Recently on 2-18-24, had my car serviced at Firestone in Linden NJ. Scheduled my appointment for 7:00 am. They took my car right in. The Technician who serviced my car was very knowledgeable and thorough in performing what I needed done. I was very pleased with the repairs he made. The customer service provided that day was outstanding. The new Manager kept me informed of the progress, was very professional and had me on my way in less time than I anticipated...

I ve been coming here for a long time & my car keeps running like new, I can t imagine going anywhere else. Adam & May s customer service & vehicle knowledge gives me comfort in knowing my vehicle is in good hands , you ve found a loyal customer here.

I bring my car to this location to get my company car serviced. I called in my appointment a couple days before. When I arrived there was no line and the service guy asked who I was and if I was leaving my car. I told him I was never told I had to. He said ok and took my keys. I went to the waiting room and waiting for about an hour for my car. I didn't pay because my company does, so I took my keys and left. A mediocre experience.

I found this place by searching at the map so I decided to go this place and a nice lady at the front desk she was very nice so asked her to get a quote for me about how much I will expend for 4 new tires and what services are included .. She told me if I buy 3 tires 1 will be free with 0 cost.. rotation and installation at 0$ cost so after that I asked for final prices with taxes and fees ..she told me 735$ but I she decided to bring it down to 695$ total .. I was happy cuz my budget was 700 $ when the service were done the guy i believe hes the manager told me he will receive the payment but when I see the screen I see many extra chargers plus they included 4 tires no 3 and 1 free as she said .. plus 77.96 for labor when the ( installation was included ) plus taxes 46.87 ( when the lady told me it was included from the inicial price ) but searching at their web site I found better prices with services and taxes included as u will see at the pics I will post here ...I never go to this place again.. will recommend all of you to visit Costco or BJs ..they have better prices and many services included for free ... No like this place that they said by person or web site that the rotation/balance is cost free but they charge at the end as u can see in those pics ..

I was waiting for five hours when I was told the job would only take two hours. Yea, my issue was waste, plus one part of the job was not done correctly, so I need to go back again. I am happy about it.

These people at this store are not serious..... I had 2 tires ordered to the store and when tires arrived I made a appointment to be there at 330pm, I waited 3 hours untill they touched my vehicle then they finally installed the 2 tires witch took them another 35 minutes.... The following day I noticed the stem valves were leaking air because they never replaced them and I was charged for them so I brought the vehicle back and took them another 2 and half hours to fix.... They made me loose a total of 7 hours to replace 2 tires, how in the world is this possible..... They are not professional, this is a no cramps Giving shop.... Do not go to this place for anything you will get robbed and a waist of your time

Came in on a busy Saturday morning Elijah was amazing and accommodating. The staff was friendly and professional. I ve been coming here for years and never had such great service as I had today! Thank you for all that you do Elijah we need people like you who are helpful and understanding! 10/10

I'm not talking about all Firestones, but the one in Linden N.J. has nothing but a bunch of B rated mechanics. Went in for an oil change, and they never drained the old oil. Just put in 5 new quarts on top of old. Didn't realize until I saw a cloud of smoke behind my car, and all they said was sorry.

Had my car for 4 days. Never called me with updates. I had to call every time. Was told the car would be ready at 2pm on Saturday. I was told to come pickup at 530. Was not done until 730 pm. There were 4 other angry people in the lobby from 530 till 7. Techs were friendly and hardworking but no communication from management.

I had a good experience changing out my tires with Firestone.I replaced all four, and the team was able to get the tires I had wanted from a nearby location same-day.Carlos is friendly and attentive, and made sure to get me the best deal possible for that day.When my tires didn't feel quite right after about a month or two, I brought the vehicle back to Firestone and they performed a realignment, and offered a free return if it still didn't feel smooth. All good now - glad to say that my Firestone Weathergrip tires are performing well, and handle great in the rain and snow.

Awful service! They "supposedly" gave my car a tune-up. I had used an OBD scanner and all it needed was a plug and/or coil but they did all 4 cylinders. Car is STILL misfiring. Person on phone VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They're a bit thin skin at this location. Don't know what they'll do when life hands them a bit of difficulty - they can't seem to handle criticism. Must be participation-trophy kids. Used them for decades, new people have brought the place down I'm afraid. Will use other Auto places in area - there are tons! Too bad. Take business elsewhere.

