I would absolutely recommend anyone who wants excellent service to come here and ask for Jahaad Richardson. He was very helpful, respectful and so was his manager. They listened to me and I am extremely excited about my new SUV.

They are lying!!! Never go buy a used car from them. They going to change to the price to much higher the second you arrive to see the car. They going to rip you off. Their service sucks!!!

The best dealer service station I've ever been in in. Mechanics are very professional.been going to this place from New York as this is the only place I can trust working on my car. Very friendly people and open to talk with you and your thoughts and ideas about the car. Very DIY friendly. Usually mechanics don't like to work on a car after you did something like changing brakes and will ether overcharge you or refuse to working on a car. But not in this place. And after the work is done, they sending you a video of what was done. Highly recommend to go here.

I moved out of state and still wish I could find a vw service as efficient kind and do exceptional work as well as reydel vw of linden. I miss you guys! I haven't been able to find a trustworthy service station in over 5 years, I wish I was closer.

Reydel Volkswagen is the best dealership service department you will ever come across. I have been a customer since 2015 and currently have my second Volkswagen. I will schedule service around when I am visiting home to be able to go there even though I have lived at school in Louisiana for 3 years. They are the most honest, trustworthy, thorough, and helpful dealership I have ever dealt with. They have gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions and I would never ever go anywhere else. They provide you a complete checklist and usually also complete a video, showing you and explaining everything they are doing. They are extremely professional and clean and timely. Jessica is the most knowledgeable service advisor and will always explain everything and be real about what you truly need. The best. Periodt.

Coming To a new dealership it s never easy, because you have no idea what you will experience when you re used to another dealership for several years. My husband and I wound up having an issue with the car and called the service department immediately. I immediately asked for the manager, while waiting I was thinking, I m not gonna get him on the phone. 2 seconds later Rick the survive manager answers. I said I have a problem. He said I will have a tow truck pick you up and don t worry, I ll have a car ready for you when you get here. I was in shock!!! To say the least. Rick and his staff are amazing. I m glad I found Volkswagen and as well an amazing service center that I never have to worry about again. Best service!!! Great job!!

This is my second time going here to get my car serviced. I must say my overall experience was outstanding, Jessica took care of me and saw to it that my baby was well taken care of! on top of that I really liked the video showing what was done to my car and hearing the mechanic giving recommendations on whether or not I should change something. This is definitely the standard of how a service shop should be, I wish more places were like this I can t thank them enough.

I would like express my gratitude and appreciation to this dealership. My experience began from a simple search through google which I had register for information. The following day i received a call from this location specifically to provide information regarding any purchase and to inquire my interest.However , the exceptional performance Mr.Mo who contacted me through email. We exchange emails until i completed the credit application by phone. The process was so impressive i have no words to express how satisfied I am. MO then started the communicating effectively by calling to hear my wants , needs , and most importantly my limits. Mo provided information what I am eligible ; example recent Graduate discounts , Previous loan history , etc. I express to Mo my wish to just pick up the vehicle and signed. Mo maintain contact providing information about approval pre- owned approval, send the picture so I will review and decide. However , the vehicle , color and size was not ideal for me.Therefore , Mo heard my wants and he did assist me to an approve 2020 vehicle.Upon arrival to the dealer to pick up the vehicle I was greeted by Mr. Jonathan Munoz who kindly provided an exceptional service as well. Jonathan has the patience to deal with my spoiled brat picky taste. Jonathan and I review three vehicles that had similar to my inquiry yet the color was an issue due to the inventory in stock. However, Jonathan was able to grant me my wish by making calls and getting a vehicle from a recent delivery to fulfill my needs. In case everyone wonder I only like Black / Onyx no white , blue , or gray. Anyway the experience at this dealership is exceptional and the staff is makes you feel welcome. They have coffee and water for free. Jonathan review the entails of the technology; one that caught my attention is the cordless charger .Happy Customer I am because of the attention given at Reydel Volkswagen at Linden, NJ. Next day Jonathan places a courtesy call. Today , I am Happy looking froward to meet Jonathan once again and the Reydel team at Linden to pick up my plates.Thank you Reydel VW for the exceptional team you have . If you ask me I to refer a family memeber already since my experience. Five starts is nothing ; i will give them .

Reviews for car repair places are tough because sometimes your car needs a major pricey repair, and no mechanic out there can give you good news. This was one of those situations. This place was very thorough in diagnosing my car and even sent me a video so I could see the problems myself. Then they worked with me to plan out which repairs to take care of immediately, which repairs could wait, etc. Everyone was really friendly and made sure I had everything I needed while I waited for my car. Would definitely come back if I lived in the area!

