I have used the Ricco Family over the years for repairs and also paint and body repairs on my trucks. On 03/17/2023@1:20 P.M. I called and spoke to Chris and told him I had a problem with my Air Ride in my truck was told he would order the part and that it would be in on Monday 03/20/2023 I offered to pick up the part if it would help. Was advised by Chris Ricco on Monday that he still did not have the part needed was told to call back on Tuesday was told again by Chris that the part had not arrived. I called Allegiance spoke to parts and had the part in my hand in 30 minutes. Chris was not truthful in this matter. Rick

Bought truck from arrow truck sales and had some issues and was told to take truck to VCMR and talk to Chris . Chris was amazing from the phone call till end . He took truck in right away and told me everything straight up. Even tho we had to take truck somewhere else for programming issues , but still Chris was a pleasure to deal with.

This man is a CROOK!!!! Robbed me. Went to another mechanic-and was disgusted on how I OVERPAID for simple jobs, and I was taken advantage completely. I know I don t know much about truck repairs, but I should ve went to another mechanic to get a 2nd opinion. I am appalled, yes he got the work done but overcharged me 800$ for labor, and parts. Don t use this guy. Rookie truck owners stay AWAY !!!! Seriously he s DISHONEST! The worstServices: Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

Fantastic customer service provided by Chris. If you go here to should not be leaving with a bad experience, I came to shave a quote on a vehicle in a accident and they were very helpful and answered all my questions since this was my first time dealing with this situation. I'd recommend this location and use their service again.

VCMR offers real customer service, not the typical corporate variety, you find today. The owners are true gentlemen, that know their business. I would not hesitate to use their service for any issue, in the future. Thank you to the whole VCMR crew!

Excellent work and atmosphere, I brought my truck in for a mechanical repair and didn't know they did body work too, so I had them fix and paint my hood. Good people and yes they're honest.

Brought in my BMW 5 series for repainting of the rear bumper. The VCMR team was very professional, give me a quote (prices are fair), provided an appointment, and completed the repair on time. The repaint was so good I wish I could have gotten the whole car repainted. I will def. recommend VCMR to others.

Over charged me for work done... before they get your money they treat you with the utmost respect, Hello sir, how are you sir, shake your hand, make small talk with you. Afterwards they don't answer your call, you show up to there shop and all that hi sir is gone.

Great people reasonable price I love them there work they pick up your phone and explain everything on phone you don't have go they are very trusted people I have 2013 volvo I always take my truck there....
