Great experience, when it comes to customer service these guys never disappoint. For someone who commutes for college, it s great knowing I can get all tire needs, plus alignment. Everyone here is always humble and great accommodating what I need for the car.

Koi does outstanding work. I have a set of two pieces wheels which had trouble mounting with another shop in New York. So I was referred to them and I came out here from Queens and they got the tires hooked up no problem. They do amazing work highly recommend.

Great tire prices, just about every size in stock, alignment m�sters for all type of rides. I wouldn t hesitate to bring them my lawn mower , very familiar with anything that has wheels and a motor , would trust them with my grandmas wheel chair. One stop shop for sure ! Thank you Keith and Dave, your team has been a great addition to the automotive world.

Pulled up to Koi Werks last minute because I caught a flat and had nowhere else to take the car. Keith didn t hesitate and was very welcoming and made the whole process really easy. Definitely just gained a customer because I was looking for a shop that did quality work and it seems like I ve found it! Thanks again!

Always got my alignments right. My mom also went to them for an alignment. The staff is super chill and always has some of the best prices on repairs. 10/10 would recommend over chain mechanical shops!

Stopped in on my way home from NY. Great price on alignment services, great group of guys. I had certain specs in mind, and they were able to take care of me with no problems. I will be taking my ride to them whenever I'm in the area.

Actually the most reliable auto shop I ve ever found. Always greeted with a can do attitude and prices are fair. They are true car people for car people. Will gladly travel from Staten Island for their services!

I brought my Tesla model 3 to koi werks to get some modifications done, I was looking around for shops for months because nobody wants to mess with a Tesla. When Keith told me that him and his team could handle the job I was thrilled. They got me in within a few days to get lots of work done and the car was finished in no time! They got the fitment just how I wanted and I couldn t be happier with the results. If you have a tesla you re looking to modify or lower or any car I highly recommend koi werks!

My go to tire and alignment place. One of the only shops around that car do my cars alignment Dom wing how low it is. Always has the tires I need in stock. Been going here for the past 5 years and will continue. Best service

I came in for a Simple alignment but it's not my first time here. I went to Shoprite while the work was getting done and in exactly a hour I got a call that the car was ready to go! I took it for a test drive and steering was perfectly straight and did not pull left or right when I left the steering wheel go!

Friendly people nice environment. The whole staff is cool and chill, they care about the customers car and tell you what s wrong. Got my tires done and couldn t be happier, they also work on lowered cars

Koi Werks definitely delivered! I purchased a used tire from them and the installation process was quick and efficient, all at an incredibly reasonable price. The workers were laid-back and chill, making the whole experience hassle-free. If you're in need of tire services that won't break the bank and come with a chill vibe, Koi Werks is the place to go.

Most genuine and humble shop I ve ever been too. I had issues with my wheels and just getting into cars I had no idea what to do and who could fix it , and koi works provided me with every option I had and gave me places to go and fix what I needed ( which they did out of their own kindness) so I could come back and mount my wheels, truly such amazing customer care guys keep it up !!

Koi Werks and Keith are the kind of place and people you want to do business with. Had some work done on my 2018 BMW. Shortly thereafter something didn t feel quite right Which turned out to be something completely separate than what I originally went for. Despite that, Keith, without hesitation, told me to immediately bring the car back and went above and beyond to do things that weren t even included in the original service and shook my hand and said my pleasure. Hard to find stand up honest people these days. Highly recommend.

Drove from Staten Island all the way to NJ heard many great experiences from friends, and they all stood up to par. Great staff, very friendly and welcoming makes you feel safe to have the guys working on your car. Attention to detail is great. They made sure to go over everything and took care of my wheels to avoid any scratches. Great team thank you guys definitely recommend 1000 percent. For all your wheel needs, tires, alignments don't doubt Koi.

These guys are great and they re real car enthusiasts so you know your ride and wheels are in good hands!The guys here were able to reschedule me after missing my morning alignment appointment on such a short notice.They were also very accommodating, torquing down bushings I pointed out that I otherwise couldnt do at home. They also noticed a gas leak that was unknown to me, so unfortunately they couldn t use a torch to free the seized tie rods, and as such couldnt finish the alignment. But I commend their commitment to safety.I will be back once I get that tie rod moving and I will be updating my review to 5 stars once I can get a proper alignment from these guys

Great group of guys that know there stuff! Especially on specialty vehicles (Lowered, stanced, modified) Took my car in for an alignment and they noticed 2 other parts that needed repair immediately, thankfully they caught that and took care of me quickly. I was back on the road driving straight, knowing my car was safe to drive again. 100% would recommend there services

Been going to Koiwerks for the past two years. I always make the 40 minute drive to get there for some work I need done for my Lexus. Super friendly people and they ll take care of your car. Just took the car there, March 2023, to get a set of RAYS Gram Lights 57CRs put on my Lexus. They took care of the wheels. Zero issues. No vibrations at all. Highly recommend them.

Koi Werks is the place to go to if you need work done on your car. Keith was great to work with. Took the drive from Woodbridge, the shop is a few towns over and its worth definitely going to them.

Went in for an downpipe and exhaust install, the service was genuine and straightforward, the welds came out great. I don t trust most shops in my area because of their lack of care for customers cars and the lack of quality but these guys went above and beyond. I will continue bringing my car for work, and you should too.

Traveled from south jersey an hour and a half off a recommendation from a friend, couldn t be happier with the service. Not only did they know what they are doing but they even informed me more on tires and wheels. Anybody who needs work on their car should definitely come here for all tire and wheel needs.

This shop knows what they re doing. They always take care of me even with short noticed. They are Super professional and caring when it comes to other people s car. From modified to regular cars they will take care of you. One of the few shops I actually trust , I will always recommend them.

Shout out to Keith and the rest of the gents at Koi. These guys run a well maintained shop and you can talk with anyone there and see they all really love and care about their job. First thing i noticed is how they treat each other like family. You can see that energy translates to how they treat their customers. I purchased a set of tires for my Gf s accord along with a set of tires for my civic. All mounted, balanced, and alignment performed on my gf s accord. Couldnt be happier with the work and the price. They even went the extra mile to change the pins on her wheels as they were leaking air whereas other places wouldn t have bothered checking. Side note: The gentlemen here are all passionate about Cars whether its for daily use, drag racing, drifting, etc on that note, shout out to Trevor who I got to know briefly. Young man with a strong desire to learn and become an automotive mechanic. Love to see that stuff. Make sure to check these guys out. You wont be disappointed that you gave them your business.
