I gave three stars instead of less because I've been coming here for years and never really had a problem except once but the owner handled that years back. I just went today for a oil change and informed the mechanic that I checked my fluids and my transmission fluid was low. So he did the oil change and called me over to inform me my transmission fluid was low. I knew that already. So another mechanic told me to service the transmission it would be $160. I don't need my transmission serviced. I just needed fluids. He said they don't put transmission fluid in without being serviced. What?! I thought they're supposed to check all your fluids. Why pay almost $70 for a oil change but can't have other fluids put in. I might as we find another place to go to.

I stopped by for an oil change that went very smooth. The guys did a great job. However, the free car wash that comes with the oil change is subpar. I paid extra to get a super wash with interior cleaning. What did I get? A barely decent exterior wash and a dust free dashboard. Horrible.

I don t think they know what they re doing, I was only going to them for oil changes. Next thing you know I go to my real mechanic to see why I lose oil so quickly he says there was a puncture and the right cap wasn t placed where it was supposed to be. Long story short I don t go here no more, they are overpriced and don t know left from their right.

I m just going to be flat. I don t like them. There is something really weird about them and you won t know it if you haven t been to other places. From the oil change where you are harassed to death to get all kinds of things, to the insane car wash packages I keep telling myself to stop thinking I have a car place in my neighborhood because I don t. I would rather drive to SI where I moved from than to go to them. No just outside wash for the car? You have to force stuff on people constantly that they don t want. It s either a financial issue or pure American greed. I ve never seen anything like this. Good luck to your customers. They are going to need it. Oh I gave one star cause they have nice car mats for sell, not too pricey. There ,they can t say I didn t try to give them a compliment. Lower those prices dude and leave people alone. Tell them what u see about the car and end the conversation. Let them decide what they want.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

the fat cashier woman in the front had the worst customer service. other customers and myself had the same complaints about her extremely rude attitude. have patience with her if you choose this place. her coworkers don t even like her.

If you take your car over there for oil change you get a free car wash. Friendly staff. Mechanics , accessories and car wash available . If you want you can ask for other services separately!! But they've recently raised their prices!! The only thing is that if you don't use their reward program when u go for your next visit you can't find your information. I didn't find any so had to sign up again!!

I got a car wash, paid for interior and exterior. The inside looks the exact same as when I got there. They didn t clean anything! Worst 22$ I ve ever spent

Need someone on the phone who knows about it.I called to ask about transmission service and differential.She was saying only for car wash you have to bring the car. Whaaaat. I said that. Because I was asking prices for that services but not for car wash and of course I have to bring it the car for car wash. I don t think so they gonna come to my house to do oil change and car wash.Anyway I m still can go there. Prices are okPlease put someone to answer the phone someone who knows about it.

Only reviewing the car wash. They always clean my vehicles with excellent care. This establishment washes your rims and tires with care in order to cause no damage. It is the only place where my vehicle fits in. Perfect for anyone who has a lifted vehicle or huge off-road tires.

I ve been coming here for about four years and I ve never had any issue. I see shalom there every time I go and he has the best customer service. As for the car wash it s one of the best vacuums I ve received yet and I have a dog that sheds. The outside of my car is always spotless

Did a great job with my oil change, even filled my wiper fluid, and helped me out with a sensory issue with my vehicle, while remaining respectful and super professional. Received a free car wash as well! I am really happy with my experience at this location

We've been getting our oil changed here for years and the price is very reasonable. Shalom keeps the place moving and the guys do a great job cleaning the car. I do pay extra for a more detailed cleaning since you only get the basic wash for free with the oil change but thats fine, I look at it like a discount from the higher price car wash.Service: Oil change

I ve been coming to Speedy Lube for the last 5 years for the hand car wash. I have fallen in love with Shalom s energy every time I come in. He is so caring, attentive and loving. He always makes an effort to ask about my day, my family and my health. I ve recently started using their oil change service and it looks like this will be my new oil change lube service. Pay $29.95 for wash and polish and interior cleaning. This is what I was left with. They never even opened the hatch. Inspect your vehicle before you leave. They will not take care of you and are not interested in customer service.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

I love this place - I ve been coming here for a long time, - the other hand car washes in the area are good but this one always does such a good job cleaning inside and out, - Shalom at the front always smiling when I come he s super friendly always funny it s always nice being recognized as a customer.Prices are good, they always have a full staff so your car isn t just quickly done.Good place and good people!

They always find something to fix. Even when I got new car they told me my fuel gasket should be replaced. That's just a year old car and did check with my dealer!!! Please focus on oil change that's what people come here for !

Shalom is awesome, he does an excellent job with washing and polishing my vehicle! His customer service skills are most definitely memorable. Shalom s team works fast and efficiently, cleaning every area of my vehicle with precision! This is the only car wash I trust that I will get total value of my dollar! I highly recommend!

This place was EXSPENSIVE. I walked in for a regular oil change nothing fancy. 2hours & 120.00 dollars later I was done. Week later my truck was smoking because they didn't put oil in 1 thing that was supposed to had been included & wasn't so I needed to pay 40.00 more at another place. To much money.

Today I went to Speedy Lube here in Linden NJ for an oil change. I arrived and was told by a mechanic to go inside and talk to the lady at the front counter and leave my keys with her. I arrived at the counter and wasn't even welcomed to the location. The lady there told me to leave the keys and have a seat. She looked like she must have been having a bad day. After my car was done with the oil change, I went outside and found my car engine running with no one attending to it. No one gave me a good service by at least taking the car and driving it directly to the entrance to get washed. I had to get in my car and drive it to get washed. After waiting for about 10 minutes of being washed my car came out somewhat cleaned. The rims were still dirty and no one even bothered to vacuum the car. I was disappointed. Don't think I'll be going there ever again. When a customer arrives at the location he/she should be treated better with respect and the car is well taken care of with full service as printed on the receipt.

Get there early or face a crowd. Thestaff here is professional and they do quick work that's reasonably priced. Brakes all around rotir replaces and a tune up with spark plugs change in 2.5 hrs on a Sunday.. Labor charges are what they are- these guys gotta eat too. I've been here 2-3 times and I don't feel like they are talking down to me or trying to rip me off.

Only place I get my car and my customers cars washed , no tracks to damage your wheels and no machines to scratch your paint . 100 percent hand wash and dry

I came here today for an oil change. My daughters car is a Mazda, and this place is cheap for full synthetic at $60 total. The process took maybe 15 minutes. One thing which turned me off, the tech pulled out my engine, and air filter. Sorry, I'm not interested. Also he mentioned some other engine flushes. Sorry not interested. And this was a new one- you need to change your AWD oil every 20k miles. What the hell is that? I wonder if this guy thinks I just came here from a foreign land, but don't try to take advantage. I was generous with 3 stars because the checkout ladies were nice. BTW there are coupons on their site, which they must honor.

Good place to get in and out quickly. But like all the Castrol Quick Lubes they try to hustle you with extra recommendations. The girl at the counter could use some etiquette on customer service
