Amazing service! Honest, friendly, and genuinely great. My personal experience has been outstanding, but it comes across how much they care about all of their customers, even just sitting in the waiting room. Highly, highly recommended!

Tom was absolutely amazing, got me in right away and ordered my tire for the next day when several other places told me it would take weeks. Thanks to him I didn t have to miss any school or work. This place has definitely become my go to place for tires moving forward!

Had a excellent experience at Mavis discount tire on 1&9. The staff was curious and very pleasant. They understood my needs and fixed my problem in a timely manner. I recommend their service. Thank you to the Manger and staff.

EXCELLENT customer service! Can't say enough about how great this place is! Fixed my tire on a Sunday and saved my day! Very friendly and honest. Super helpful! So thankful for their help fixing my tire that had a screw stuck in it and sooo quickly too! Highly recommend to anyone needing a trustworthy and affordable place to get a tire repaired or replaced. I could not be happier with the fantastic service experience I had!! A++

Came in for a routine oil change and was turned away because the mechanic was busy and had no time to deal with that . So I asked if I can leave the vehicle with them and they can get to it when they are free. I was then told it will not be done today . I would like to mention that I initially ask for just a oil change and the rep proceeded to his computer, as soon as I mentioned I had my own parts and needed labor, was when I was confronted with that response.

Tom and Kevin at Mavis were amazing, as soon as I walked in they were ready to address the issues with my Jeep Cherokee. The process was easy and the service top quality not mention the price was right. I highly recommend them!

Poor work / service. Got a flat tire on this past Sunday and was able to find a place open who could fix it. Great. Was told they would do it right away. Plugging the tire took roughly 2 hours. They said they would not charge us, as long as we provided a 5 star google review. My wife did (Caitlin) since we had no issues with the work at that time. The tire went flat later that week. Thus i am providing an updated 1 star review. I think their google "star" rating is a bit inflated (no pun intended) based on their focus on 5 star reviews and not on quality work or service.

Reducing rating to 1 because we came in for a basic service. Please plug my tire and reinstall it on the car. We waited 2 hrs for 3 mechanics to perform the work. There were no other cars in any of the other 5 garages. They requested a 5 star rating so I gave it to them under the condition that the work was done properly and I wouldn't have to come back. Tire was reinstalled but apparently not plugged. I woke up the next day to a flat tire.

Couldn t recommend Mavis anymore. Got slammed with a completely flat tire after a long shift and work and stopped in late to get it fixed. They took me right away, no problems, and did a great job patching the tire and getting me out of there. Highly recommended

From the time I walked in the door, Tom the store manager greeted me with excellent customer service and walked me through what was best for my vehicle. Derrick the assistant store manager also had excellent customer service explaining the process of the services. I would definitely recommend store #542 for tires, wheel alignments, brakes, and beyond!

My experience was seamless at Mavis today. I came in for a tire change and exactly the time, price I was quoted for was true. Tom at the front desk thoroughly walked me through all concerns I had and gave me the best confidence in knowing my car would be well taken cared for. I will definitely recommend their service for your tire needs and more!

I came to Mavis to take a look at my tire since my light was on in the car.. Kevin was amazing and helped me right away.. They patched my tire and I was out in less than 20 mins! Thank you Mavis Linden!

These incompetent scammers will overcharge you for unnecessary repairs then do the bare minimum to get you out the door. Replaced my flat tire with an off-brand but charged an arm and a leg. I only went there because they are open late but other places charge much less for the same services and actually have the tires I need not some knockoff that s not even discounted

It was a pleasure having my car serviced at the Linden location. From the corporate office who made my appointment to the mechanics working on my vehicle were courteyand professional. The manager Tom is very professional, compasionate and accommodating. Tom made my horrendous car issues a positive and pleasurable experience. I definitely recommend Mavis of Liden, NJ. I will definitely return from NYC to NJ. Thank you Tom & staff.

Decided to come here for my tires rather than going to the dealership where I would ve been charged a million dollars and I m so glad I made that decision. Tom was very thorough and impressionable from my phone call with him all the way to my service. Tom made sure I was in and out a little but under a hour, Kevin did an amazing job on my car. As soon as I got in it I felt a major sense of relief lifted from me and for that I am grateful !!

Awesome service at this location! I walked out of work to a flat tire and they got my car in on very short notice and fixed the issue quickly with a great attitude! One of the best places I've been for car maintenance.
