It s difficult to find a mechanic with intelligence and integrity and Marcelo the owner of Rago Automotive has both. I ve been a customer for a few years and he s worked on my Mazda CX-5 2018 and my Fianc� s Jeep Cherokee 2019. Mostly normal maintenance and one costly repair with the fuel injection but he communicated with the warranty and was very clear about the issues and repairs.

I have been bringing my car to Rago for a few years now. They provide excellent service, explain in detail everything you need and they are HONEST! Wont take my car anywhere else !

Not too many people in this world has a mechanic for over 20 years and every time, every car and every experience at Rago Automotive has been phenomenal and world class service. The repairs had been not only great but guaranteed and the experiences have been up to par; authentic parts are used in your vehicle. Thank you

This shop ( Rago Automotive ) is one of the best shops around. The owner, Marcelo is knowledgeable and pleasant. When you bring your car there, you can be certain it is in the hands of a great shop. Your diagnostics and estimate will be thorough. I ve been coming here for a few years now, ever since AAA pulled my car in this shop one day. Great Discovery. Not really sure whats going on at this service center. I have had many cars repaired in the past with no Issues . Marcelo was always polite and did excellent work. I call for pricing and he acts as if I never paid him any money in cash for service for over 2 years . Most repairs costed around $800 or more dollars. I never questioned his integrity or his work. However It now seems that he does not need my business anymore. I have been in business for many years. what I have learned is that how you treat people when first starting out is important but what is more important to stay in business is to continue treating the customers who supported at the start . No call backs to to customers is your way of saying thanks but no Thanks ! And asking for proof of Vin numbers and over the phone makes hard working people feel like your profiling them as criminal's not sure who he has dealings with in the past , But Im 100% legal. My work van broke down and left me on the side of the road. AAA towed me to Rago and I was really impressed with Marcelo and the service he provided. He started work on my van the next day and continued to work on the van until 9pm to get it ready that night for me. The service he provided was professional and friendly and the price was very fair. I will be taking my van back to Marcelo in the future to carry out any repairs I need. I have been searching for a good, honest place to take my car. I have definitely found it here. I am forever grateful to the mechanic, who text me every step of the way. I had a blow out on my right front tire on my way home. This place came highly recommended by AAA and i see why. Thank you for such integrity.... Hard to find that in these times.
