Great place to have your Classic air cooled Volkswagen repaired or restore. Juan and his team of mechanics are highly skilled.

Juan is extremely knowledgeable. You can hear it in passion as he patient explains repairs and possible upgrades. He has an extensive assortment of new and used parts. Juan's collection of used parts are increasingly difficult to find. I'm so thankful to have locaed this shop.... and they did a masterful job repairing and installing my canvas convertible top on my Karmann Ghia.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes

Been coming here for years. Hands down the BEST classic VW shop in NJ in my opinion. Juan the owner is very polite and always accommodating. Would never bring my classic VW to any other shop. Highly recommended!

The problem with Pegasus. Yes they fixed most issues on my car. On picking up my car i noticed a deep scratch on the fender. I knew this because my paint job was brand new. Next he calls me during the week in order to order the parts needed for my car. A customer doesn't want to hunt down parts after he drops the car off. Lastly when i picked up the car, a main part that i really wanted installed, wasn't. The shop has to get more organized. Lastly if you know the bug is being picked up today, the owner should go over the car beforehand so everything is perfect for the customer. Even though they did good work i would not be back.i hope they fix these issues for the next customer.

Best Classic VW bug shop in all of metropolitan area very knowledgeable caring mechanics don t take your classic VW to nowhere else !! but Pegasus Bug shop ! They always take the time to answer my questions and give me advice on my 68 VW bug

I highly recommend Pegasus Bug Shop. Juan and his team did an amazing job on my Karmann Ghia restoration. Their work is meticulous, and they are great to deal with.

Pegasus Helped get my sadly neglected vintage bug running . Sentimental beetle - Dad bought it new in 1976 . We love our car and Juan took care of us so well. There is a waiting list ,I would recommend sticking with this business , my car was repaired right away once they had it in the shop . 5 stars!

While on the road my 87 Syncro had a bad rear wheel bearing... 275$ of towing later (thanks to New Jersey Turnpike, nope!!!) we met with Juan and his cool crew.They had the van fixed in no time with a very fair price for the job they did. It actually ended up lower than the estimate...They were super friendly and the communication was easy.Super spot for all your classics VW.

Had my 71 Super Bug worked on there. Electronic ignition installed, brakes fixed, engine tuned, carburetor problems fixed.... Car never ran better now. Great place
