I recently purchased a car from BM Motors and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Gino was knowledgeable, helpful, and truly attentive to my needs and preferences.The car selection at BM Motors is impressive, and I found exactly what I was looking for. Carlos provided outstanding service! Upon entering the dealership, I was warmly greeted and promptly assisted. I bought a Tesla Model 3 and was able to test drive it without scheduling in advance. Carlos was knowledgeable, honest, and created a welcoming atmosphere. I won't consider going to anyone else! Thank you, Carlos.

DO NOT trade in your car here , DO NOT shop here if you live out of state. It might take them months to pay off your trade in, they might never. It's been 2 months and the loan they opened on a LEMON car I gave back after 1 day is still open. Oh and they still haven't registered my new car as promised....never return phone calls nothing.... They have some great cars and very fair pricing but wow everything after my purchase has been an EXTREME HASSLE

I worked with Anton and his team to sell my car and they provided a great experience. They were all friendly and gave a very fair value on my Lexus RX 350 F Sport. Everything moved very smoothly and quickly. I d definitely come back to do business with them in the future.

Amazing! These guys really delivered. I was going to try and find a car locally but loved this car but didn't know when I would ever find time to go and get it. Anton said that they would deliver it so I said okay! I was super nervous about the purchase because I was afraid that somehow I would get ripped off because I had never bought a car online before. I even called John like 5 times because I was so skeptical.They helped me complete the paperwork very quickly and said the car would come the next day. There was no way I thought this would happen but there it was, less than 24 hours later!The car was exactly what I had expected.I can't recommend BM Motors enough. Thanks guys!!!

I never leave reviews but I feel like I had to after this experience. I have bought cars before but it never felt so genuine and clear after having Carlos as my sales person. If you need a car look for him. Always responsive, very clear with the numbers and does not bluff, which you never find. I came into the dealer the process was so quick and easy. You have any concerns Carlos will address them right away!! Will come back in the future. Thanks Carlos if you are reading this.

Carlos was one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever, such a gentleman. Bought a 2023 Dodge Ram rebel. They were very respectful and worked with me on a price to where both me the buyer and the dealership were comfortable making a deal happen. Would 10/10 buy from BM again. Quality cars for great prices.

I purchased a great car today from BM Motor Sports - I typically don t post a lot of reviews but had to in this instance This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had buying a car! Chad was my salesperson and he was on point! We pulled up at 10:55 am Chad had the car waiting for us and we went for a test drive with him We were back in the office at 11:05 and drove off the lot at 11:50 with my new car! Chad was beyond organized and his manager was great. They were totally prepared and had the car prepped and ready! No hard sell, knowledgeable and obviously very experienced to get us in and out of there so quickly!Their dealer fee was around $800 and more than fair, especially compared to the several other dealerships I was shopping at. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and in particular Chad who is an amazing salesperson that made this entire process a total success in less than 1 hour! I m thoroughly impressed and there were no hidden fees. Great dealership!

Had a great experience here. Salesman name was Jeff great customer service skills. Showed me ford expedition I was interested in gave me several options. Although I didn t purchase first time there ended up coming back few days later. Although he was busy I called ahead he made time for me and my wife. This dude is on top of his game! Worked with me on paperwork had a long trip back home he gased car up as well. Definitely recommend this dealership!

Jeffrey was extremely helpful and was able to get my deal done right away. It was the quickest car purchase I ve done. Michael, the finance manager was able to get me an approval within 10 minutes. I will definitely keep coming back to BM Motors.

Malpractices.Pushy for you to close. Test drive lasted less than 10 mins for the clearly uninterested salesmen. The cars sell itself the least you could have are salesmen that know their inventory.Service package is a fraud.I ve dropped off my car for service on my braking system. Did they just reset the sensor? I think so. Car was picked up only for it emit the same noise when I apply the brake.Thank you for caring for your customers BM Motorcars I ll be sure to never send any family or friends your way.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. John from finance was very professional and attentive with what we were looking for in terms of cost. When we came in to seal the deal John was off but he made sure to give us someone just as awesome Thank you Mike and Jeffrey for your patience, knowledge and reassurance for the car we chose! Highly recommend using Jeffrey as your salesman if you are looking for a car at this dealership. My husband loves his new Jeep SRT!

Carlos at BM MOTORS is so kind. He made purchasing a vehicle extremely easy and he was was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Thank you Carlos.Updated 2/23/2024Purchased not even a month ago, (still has temporary license plates).Regrettably, the 2019 cadillac is currently at the repair shop, it literally felt like we were driving in a bounce house, my 2008 drove better than the cadillac I purchased here. I was told It will require an additional two weeks for the claim process and repairs. I strongly advise to have a mechanic or someone knowledgeable about cars inspect the vehicle before making a purchase here. Imagine the challenge of making payments on a 41K car loan while not having access to the car, or any car, since they don t have rental cars adding to the frustration. I wish I would of just brought my vehicle from a Cadillac dealership.

I called the dealer twice to make sure that the vehicle will be available to see when I arrive the dealership since I would drive two hours away to purchase the vehicle. BRANDON the person we spoke with on the phone said specifically that he would be at the dealership to test drive and buy it if I like the vehicle. I also called them and spoke to CARLOS on my way saying that I am driving to see the car and they said the car is there waiting to test drive. Once arriving Brandon was not at the dealership and only works remotely per the manager who didn't bother to tell us his name. I drove TWO HOURS to see the car we thought we wanted to purchase BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE CAR, Clearly they are pulling the bait and switch with people and cars so that they can get you on the lot. They are lying to your face and they don't shame. There are bunch of uneducated scam people just sitting in a small shack and trying to fool people, This is not a car dealership BE AWARE, THEY HAVE A COUPLE OF CARS IN THE PARKING LOT, THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL. Don't go there at all, you will be wasting your time. They are shameless ...

When I first bought the car, salesman was super easy to work with. Got me quick in and out in a car. However, when the car started having transmission problems a week later, he was impossible to reach over the phone. I drove 4+ hours back to the dealership to find out he was "off" and while the manager promised to send me a check for reimbursement/repairs, I never received it. It has been almost 2 months. Ended up getting rid of the car.*UPDATE* 3 months later, I can't register my new car because THEY NEVER SENT MY TITLE OUT. The car I purchased from them on December 28th's paperwork STILL isn't done as of March 12th!

Great selection of vehicles to choose from. Some nice imports available. Bought an Audi SQ5 got a good deal on it too. The salesperson who assisted me VAL was fantastic. Answered all of my questions and even got me some extras thrown in with my purchase. Went here originally to look at two completely different vehicles and wound up buying the SQ5 that same day. Very satisfied

First off the vechile was falsely advertised as having 90000 thousand miles when it really has 210000 thousand miles. The following day I found a few issues that were not found when I looked at the vehicle. When these issues were brought to there attention no one wants to address. Their service guy Sergio makes all kinds of excuses as to why they don't have to honor or repair said vechile. They love taking your money and don't honor nothing after. Bm Motors is s huge FRAUD I will never buy from them nor will I recommend anyone to them. Watch out for there scams people.
