They were so professional with my car, dealing with insurance was smooth and he handled everything from start to end of the process. I am beyond words on how great job they did with my car. I would highly recommend this place for your car needs. I was late to get there to pick up my car..he waited until I got there..gave me time to check my car and gave me satisfactory explanation of everything.I will only be going here for all my future car needs because he treats like his own.GREAT JOB TEAM!!!!!

Came in because my Honda started to sound like a race car and in 123 the mechanic diagnosed and immediately started repairs. Reasonable pricing was a super plus. 10/10 highly recommended. Thanks guys!

I'm from upstate NY an hr past Albany. I broke down on I 95 s on Saturday 12/9/23. Not being from the area I had absolutely no idea what to do. I by chance googled closest garage that works on BMW. TR Tech was a God send. It was 7pm and nothing was open. On there website they have a live chat to speak to the owner of the garage and I sent him a text. He responded IMMEDIATELY!! He told me exactly what to do. I had to get my truck of the interstate first and only the thruway can tow off a tow road. Once i was off the thruway the garage owner arranged to have my truck towed to his garage. Of course on Sunday absolutely nothing is open. But he still text me to make sure I was ok because he knew I was not from the area to make sure I was safe and let me know he had my truck and he would have it looked at first thing Monday morning. He was on it. Monday morning came, he called and explained everything that happened and that he had already ordered parts. I was impressed. Where I'm from it takes days to get BMW parts. Apparently not in NJ. He said give him til 4:30 and it would be done! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! He had my truck and fixed everything wrong with it in less then 24 hours! I know nothing about my truck other then how to drive it but he took pictures and sent them to me of the broken stuff, he even saved them to show me when I picked up the truck. He was in constant communication with me. I never had to call for updates he was texting or calling me. No only are the professional, prompt and experienced, he also cared. I really would have been stranded in NJ if it wasn't for the owner of the garage. BIG SHOUT OUT!!! Any and everyone who needs a garage and a trustworthy professional, you need to go to TR Tech. No wonder this place has 5 star reviews for 2 plus years. Mohit was honest and open about everything with my car. Only regret is I wish I knew this place years ago. BEST IN TOWN WITH Hospitality and service. If you live in Union county go here and you will pay for what exactly needs to be fixed nothing more nothing less.

This is my first time trying this business. I m so happy I took the chance due to the amazing reviews! They took me in from my first phone call. They do offer reasonable prices and were creative in working with my budget to solve my issue. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, so as a female dealing with auto issues was truly appreciated. I will definitely return for any future issues.

The best out of every mechanic shop in New Jersey by far! I go to them every time for any issue I have and their prices are the best. People that work there are also very nice and honest. You definitely won t regret going here, skip over the other mechanic shops. TR TECH AUTO will always tell you if they see any other issues you may have with the car. I ve went here for my Volkswagen GTI, Mercedes C Class, and Toyota Sienna. They work on all types of cars whether it be American, European, or Japanese cars. Conclusion is that this is the best mechanic shop anywhere around from NY/NJ, would definitely recommend you go here!Services: Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Mohit and his team did a great job in repairing my car. I had gotten into a deer accident with extensive cosmetic damage to the front of my car. Had them replace alternator, thermostat and Radiator on my 2006 300c srt8.
