fix the problem free of charge! Best mavis around!

My mechanic was great! I had a slow leaking tire for the last two days and he was able to quickly identify the problem. He also kept me informed throughout the process. I ll surely be using this place for my future auto needs and I would recommend them to anyone.