Wonderful experience over all . I called to inquire about a vehicle and the sales manger Jedd was kind and able to answer all my questions over the phone . Went to the dealership the same day and the customer service was amazing. Hayward helped me choose an amazing car , he provided me with so much helpful information . Jedd continued to check in on me throughout the entire process . Aakash was very helpful in helping me understand all the ins and outs of the finances that come with the process. I honestly recommend visiting this dealership if you re interested in a Volkswagen . I am pleased with my investment, you will be too .

Such great service and such great people ! Hayward was an outstanding salesmen was very friendly and answered every question that I asked straight forward! He took his time and dedicated himself very well before I made the final decision to make the purchase on my 2020 Tiguan. As well as for Amanda Cruz who handled majority of my paperwork and made it possible for my car payment to be decent . She was very helpful, kind and sweet ! Straight forward and very easy to speak too , felt very comfortable at this location very good people , very good at what they do ! I recommend this dealership highly ! Process was fast , thank you Amanda for making it such a smooth process she s the best and knows her stuff! I m very happy with my purchase !!! Thank you Amanda and Hayward !!!

***6.18 Update*** I maintained my scheduled appointment after speaking with the very kind Service Manager Rick, who contacted me immediately after my review. Very professional & willing to turn around a bad experience by offering me an alternative solution. The only reason this is not 5 stars, is because I still maintain that the advisor in question lacks professionalism and this severely impacts the overall customer experience.Original review: Basic customer service denied to me after many years and thousands of dollars of business. The lack of care, and professionalism on behalf of one of their long time advisors, Jessica will ensure that I (or my family, who owns VW exclusively) never spend a dime at this location ever again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Super satisfied with personnel at Reydel Service Dept. Everyone is very personable, professional and knowledgeable, especially Jessica, (a one person walking encyclopedia about these cars)with whom I deal with, especially lately, since I ve had to bring both of my cars in for various reasons. Again, I want to thankALL!!! involved. A true pleasure to work with. Please keep up the good work. Word of mouth is the best way to spread the news, something which I will be doing. Hopefully the new car desler is just as nice. Will be looking for a new car soon. THANK YOU THANK YOU

I brought in my 2008 jetta due to a check engine light. Making an appointment was very easy, thank you Jessica. When arriving I spoke to advisor Danny Cruz. Danny kept constant communication with me after I dropped my vehicle off which was great. He even sent me a video of my vehicle diagnostics being done. Although I presently could not afford a few of the repairs. Danny repaired a major problem with my vehicle free of charge. Danny and John I thank you so much. I would really recommended this place to anyone who wants honest answers.The staff are professional and honest.

Alex behind the parts counter is a rockstar employee. This man understands customer service. I rushed in for the simplest/cheapest thing right around closing time and he handled the interaction very professionally and made my life super easy. I have no plans to buy a new VW anytime soon but if I need a new car, or service/parts for my current Golf, this dealership has earned my business based on his effort. Thank you!

Simply the best! The Reydel team worked together to provide me with top quality service. After a less than stellar experience at a Manhattan VW dealership Reydel put me at ease. Chris in the office connected me with my technician, Paul, and they quickly and professionally handled my car's engine light issues. Even tho I do not like to spend $ at the dearlership or to service my car, I must admit that they have a great customer service. Chris is the rep that took care of me this morning and has been texting and emailing with a video and a full report of what has been check along with green, yellow or red lights of things that need your attention.Very pleasant experience if you need to service your car and will definitely bring it back there for maintenance. Only thing that could be done, would be a car wash :)

Five stars is very small or not fair to this amazing , dedicated, and friendly staff working at 900 E Elizabeth Ave.My car was vandalized unfortunately ; my first thought was to fix.I placed a call to service at Reydel Volkswagen , spoke to Jessica who has always been so helpful in providing guidance and assistance over the phone. I say this because she assisted me in the past when I was lost with a check air message on the tires; Jessica helped me to reset this message after confirming I did check my tires. ( right i did not read my manual ).Jessica transfer me to parts ; I had the pleasure to speak to Alex ; i am so thankful for his patience. Alex calm my nerves and affirmed the part is available and I was welcomed to come in the same day 4/13 and just get the part replaced. Alex provided the price , he also check other location on 11th avenue in Manhattan that i asked since i was concern driving without drivers side mirror.Alex was so helpful he made sure what part i need it exactly ; it was just a glass mirror. Alex provided information regarding the part , item number and also the contact number to the other location near.To be fair I m just going to say the other place felt like a puzzle to replace one piece. I called , confirmed piece , when i got a quote it was more expensive but that was not my problem ; the problem was when I asked the gentleman if he will be able to installed the item ; he then transfer me to make an appointment. Spoke to a young lady who stated when I ask if the service can be provided same day ; that all the techs where gone for the day at 3:30 pm. I kindly thanked young lady and end the call. Please note the reason i did not mentioned names at the 11th location is because no one provided their name when answering my call.Next day I took the risk and drove an hour and half because i knew my time will be worth it. I arrived , i was immediately greeted outside by a very nice gentleman who kindly escorted me to the parts department. Alex had the item set aside , he then guide me to the Cashier while he went outside to installed the glass mirror. Sorry for the details but people need understand is the little things that matters to customer . I cannot asked for a better service and support then what i received. Thank You Volkswagen for having such dedicated team of experts and professional at your site linden NJ .

