The tire guys broke my car s rear windshield and tail lights while installing new tires I purchased from them. They didn t even give me a physical report of the in incident. I had to call the police to make a report. We ll see how it plays out with their insurance.

Dorian took my car and finished very quickly. He was super friendly and made my experience a joy. I got a great deal on some Michelins and would definitely come back again. This world needs more people like Dorian who knows what it means to give great customer service with a smile!

Who hired these people.In my opinion and experience the staff is so careless.While I was driving to the tire center the staff pulled up another customers car right in my car, mind you he parked and drove on the wrong side of the road, and left the car there where I was about to turn into to park my car. Rude.As we go in we drop our car off, he just asked for confirmation number and to fill out form.Did not explain anything.Nothing about how long will it take,Warrenty, nothing.I left my car, I HAD TO CALL THEM 2 hours later.BECAUSE no on called to tell me if my car was ready.When I got there, he just made me sign the paper and that's it.I asked him so.... Is everything okay? Is there Warrenty? I had so much questions for him but he was like lazy or showed no interest in his job, blah, I would say....

Wow this guy named Alexis is one of the greatest guy I ever met he help me when I had a flat tire yet he had other car to work on it. I gave him 200 tips for this guy. Definitely Recommend to come here!!

The gentlemen that were there were extremely helpful. they explained everything and answered all my questions politely. richard was really nice and installed my tires correctly. would definitely recommend him and his team to my friends

I wish that I can read them a zero but the app will not allow me to. They do not have anyone who works here that can actually work on or serviced tires other than changing all tires and putting on new tires. There is never a time that you can go there and not wait for at least a half an hour before you even see someone in the lobby who works there. I was told that they only service tires that were bought at BJ s but the Watchung and Edison BJ s were both able to help regardless of where you buy the tires. Customer service Here is atrocious. Don t waste your time if you need tire service and you want to go to BJ s find a different one.

Big mistake order tires from here. I had no choice I paid already so I have two wait for installation service. 10:40am No car on platform ????? Why I have to wait one hour, just because my appointment is for 11:30am. , certified tech I don't know but not here. Customer service 0% satisfied

Awful. Installed new TPMS sensor. TPMS sensor light went on on my way from BJs. Called them the next day and they told me I had to make a appointment for 2 weeks later. Always short staffed.

First time arriving to bjs and my expectations where greatly surpassed, I met Alex who was very friendly and explained my options in great detail. I always ask for him when I go to bjs.

Rudeness they ll leave you on hold without telling you please hold or nothing till you hang up in the tire department

The issue I have is the inconsistency when they order restock, many products that I buy are a hit or miss there
