Got 4 fresh tires and they had them done in a jiffy! They were busy and still had time to finish my car to make a customer happy!Props to Amanda as well, she was cool and and really loves coffee so bring her some (haha) all playing aside, great customer service! Run run run away. I took my car to get fixed. They said I had to change the struts and the pricing was fair. I paid and fixed the car. Two months later, the struts went bad again. I had relocated to another state and when I called them to inform them of the bad struts and to see if we could work something out, they said I was completely on my own and there was nothing I could do.The lady on the call was so rude and wouldn t even let me get out a word. The friendliness and kindness when they wanted my business was gone and they were so impatient and unwilling to help. I wouldn t do business with people who put profit above customer satisfaction.

One of the best, if not the best shop I have ever been to. Super friendly staff, they make you feel like family. I could talk for hours with Matt and or Amanda while I wait for my car. They are super helpful and they managed to fix every problem I had with my car. I had my tires changed plenty of times for my Tesla. Had my tire patched, had alignments done for very good prices. Recommended this shop to all my family and friends. Hometown Tire and Auto are the best and will only be going here for all my tire and car needs!

This is the place everyone looking for a mechanic wants. They don t treat you like a number, they don t try and rob you, they explain everything, the prices are fair, and they re also FAST! The owner is great and the lady at the counter is excellent. Not a receptionist. She can answer nearly any question, from technical issue, to cost, to time, with great knowledge. I bring all my cars here and will continue to do so! Great place.

Just got a new set of tires installed on my car and Nuno was very professional and honest with his recommendations. Amanda at counter was also very nice and accommodating to my difficult schedule. Now I can't wait to wash them once it stops snowing! They are also extremely fairly priced and have a cool Konami old school arcade game (while you wait) for the Contra lovers like myself lol

Today i went in to get my tires swapped out with some I had already purchased and to balance after everything was put on. Good customer service is very important to me at an establishment I visit. My partner was with me as well and were treated so kindly and just hung out talking to Matt, Kevin, and Amanda. They are reasonably priced and really try to look out with discounts without you having to ask. I will certainly be back because this is the type of shop I appreciate. What also made an impression is how they did not force any recommendations on you, just informing you. Overall awesome people!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Would give it all stars if it weren t for the lady who works there, Amanda. She s always incredibly rude to me on the phone and in person, I m happy with the service but the rudeness is unnecessary. If my car needs a small fix, she quotes me for a fix that s 5 times more than it needs to be and I get attitude when I try to break down and figure out which of the costs are actually necessary and which are not.

Took my cousins vehicle here because her mechanic couldn't fix noise coming from the vehicle. They found the issue and got it fixed the next day once they got the parts needed. Amanda, who works the front desk, explained everything that was needed and put me at ease because of the way she explained that they replaced all parts and don't reuse parts which was the reason for the noise.

I ve been searching for a trustworthy mechanic in my town for a while. I stopped in one day for advice on a situation with my car. The guy behind the counter, wish I got his name, gave me a buncha advice and was super honest with me about what to do to fix this issue. Didn t charge me a dime. I decided I d give them a chance the next time I needed servicing on my car and I was not disappointed. They were incredibly helpful, honest and on point. Always kept me updated on what was happening, and gave me fair prices. And most importantly they had my 2007 Pilot feelin like a 2020 BENZ. Super smooth. 10/10 would recommend. I bought tires from Tire Rack and have them installed through Hometown Tire and Auto. Matt and Amanda are both professional and friendly. The team is excellent to work with, they will explain you the issue with your vehicle and address all your concerns.They are very accommodating during time of emergency. I have been taking my vehicles to them for more than 2 years and no complaints.

My SUV developed a serious high speed vibration issue on the way back from a road trip during which the tires had been rotated. Though I had not bought the tires at Hometown (that happened during an earlier road trip) they worked me in quickly, did the work at a reasonable price, and solved the problem completely! Since I knew a lot of my original lugnuts were beyond their useful life, I bought a box of new ones for them to put on when remounting the wheels...and the mechanic even came out front to thank me for giving him new ones to work with.All in all, a great team with great service. When it's time for new tires, I'll be calling them first.