I like that I was informed of the status of my vehicle and my estimates were accurate. I also enjoyed the complimentary car wash. Also Chris was kind enough to contact me days after my car was services to ensure everything will functioning as it should. All around great service as well as Ken their Motorsports rep who is very informed about the aftermarket parts associated with my vehicle.

I frequent this dealership for 3 years since these guys are way better than anything NYC offers. Hence, why I pay 2-3 tolls just to get here. They solve problems, even though it might take a revisit.. or two. The good news is that they will supply you with a loaner, and it's covered as long as you're under warranty. There are many knowledgeable service reps and technicians.My last few visits were not great. I was in for a stubborn wheel lock that was stripped. It took them literally 5 minutes to remove it, since they have the master key. They made me wait the whole hour, while the car was just parked outside. I guess they wanted to make it seem like I was paying for the 1 hour labor.Last experience - I went in for my final complimentary service. After a few days, I realized that my car had been leaking transmission fluid. Took the car back and they diagnosed it as having a torn CV axle seal in which they implied - "I may have been too hard on the vehicle, or I launched the car. And since my car was producing so much torque, it didn't end well." This was told to me by Rick Campbell, in which I assured him, I haven't launched my car at all.On the way home, I was hoping it was coincidence, and not directly related to the previous visit. As soon as I got home, I checked the footage from my dash camera. And there it was, from a couple of days ago - the technician took it for a joy ride. And what did he do? Launch the car.After that I've never went back. If I had to, I would still consider this servicing department over any of the ones located in NYC. Unfortunately, all the good service reps, and technicians I've dealt with have left the service center.

Great experience over all. Whenever I bring my car in for service Jessica at the front desk is very friendly and professional. I had the pleasure of speaking with a technician named Bert who patiently simplified the issue I was having with my car and the best options to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this location for any work needed on your car.

Sales did a excellent job, we were in and out purchasing my girlfriend her first new vehicle.The one star is for Service because if you can t stand behind your product I don t care how good of a experience buying that product was.I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from them and then go to a real Service department that doesn t look like some meth lab on the side of the road.

Honestly I had heard pretty good things about this dealership, but overall my experience was less than desirable. Salesperson was quite pushy and assumed that I had walked in that day to view and then immediately purchase a car. Mind you I was looking for some rather specific things and no questions to identify these were asked. I was looking to stay in a specific payment area and responded to an offer that was emailed to me. The payment offered wasn't really in the range I was looking nor do I think the offer was upheld. Granted I know I was asking for a lot in the situation, when I asked they told me it was possible. After stating that I was not ready to be purchased I was ridiculed to which I responded if I was just walking in to immediately make a purchase I would've drove the 2 hours north to the dealer I've used for 4 years. In this circumstance I wanted to see if trying out a new dealer close to home made sense. Apparently my remark prompted the salesperson to not really say anything but walk away to speak to his manager where he clearly conveyed my message incorrectly to which I was them verbally attacked by the manager as well. Would not recommend.

My paint started flaking off from a couple of panels less than a year of having my vehicle. Took it into reydel for service and they repainted only those panels. Not surprising is that the issue came back less than a year later and now my service is being denied since it's "out of warranty" Problem is its the same issue that was reported during the warranty period. Either way I was sold a defective vehicle from Reydel and now am stuck to deal with trying to get A lemon law case which is just a hassle that will probably get me nowhere.

If i could give Linden Volkswagen 10 stars I would. I have never had such a great experience buying our new car, it was almost too good to be true. Mike Ramirez in sales was awesome. My husband and I came in and told him exactly what our monthly budget was and he stuck with it and gave us a beautiful car. He was honest and forthcoming with every thing. Tony Dasilva the finance manager found the best deal and rate even though we did not have a large down payment and our credit was less than perfect. I recommend this place to anyone who wants upfront honesty and no pressure and a team that will work night and day to get you approved. I will definitely return for future purchases. Thank you guys again.

