On June 28th, my vehicle was struck on the front right passenger side door by a careless driver that didn t stop at their stop sign (white Hyundai in the photo). The other party is doing fine with minor injuries. I m stunned how my vehicle looked to appear not heavily damaged and just only the front door, front fender, side running board. The vehicle hit me was at least for sure going around 30mph and I d figure the impact would be caved in from the side of the car (damaged black car in the photo).Initially, Allstate assigned me to a body shop that was located in Staten Island which was the closest body shop for me. However it took 2-3 weeks or more just because Copart doesn t have drivers that can drive from Trenton, NJ to Staten Island considering it s out of state.After a waste of time, Allstate assigned the vehicle to this body shop, Linden Auto Body. I was reading the reviews of this place and the negative reviews just baffled me how they weren't clear in detail with their experience. There's always two sides to a story. I gave them a chance and I wanted to make it easy and straight forward for them and for us. Katrina, the front desk receptionist was very attentive and friendly on the phone when receiving the assignment. The vehicle was sent here no problem and they took their time assessing the damage. It took a long time to get the vehicle repaired unfortunately, but Derek assured us that he wanted to make the vehicle 100% repaired and ensure there was no problems and issues in the quality of work they are preforming to the vehicle. I was very pleased to hear this.On September 29th, the vehicle was completed of all repairs and the vehicle looks as if nothing EVER HAPPENED, I was impressed and I checked all door jams, panel gaps, paintwork, etc, and all was correctly aligned, and replaced (black car with no damage in the photo below). While waiting at the lobby to receive the vehicle, Derek was very kind enough to let us know what they did, informed us that due to the time parts are still in back order and at this time the Auto Union is on strike so now parts and newer vehicles are still now barely impossible to get again as just like when COVID started. Overall, the vehicle drives no problem as of now and if any foreseeing problems that occurs with their repairs comes backed with their lifetime warranty. Derek and his staff that works here is by far the greatest team of people that you can rest assure your vehicle is in good hands.RATING: 10 out of 10!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Battery

This is my 4th time using this business and I've had all good experiences. Twice fir auto body work done and they were thorough and clean with the jobs. Even git my vehicle washed. So definitely recommend. The employees are really nice as well. Very friendly and respectful.

Giovanni and his son Derek were very friendly and professional. I drop my truck off before I went on vacation and as the promise it was ready when I came back very satisfied with the work that they did I will recommend this place to anybody you won t be disappointed.

So I never take the time to review a business, but I really felt it was necessary this time around.A few weeks ago I was in an accident, and I m originally from Staten Island but have been in jersey for a few years now. Long story short I don t have a personal mechanic here & wasn t trying to have the car towed over the bridge.After calling about 3-4 other auto body shops and leaving voicemails about my situation I finally come across Linden auto body who answered the first time I called & apologetically I don t remover the woman s name who I spoke with on the phone but she was just a real human being on the other side of the phone. She spoke to me like we were neighbors & I instantly felt safe bringing my car there to be looked at.Linden auto body handled everything. Keeping in contact with my insurance company & rental place. Keeping me updated & even informing me of things that I needed to take care of that they couldn t get insurance to approve because they were unrelated to the accident.They provided me with photos and explanations that I could see & explained the price of everything so that I could understand. Car situations can tend to feel like situations people get taken advantage of because they don t understand what s going on & it was such a relief to feel like my money my car and my sanity was safe.I m big on going to places where I know I ll be taken care of & it s safe to say I found my neighborhood mechanic.When I got the car back yesterday, it was cleaned, and shiny, my gas tank was full, and aside from the work I have to still have done the car was in great shape. It s safe to say I will 1000% be bringing my car here in the future. Thank you to Manny and all of the people at linden auto body for being professional and really so real and personable. I used Linden Auto Body to repair my vehicle that was in a minor fender bender. Manny and the guys at Linden Auto Body did an outstanding job repairing my car and they even had my vehicle fixed way before they initially estimated it would be finished. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, which I truly appreciated. They did a remarkable job getting my Lexie (yes I named my car) back on the road, and she looks and drives like brand new. Carina (the receptionist) provided superior customer service too..This is an all star shop here. I highly recommend them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is soooooo professional from all levels. They communicated very well throughout this whole process. I was initially stressed coming to another auto body shop but Miss Karina, Derek and the rest of the staff made me feel at ease. They were very detailed, they were receptive to feedback and executed flawlessly. If you are looking for a sound body shop this place is for you. Don t hesitate. You will definitely not be disappointed. Horrible experience, when i send the car they told me two weeks and it took 40 days. They told me that they are going to deal with the insurance and I don t have to worry about that. When i went to pick up the car, they are telling me that i have to come out of pocket. Bunch of scammers! Never recommend to anybody

