Matthew and the folks at Deluxe Auto Sales made buying a used vehicle a wonderful shopping experience. I was looking for a car for my son as a Christmas present. Their selection is second to none when it comes high end used vehicles. I would strongly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a vehicle. Once I picked out the car, the negotiation was seamless and easy. Being that it was for the holidays, they kept the listing up for me so that my son wouldn t realize that car was gone. Im usually very skeptical about leaving dealerships reviews since i used to worked at one, But Charlie and the whole team really exceded all my expectations, my credit isnt too good and they still got me a good % rate. and the condition of the mercedes i got was incredible, only 8k miles, and every little detail is getting fix. Again thank you Charlie wont be my last car there.

Really good experience. I would highly recommend buying an auto from them. Alex Navarro was the sales manager who helped us. He was very nice to work with. Took his time and explained everything and was not pushy. Eric was the finance manager and also was very nice, knowledgeable and through. We traveled to get there so had to bring our puppy with us and they were very accommodating. All staff members very nice.

What a pleasant experience. I was in the market for my dream car and fortunately came across Deluxe Auto Sales. I had the pleasure of working with Alex Navarro who made my experience a breeze! I had been looking for car since days and after visiting them, it was just like a matter of taking the test drive and meeting Matthew it was a quick YES. Matthew was very patient with us and made sure all our questions and concerns were taken care of. He was the most easy going person I have met. I have been to so many dealers and showrooms but the service we received here is something that couldn t be ignored. He made sure we as customers have trust before we buy the car! I had a great experience with deluxe auto sales. From the minute I walked through the door all the way until I left with my new car they showed a clean, professional and most importantly welcoming environment. I had the pleasure of working with sales rep Matthew who made sure I was happy with my choice and had a great experience while I was there. The staff are also very pleasant and had the same upbeat vibe as well. To them it was more than just purchasing a car but more about feeling good about the car you chose. They are also very good at communicating and stay up to date with you about appointment times and having the car ready when you arrive. I would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a luxury vehicle and not only was Matthew great but I'm sure the rest of the staff are too.

5 stars I had a great experience with Deluxe Auto Sales. For starters, their showroom was filled with unique luxury and top of the lines cars, so I was very tempted to blow my budget. However, my sales rep "Jay" was the absolute best! I must've looked at 10 cars and test drove 6, but Jay was unphased and has some serious Zen energy. He was so pleasant and went over the details of each car. They bought my car and cleared the debt in 1 week with my bank. The whole team at Deluxe Auto were awesome and I highly recommend.Ask for Jay!

My wife and I recently traded in her car for a 2018 BMW M5. Pricing was right where it needed to be and they gave a fair trade in. Tim was my salesman and he helped us close the deal easily. I would absolutely return to them in the future for another vehicle if they had what I was looking for.The car was fully detailed and stored inside when I came for my initial test drive. It rained, they cleaned it up again and we closed the deal the following day. That is the way to sell a car!Really pleased with my experience. Again, thanks Tim for the assistance. I feel it is difficult to find a quality used car dealer so I am glad I found them. I've attached a few pics of our purchased car.

My name is Jason Foster,I just purchased a 2020 Audi S5 from this dealer and i am extremely impressed with how i was treated. I dealt with 2 different salesman named Mathew and Mohamad. Both were very friendly and professional. Neither of them made me feel pressured in any way. They were both very honest and straight up from the beginning. I was also very impressed with all of their cars in their showroom. The condition of every car i looked at was very impressive condition. The inspection and maintenance sheets of their vehicles before having them for sale was impressive also. This place does not nickel and dime you with tons of hidden fees also. I am thankful i found this place and will defenitly recommend this place to my friends and family!!

My ordeal with Deluxe Auto Group has been nothing short of a nightmare, primarily due to purchasing what I ve now realized is a lemon. Despite my initial trust in their quality and assurances, the vehicle has proven to be defective, leading to not one, but eight separate visits to the manufacturer s dealership in an attempt to resolve these issues. Regrettably, my efforts have been in vain, as the problems with the car persist.Recurring Vehicle Issues: The car has been plagued with continuous mechanical problems since purchase. Each visit to the dealership promised a solution, yet each time, the vehicle emerged with the same unresolved issues, if not more. This cycle of repair and disappointment has not only been time-consuming but also has eroded my trust in Deluxe Auto Group s ability to provide reliable vehicles.Lack of Accountability: What exacerbates this situation further is the dealership s apparent lack of accountability. Despite the clear lemon status of the car, there s been no substantial offer to replace, buy back, or provide a satisfactory resolution. The dealership s reluctance to acknowledge the severity of the car s problems and their impact on my life is disheartening.Customer Service Disappointment: Throughout this process, the customer service has been less than satisfactory. Each visit and communication seemed to cycle through hope and frustration, with little to no progress made toward a tangible resolution. The dealership s failure to adequately address and rectify the situation has left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.Final Warning: My experience with Deluxe Auto Group serves as a stark warning to potential buyers. The ordeal of dealing with a lemon vehicle and the dealership s insufficient response highlights a significant risk in purchasing from them. I strongly advise conducting thorough research and considering other dealerships that have a proven track record of accountability and customer satisfaction.In conclusion, the stress and inconvenience caused by this lemon purchase, coupled with the dealership s inadequate handling of the situation, compel me to urge others to look elsewhere. I had the best Sales person in the dealership his name is Jabir and also his boss Angelo. They were fantastic. I was worried because I am located in Georgia and was nervous on getting a car out of my state but these guys help me through the process showed me my vehicle through FaceTime also sent me videos got me approved and got the deal done. Deluxe Auto was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their honest and upfront approach was extremely refreshing. I worked with Tim and he was wonderful. I had a chance to talk with quite a few of the staff and everyone was very personable, knowledgeable and polite.Aside from the low pressure & extremely comfortable atmosphere, their showroom was very impressive. It s clear that they take pride in the quality and condition of the vehicles that they sell.The vehicle I purchased was exactly as described. Tim sent me photos and video walk around. When I first saw it in person, I was very impressed. The vehicle had a fresh detail and full tank of gas.Overall I would give my experience with Deluxe Auto a 10 out of 10!