I had the misfortune of bringing in my disabled VW recently to have an outstanding safety recall fixed. Despite specifying the nature of the problem, providing my VIN to confirm eligibility, waiting several days for an appointment, and calling the day before to confirm I could wait for the service to be performed, I showed up and was told they would need to order the necessary module! Disappointing, but I could have l could have lived with it if Linden VW made any effort to take responsibility and assist me with transportation. Rather than exhibit an ounce of concern or customer service mindset, Jessica was defensive and pointedly unhelpful, seeming to suggest I had made a mistake in speaking with her own inexperienced co-worker, as if this was my choice. They had no loaner cars, but she made a point of saying she would have made me pay a rental fee anyway. Finally, she tried to act like it was some huge favor that they were having the part sent overnight. Two disrupted days of work, lost hours of pay, and the cost of one rental car later, I will never be back.

I am very disappointed with their service and feel like I am being ignored. I bought my car from the VW dealership around the corner and had a great experience. My salesman was personable and knowledgeable and assisted me in making a very confident purchase of my new (to me) car. When my check engine light came on, I decided to take it back to their service center, thinking that it would be equally as pleasurable as my last experience. I had already had the error codes read through the ECU of my car at my local shop and knew what the issue was, and when I called the service manager, I was told it would be a quick read of my error codes on their specific scanner. When I showed up, the person who greeted me seemed almost annoyed that she had to talk to me in the first place. My eager questions were met with sighs of frustration. After a while she began to warm up to me, and after waiting an hour and a half, I had the full diagnostic, warranty information and a clean car. I was told I would be contacted in roughly a week when my part arrived and that we could schedule the service from there. It was over 4 weeks later and I had not received the phone call yet so I began trying to get in touch with the service center myself. I called about twice a week for two weeks, leaving voicemails that were not returned. When I finally got through to the rep that had been helping me, she did not know where the part was and told me she would call me back. I had another light go off on my dashboard and wanted to ask her quickly if she could check if that was also covered under warranty, thinking that we could have the part ordered while I wait for the other. Instead of checking while I was on the phone, she said yes and hung up the phone before her voice even cut out. I feel as though I can not get the information I am asking for and that I am being ignored. I would have gone to another VW service center if I knew it would have been handled this way.

This place has come a long way since I last had been there when Dennis was still a service adviser there. It seemed they promoted ripping off young people (I was 19 at that time) and forcing me to pay out of pocket when I had a brand new GTI with less than 2000 miles with manufacturer defects. Fast forward 6 years and wow how much this place has changed. The service reps are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, specifically Danny and Jessica. On numerous occasions they really have went the extra mile to work with me on getting everything I needed done to my car done and correctly. Very fair and honest people that will not push you to spend extra money on repairs and services that are not necessary and treat you like a human being, unlike the crooks over at Douglas VW! Their rates are a little pricey, but frankly is worth paying the extra money knowing that you're in good hands.

It was extremely difficult to schedule service appointment to fix windshield. I wanted to have a date 2 weeks in advance and was denied saying that the technician would never accept booking that far in advance. They also say my windshield service could only be done Mon-Fri and ONLY in the mornings. They seemed only interested in accommodating their schedule. Finally after a month, I was able to get schedule to do this service. I call and made an appointment for Wednesday. I confirmed my parts were in their facility and even ask if glass technician will be there. The girl on the phone assured me that they would. Sure enough on Wednesday morning, I came in and lady named Jessica ask ME, Did you book the windshield technician? EXCUSE ME? I com here, an inconvenience to my schedule, and my time, and to pay money and you ask me if I did your job? Ultimately we were re-scheduled to Friday.Ok ok, so then Friday comes. I show up again with my dream of having fixed windshield and again lady named Jessica helps me again. She asks what the quote was and I present her the document I get from her facility a month ago. This lady Jessica take a look and she tell me that estimate was not correct. Very rude lady Jessica then look up the rates and correct my estimate... I not very happy at this point.Also, the cashier was not so great. She try to do 3 things at same time. In order to check me out, she put a customer on speakerphone (and ignored him), swiped my credit card and went back to the phone and say, I didn t get any of what you just say, can you repeat all of it. So much frustration! Nobody cares about customers here.Ok, so eventually, my windshield was fix. But the experience was so bad! This place should train staff thoroughly before you letting them handle customers on their own. So much waste of everyone's time and money. Also, this lady Jessica should consider another career beside from customer service. Her personality just rub people the wrong way.
