Terrible. I got my brakes done here because they said they needed to be done asap & not even a week later my brakes were squeaking. I brought my car back to be looked at & they didn't check it , just told me the break pads have to "get use to the car"...it's been 2 weeks since then & I still have the same issue because the brakes weren't done correctly when they first were done, I know this because after the guy was done with them they were chirping & after I went to see about the chirping he had an attitude & asked another guy to fix it then he loosened them too much. I paid $750 for somebody's mistake & I hope another doesn't do the same. I DO NOT recommend.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Staff at front desk is extremely rude. I have been taking my personal cars here for years. Lately the woman at the front desk is nasty to customers

I went for oil change and they always manage to find something else that needs service. I like that they check everything that needs attending to. Its good but not for my poor pockets. Too pricey for me. Will not be returning.

Absolutely amazing! The people were soooooo kind and gentle with my vehicle. Also, when i got it washed they did an amazing job. I d give more stars if i could. This place will lie and tell you that your car needs work done when it does not! The guys must get a commission or a bonus for selling the most parts because they are always trying to sell me some extra service. This time they stated I needed new front and rear break pads on my 2 year old car with 24k miles. Took it for a 2nd opinion and guess what - they are only half worn. I have a while before new pads are needed. Do not trust this place!!

First and last time going to this shop.After an uneventful day of searching for a shop to do a simple brake and rotor change I found this shop. Unfortunately after being charged nearly $400 they still did not do the job properly. The car felt slower after leaving the shop and after close inspection the brakes werent seated properly and the brakes were constantly applying pressure to the rotors. After taking the brakes off I also found that they put one half of the brakes on the wrong side of the car. On top of that they didnt even use the brake grease that comes with the parts. Complete and utter negligence on their part and their mechanics are completely incompetent. Save your money and find a trustworthy mechanic.An oversight like this would cause my brake and rotor to wear abnormally faster than what it should. This could also be extremely dangerous when the customer is driving on the highway and the brakes lock up.Oh and waiting for 3 hours and being charges extra because they had to get "special" brakes for my car...

Not impressed, went to them with a coupon that they sent saying $45.99 for premium oil change, but was told the price increased last week and can t give that price and charged higher. Not the best business practice if you ask me!!!

Prices are a little high but overall they have good service. They recommended a lot of other services based on the mileage of the car. They also always use what s recommended because all of their CPU s have a large database of vehicle information. Fast service as I always go there. Car wash is ok nothing great.

This place is horrible. Brought my car for engine oil change but they found more couple other things that they didn't say they would inspect those. By the time, they showed me it wasn't my choice. Worst part started afterwards. I ended up spending more than $400 there where I originally thought less than $80, and then mechanic guy said he would give me $20 off of my total and then he said he can't and gave me free car wash coupon instead. Which I thought I would use it after all snow season, then again, wasn't my choice again, it expired a month. You see all these manipulated action which is like a cheap 3 class movie script. NO MORE WORDS ABOUT THIS PLACE.

First of all , expensive for an Oil change ,Second , EXTERIOR car wash is FREE with oil change, but before I asked the girl at the counter , that I want the car to be clean inside , IF there is an extra FEE , Ashe said 10 dollars . But when I asked the guy at the car WASH he said ,It will be $ 37 dollars only for clean the inside of the car , having also the FREE EXTERIOR WASH . $37 DOLLARS .. THATS WAY TOO MUCH . Other places charge $30 dollars for the whole JOB INSIDE AND OUTSIDE .

Good for oil change at off peak times,,otherwise long wait,high turnover of technicians,,, wouldn't get any mechanical or engine work here,,always afraid they will do something stupid or forget something an wreck my car,,,

They run the price up.on oil changes with add ons.. it very crowded the lines were out to the street. They have you backing up and moving to let people into the garages. They left streaks on my windows.

I changed my differential the other month and above that replaced the old with a brand new gasket...they claimed it was empty...they remove some in order to show the evidence of lacking of oil..shady...