These guys are always really organized and quick. Also I 100% trust them to be honest. They don t up-sell and give you things you don t need. If you re looking for a reliable spot, go here!Update*Last time I went I thought I needed new shocks as well as brakes and rotors but they were honest enough to tell me my shocks were good despite me mentioning to them that I thought I needed new shocks.

If your vehicle needs care, Hometown Tire & Auto is the only place to go. Price, Quality, and Know How is their way of working. They will check your vehicle and call you before they do any work to make sure you know what needs to be done. Never a surprise when you come to pick up your vehicle. Before bringing my vehicles to Hometown I was hesitant as I did not trust Mechanic shops. Nuno, Matt, Amanda, and Kevin will take great care of you. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else. Hometown Tire & Auto for all your vehicles needs. The One and Done Shop. Give them a try, I guarantee you won't go anywhere else.

I've never had a better experience and service than with my mechanics at Hometown. Everyone is very polite, friendly, and helpful. My car is always serviced quickly and the mechanics take the time to speak with you about any issues that need to be taken care of and what it will cost.I highly recommend you visit Hometown in Linden and see for yourself what excellent service they have.

These guys are the best at what they do. Definitely recommend to go there for any mechanical repairs you need to your vehicles. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff is outstanding. If I could give them 10 I would. Thank you guys for all your great service

Great Staff, fast and efficient and the work is excellent! The last car we bring for a repair never have a problem. Not pushy mechanic. Other mechanic will push u to get something you dont need just to get bussiness specially if a woman is the one who go to them. They are honest, reliable work & cheap. I will recommend them to friends & family

The work is top notch, the parts are top notch. The prices are what one should pay for good workmanship and parts. It's not a save money place, it's a get it done right place. The two staff members at the desk lack grace but are honest. Best shop around with the friendliest people ever! Ever since the first time I came here about 4 years ago, we've been close friends.First time I came here was a Friday, about 10 minutes till 6pm, brought a new tire with me, to get one replaced that had a bubble, I told Matt(co owner) that I needed to replace it before the next day (because I had to go on a longer trip) and he didn't even think twice about it and just took the car in and took care of me like family, to my surprise I was treated like family by everyone else and was invited to the shop and given pizza. I've been coming here ever since then for any of my automotive needs but also just to hang out and see how everyone's doing. Definite 5 stars from me guys.

I would recommend these guys anytime for your vehicle needs. There great mechanics and friendly and personable people as well. I have three cars and they service my vehicles all the time. Cost conscious and great work. Make you feel like your home all the time..

We've done service here for sometime, but hate coming here because the receptionist has an attitude problem. She is very rude on the phone and shoots false information about your vehicle based on "emails". Don't get me wrong, the mechanics in the back are very nice, but she literally ruins the face of the company because of her unwelcoming attitude. We are already worried about our vehicle and she makes everything a lot more complicated and uncertain. Most likely will not be returning.

came in for an alignment, they did fine with that. But they left a bunch of teeth marks on my tie rods because they used a vice grip to hold them. Also way over tightened my lug bolts. Had to go to another shop with an air impact to loosen them. Won t be coming here again.

Nuno and his team get the job done right the first time and that is so challenging to find. 3 different cars fixed successfully with them. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the local area. Keep up the great work!

I took my 98 toyota camry for over $900 work done because of failed inspection however car still had check engine issue. Guy at the shop told me to drive for at least 50 miles and it should automatically reset however problem still exists. I moved out of the area and unfortunately cannot go back due to long distance but very upset with the work done by these guys because my car is still not passing the inspection for the exact reason they told me is already been fixed. The type of customer service and work they provide i would strongly NOT recommend going to these thugs.