Went in 4 an oil change. They took a long time but I understood that there were 2 cars be/4 mine. They did all the checking under the hood, even checked my battery. And other services that come with the package. Which I didn't expect. Good job. And the price was right. Excellent customer service. They tell you the prices be/4 u agree 2 have the work done. I will return again..till next time.

Completely dissatisfied, I take my car for something and pick up my car in unpleasant conditions, engine light on, no air, and the engine shaking, what a pity that a company like this has that type of worker. linden firestone bad service.

Carlos and Elijah were super friendly, attentive, and helpful. I came in and immediately was helped. I was in and out in about 15 minutes to get my car serviced for some routine maintenance. Thanks again.

Absolutely ATROCIOUS & DISHONEST!! Do not take your vehicle here at all costs. I brought my car to remove a nail from the tire, we have warranty with this company. Left the car for 3 hours came back they told us they remove the nails and rotate the tire we drove home still saw the nail in the front of the tire went back to them they claim they changed it after showing them proof that the nail is still in the tire they eventually change it. But find someplace to take your car this is not the place. DISHONEST!!!!!

Excellent tire replacement, balancing and wheel alignment months ago. Returned yesterday to have fuel system flushed and decarbonized...now runs like a brand new car! It took nearly 5 hours to replace 4 tires. I had a 10 am appointment and the car wasn t even started to be worked on until noon.Awful experience. Will not come back.Service: Tires

This is THE BEST tire place! These guys go above and beyond! Super nice. Fixed my flat tire/donut and put my new one on, as I was their last client of a long day. Luke, is all about customer service. This man deserves a raise for real. Great Job! And THANK YOU!Service: TiresService: Tires

Arrived at Firestone in Linden @ 11:48 was there until I had to end this unprofessional service @4:12pm, I was there for an oil change and absolutely nothing but excuses from the manager , never giving them my business again horrible service. I will be contacting corporate headquarters hopefully they will make a total change of staff

My husband and I had a great experience at this Firestone today. We live in Brooklyn, NY and were visiting family in NJ when we got a flat tire was on the NJ turnpike. This Firestone, took us right away, gave us a very fair price for a new tire and changed it right away. Everyone we dealt with was so professional and pleasant. In addition, the waiting area was very clean with chairs placed to make it easy to social distance. If you want an honest repair shop with great employees and a comfortable waiting room, this is it!

Wont come again! Booked appointment for manufacturer required servicing a week in advance. Reached on the day only to find out that they cannot do the services as they dont have the needed expertise/parts. Asked if they can atleast do an oil change. Made me wait for 3+ hrs (including 1 hr standing outside) for that and charged me 106$ after discount. Staff seemed okay but gave vague answers, and only one person who handed back the vehicle had the decency to apologize for the long wait.Service: Oil change

Not the best experience I had at this Firestone. I arrived 30 mins before my scheduled appointment and yet it took them more than an hour after my scheduled appointment to work on my car. I waited for 2 and a half hour to get the job done. The people are nice but not being able to get the job started in scheduled appointment is disappointing.

The worst shop to go too. These people fixed my brakes and they changed the oils in my car. Then the next day my car started making noises. I bought my car to them again because I dont understand how I gave them my car and my car is making new noises. They gonna say to me that the problem is not them, they didn t open the hood. Mind you in order to change the oils you have to open the hood. They all trying to get you to spend more money than you should. The new problem would have cost me 400 dollars and I just gave them 800 the week before. I took my car somewhere else and got my problem fixed for way less and I know for sure my car won t be making any other noises for a while. DONT GO HERE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I had bad experience before with Customer Service with the old management. Since Firestone sent me an email asking me to come back, I did it and thanks the professional service of the new Store Manager Shane I always bringing my car to this Store for regular maintenance or any repair. They are the the best!

Been dealing with Firestone for years. They're under new management and although I never really had a problem before this current staff is a pleasure to deal with. Shane(The Store Manager) really cares about his staff and customers & you feel it through every interaction. Car maintenance & repair people's sometimes avoid due to cost/feeling like they're being ripped off but Firestone doesn't make you feel that way.
