I won t recommend this place to anyone. They have no posters about diagnostic or any other job pricing, and charged me just for looking under the car.

I only buy used cars from O and K 1 and only get my cars services there.Honest and skilled guys and they are always looking out for my best interest not just looking to make a buck off of me.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cheap reliable car or getting any type of service done to a vehicle

Very satisfied with their service. Worked on 2 of my cars several times.On the first car I had to replace wheel bearings, power steering pump and hose. The other car replaced control arms. The quotes they gave me (labor and parts) were at half the price of the Ford dealer. Also, didn't try to sell me useless or unnecessary services, unlike Ford. Most of the services were performed same day - morning drop off afternoon pick up. Highly recommend.

My father chose to stop here for I m not sure what reason to get an alignment. They agreed and told him it would be $80. Once the service was done they charged him $120 with whatever excuse they made up, there s also a language barrier which I feel they took advantage of. That s not the worst part, the car came out worse than when it went in. I came to see if maybe they would respect me more and also he s been working and can t come. They said oh no we did our best I don t know what you want me to tell you , and just went on talking to each other. So rude and not helpful. If their best was to make it worse why even bother? And why lie about pricing? Would not recommend, clearly money thirsty and unprofessional and not good at their job !!!

I hate dealership service & chains like Good year or pepboys who ALWAYS add-on things you don't need when you just stop by for an oil change...That's why I go to O & K. These guys are the most honest and skilled auto mechanics I've ever known. Definitely your best option in the area if you're not sure where to go.

I took my motorcycle here a couple of months ago to get some frame sliders installed. They installed them at a reasonable price, buffed some scratches off and gave me good maintenance and general tips (I had just started riding then)