My insurance company recommended me to this shop. Ill be honest i was nervous about them being able to match the paint color. But when i got my car back they actually match the paint color perfectly. You could never tell anything happen the car looks as good as when i purchased it from the dealer new. The job did take a little longer than i expected but the shop was waiting on parts to come in not their fault. They kept me informed threw out the process i never felt like they were lying or anything like that. I would definitely bring my car to this place if i ever need work done in the future.

These people are bunch of scammers, they tell one thing over the phone and with the insurance company and when the car is done they give you another price after words which you will have to pay out of pocket, bunch of crooks and scammers and Derek is the one who is in charge of everything I would never ever deal with him or his company again. I would stay away from this place.

Great overall experience from the first phone call to inquire about the services offered from this shop. My car was in need for body work due to an accident and I they was able to give me white glove treatment throughout the process. I am blown away from the service they delivered and gave my car back 100% restored before the estimated time to repair. I can t thank all the employees enough for the level of class they showed me and my pregnant wife. It feels good to go to a local auto body shop that was 20 miles from my home and get notified all along the way. Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my body work done during the COVID-19 crisis. I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism showed by everyone at Linden Auto Body, I had an estimate done for the front end of my 2018 Honda Accord, which Karina set up, and Derek completed for me. I was given a full computer-generated handout with the details of all work to be done, along with a link to follow to get more information. I dropped my vehicle off with Derek, who was very patient with me and all of my questions. The work was completed on time and to the highest quality, my car was new again! Karina, the receptionist/office manager was very professional. All of the employees there were using personal protective equipment to ensure that nothing was spread into the vehicles. Hopefully I never need a body shop again, but if I do, Linden Auto Body will be my go-to!!!!

I had a very positive experience at this shop! Someone hit my vehicle and i was having a hard time dealing with the insurance so Derek and Manny took care of everything for me! They set up my claim, rental, and the shop foreman Pito made sure it looked as good as new! I really appreciate the hospitality and the professionalism that they displayed. From now on this is my GO TO SHOP!

I was involved in an accident on 2/3/13 and I had first went to another body shop in Clark and they told me that they couldn't get the car in, until a month, so I came here because someone recommended me here. I must say that they are awesome.As soon as I brought the car in they told me they could see me right away. The person who was helping me was Johnny and he was great. During the middle of this, the person that hit my car started to contest the incident and Johnny even went ahead and even called the insurance, to see what was happening.In the end everything came out good. The car came back to me almost as if it was brand new. Johnny not only painted the side that was damaged in the accident but also the bumper, that was in bad shape due to parking lots and parking in general, not even for an extre fee. He also even polished my headlights that were foggy, to brand new and I never asked him to do it and I wasn't charged for it at all.In the end, I would definitely recommend this body shop. Johnny P., was an excellent staff personnel there and even went out of his way to help me out. The staff there were never rude and were great. I would definitely come back here again.

Derek and his crew did paint and body restoration on my 1990 454SS classic pickup.I must say that he took no short cuts. He took every body piece off even the glass to paint truck properly. It now has a black mirror finish.Perfect work and at a great price!Highly recommended. If I can give him 100 stars I would.ThanksLinden Auto body.

Above and beyond customer service. The owner Derek is hands down the most professional and courteous person I have ever met in this industry.After I was stranded 45 minutes away from my home in the middle of the night and AAA failed miserably to do anything, Derek personally drove and picked me up.Hands down the best people and shop in New Jersey. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who had an issue or damage to their vehicle.

Hands down, the best group of folks you can work with. The work they put forth is bar none, the best. I've used them for company vehicle and also for my personal car and always spectacular work... From the front desk reception to the service guys and Derek makes them standout amongs other shops.I highly recommend them!!!!

I had the best customer service from the moment I came into the establishment. Derek assisted me with getting my claim started. After not hearing from the insurance company I called Linden Auto Body to see if they heard anything from the insurance company and Derek informed me that he had not. Derek then reached out to his contacts with the insurance company and got the ball rolling immediately. When the time came to bring my car in for service they assisted me with getting a rental. Derek's dad took me to pick up my rental car and provided me with some great business tips on opening a business during the ride to Enterprise.My car was completed before the delivery date and I am a very satisfied customer.
