Mike, John, and their staff are INCREDIBLE! My parked car was hit by a FedEx truck. I initially called another business and the wait time to get my car fixed was not for another 1.5 months. I then called Weiland and spoke with Mike, and he was so reassuring and told me he would do everything he could to accommodate me to the best of their abilities and product availability. Once the parts were in, my car was done within 1 week! They also kept me informed via email throughout the whole process. Their customer service is exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough. They gained a new life-long customer!

My 2008 equinox totally rusted out on front part of frame and cracked. Took to weiland auto body. They came up with a plan. 100 percent fixed. Stronger then when truck was built. No rip off etc. very professional work best in business. John and Mike best in business.

I had a great experience with the guys Mike & John at Wieland Auto, they re truly great. They kept me updated with everything and it took less than 2 weeks to fix! I was rear ended by a Gas truck and they fixed the car like nothing ever happened..looks BRAND NEW! Probably even better then when I first bought the car!! :D If I can rate them 100 stars I would. Highly recommend.

Mike and John are Amazing!! Someone ran a stop sign and messed up the front of my car. They literally fixed it and cleaned it up so well I wanted to cry tears of joy. My car looks brand new!!! They also kept in well contact through email and phone keeping me posted on how the car was doing. They even finished a week before the expected completion date!!! Just want to deeply Thank you and your team again for the Amazing work. From a fellow Linden Native who has experienced something like this for the first time in my 31 years of living. They made it 10 times more easier than I expected. I appreciate it guys!!! Thank you!!! Thank you and THANK YOU!!!!!

My car got rear ended, I brought it in to Weiland on 12/13/21 . They let me know right away due to covid it would be a delay with part etc. I was told it may not be ready until 12/28/21. My car was done by 12/21/21!!! I was so excited. They were extremely professional. He showed me pictures of every step on what it took to fix my car. Not only that I had a crack on my windshield from a previous incident and they were able to fix my windshield. All other places wanted to charge me $1500-$2000 for my windshield . Weiland had it done for a $500!!My car looks brand new. It came back super clean. I am beyond happy with their service. This will be the only place I bring my family cars to! I had a dent and bad scratching on my bumper. Michael and his crew repaired it quickly and it looks absolutely perfect now - and for a fair price, too. Very friendly and professional. Am happy to highly recommend this shop.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The service I received at Wieland Auto Coach was nothing short of excellent. The manager John was very personable and explained every step of my repair along the way and even showed me pictures of the progress. I am extremely happy with the repairs to my car it looks brand new and it was quick. While I hope I never need to go back to the auto repair shop anytime soon, I will definitely be coming to Wieland.

John and his team are outstanding!These knowledgeable professionals repaired my BMW so beautifully you can't even tell which side originally had the damage. They did everything from arranging a loaner car to negotiating with State Farm. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their services. I would highly recommend Wieland Auto!

We first brought a car there when another car hit my daughter's head on. When we picked up a car we thought was destroyed, it looked brand new. That was 13 years ago. We have brought family cars to Wieland ever since. The 2 men in the front office are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They ease you through the insurance process and work with you if you are paying on your own. If I want a professional job done, I do not even consider any where else!

Great service and their level of professionalism goes beyond the call of duty. Everyone there is kind and professional. They called us 3 times with an update of the progress of our car, No auto place has ever called us, but Wieland Auto Coach DID call us.AMAZING! NOW LETS TALK ABOUT THE CAR...They did an OUTSTANDING AND EXCELLENT JOB on our car! Shoutout to the entire Team. If we ever have to get our cars fix again we are going right back to Wieland Auto Coach.

I took my truck here for an estimate, I thought they would be a great place to go. I was wrong. When I took the truck back to them to fix they claimed they had found $3,000 more damage than the estimate. They considered the truck totaled. Come to find out my truck was/is fine. I typed the VIN into google and found my truck still in NJ now owned by someone else. Do not trust them.

So far everything has been prompt and professional. Michael is taking good care of me. Work is to be finished stillIn follow up to the above, Wieland did an amazing job. I'm not really sure how they pulled it off, but kudos to them.

I came in to get a quote on a fender bender. Guy told me it's raining to come back the next day. I came in next day he starting questioning me why i didn't go through insurance and it's not a good idea, he seemed like he didn't want to be bothered and trying to tell me I messed up.. wow ask some questions what happened why.. etc before you assume you didn't do the right thing, I had my reasons. Anyway was here maybe 10 years back and what a a difference in service, I remember they were knowledgeable very friendly and willing to listen and help. Total opposite of what I just experienced

Very rude and cocky guys. Never again will I bring my car here. Once they get your money from insurance they dont want to help you with anything else.

Took my car for an estimate. .they wanted to know what insurance company ... I said someone hit me it's going to be cash... they said they don't have time to give me an estimate. .come back maybe Saturday. ..
