Mike & Team are always up for any job I throw at them. They are honest and with the correct know how and equipment they can service and diagnose any car. With their top of the line equipment and staff they don t do dealer level work, they do better while being fair and honest. Thanks JJ Bergamo and team!

Great Place to bring your vehicle, the owner is on top and his team do an excellent job.I went in to install a 2 inch lift kit to an 2023 Explorer Timberline, they did an awesome job and checked everything to make sure it was safe and sound.A few later, they installed side steps for me and everything has been great, definitely recommend this place.

Awesome service! The owner and mechanics are very professional and honestThe owner and mechanic was very considerate and was very helpful and gave me really honest advice about my vehicleThey not only fixed it up 10x better than before he helped me save money!As a woman it's hard to find a decent shop who won't take advantage, but Mikey was wonderful he was really helpful and understandingThis shop will definitely be my go to shop in the future and I will definitely recommend it to anyone needing any service.

Some of the best customer service, and professionalism I ve experienced in a long time. Quick, easy, and affordable. This is definitely a place I would come back to even if I was 30+ miles away. They definitely live by the golden rule. Highly recommend JJ Bergamo!

I ve came here twice so far and both times I was very satisfied with their customer service and their services. JJ Bergamo is great! Went there to get a walnut cleaning, Mike the owner took the time to explain the whole process, he's extremely knowledgeable. Attached are before and after pictures from the walnut cleaning, night and day difference. No more hesitations, car is now absolutely quiet and runs like new, it's an 11 year old VW. Highly recommend JJ Bergamo and Mike if you have any work you need to get down, they will take the time to get it done right! Thanks again Mike!

Great experience with the team here at JJ Bergamo! No detail is too small and no issue too big. I have had an ongoing problem with my car for over a year and had trouble finding the right professionals to help resolve. I did my research and found this gem in my local area. The reviews truly do speak for themselves. Mike (the owner) listened to my concerns and discussed - very thoroughly- what would happen next. He is not only honest, but ensures that you are not taken advantage of, especially as a female (which can often happen). He prepared a plan and executed it to the T. Provided full print outs of what was done and how. Mike went as far as prepared for a potential plan B if an area of concern was not 100% and wouldn't you know it, we executed it with prime results. Mike is respectful, extremely well versed in his field and a true professional. Thanks Mike!Andres, who I believe is his right-hand guy, is also very knowledgeable and further explained other concerns had the day of my car pickup.I am extremely happy with my results and am now a solid customer.Monica-

I ran over debris on the NJ Turnpike. Two flat tires. I called just before 5pm - the time they are suppose to close. They got me right in and were able to patch both tires in under 40 minutes. They stayed open to finish the job. The owner was friendly and polite. The crew were experts. I highly recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

Did work on my car didn t put it back together threw the parts in the trunk, horrible and unprofessional. If you take something apart put it back together just don t throw it in the trunk

After going to few shops that misdiagnosed my car problems, a family member told me to bring my car to Mike at JJ Bergamo s. The customer service, honesty and quality of service will have me back there for any future auto repair services. I prob saved about $1k compared to other quotes. And after driving the car about 40 miles after the repairs, my 2010 is driving like a new car!

Mike and his team are top notch! I finally found somewhere to take my vehicle where the staff is professional and knowledgeable! Mike makes sure all bases are covered and checks everything thoroughly. As a woman, I felt comfortable that I wasn't getting ripped off and was treated with the utmost respect. I had previously purchased tires from JJ Bergamo back in 2019 and was very satisfied with their service, Recently I had an issue with my car where it involved a part that was out of stock nationally and it would take maybe months to get this part in and get my car repaired. Mike and his team found a way to get my car back up and running without this part and in one week! Not months! But a week! Mike and his team are amazing and very reliable. My BMW bumper and trunk were completely smashed. Not sure if it would ever look as beautiful again. Mike and his team not only fixed it beautifully, one could never tell it was ever damaged. It was repaired on a timely manner and his price was fair. Mike and his team are very professional and honest. They went out of their way to do a great job. I'd challenge anyone who said they know a more reputable, professional, quality and reasonable auto shop than the guys at JJ Bergamo. From small tire fixes to full servicing, Mike and his team are extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and walk me through everything they will do. They never push products or fixes I don't need and offer an honest assessment every time. I've been a client for 4 years and will never go anywhere else. Worth every penny of their service!

I found Mike for walnut blasting of my Sonata Hybrid. He correctly guessed the issue with rough idling and offered to change the PCV valve as well. When he realized that PCV valve is part of the cover and would cost more money, he offered clean up instead to replacement on his own. Car runs smoother now. Highly recommend Mike and JJ Bergamo.Service: Auto maintenance

Great business. I came to the shop for a set of wheels and tires for the winter. Mike made the process extremely seamless. He showed me around the place and explained/showed the work he's done with his staff.My ordered and came in fast and was installed quickly the following day it arrived.It was a great experience to meet an owner who truly takes pride in what the business does and stands for. I'll definitely be back in the future and recommend friends & family.

I've been taking to car to Mike for years now, and I've never had anything but great service. Mike is very friendly, and knows exactly what you need. Unlike so many other mechanics I've worked with, he never tries to up-sell unnecessary work. He's always been straightforward and reasonable with pricing and timing, and isn't afraid to go the extra mile to make sure the job gets done 100% correct. Definitely recommended!

I have been going to JJ Bergamo for close to 10 years. No matter what the issue, small or large, Mike and his team can fix it. Not only can they fix it but do it in a quick and efficient manner. Mike is very straightforward and honest when pricing out your repairs and what makes sense for your vehicle.
