I took my 1988 E28 to Rui and his team after all the mechanical issues were sorted out during COVID. I wanted the car restored to better than original paint. Cirrus Blue Factory color, 2 stage, high gloss, Bumpers tucked, trim restored and a list of other OEM+ touches (new kidney grills, chrome door handles, windshield, sun roof panel). His estimate was fair, the work was completed on time and the finished product is show quality. He listened to what I wanted and worked me as we found issues along the way. 5 Stars all day.

There s no other shop I d rather take my car to. They have been doing maintenance and repairs to my vehicles for the past 5 years and there is no reason I d go anywhere else. These guys are very professional and courteous and don t try to sell you what you don t actually need. I never regret giving my car to them.

Azevedo motor sports does great work and the staff is amazing. If I have any issues or questions Rui the owner is always eager to try and help to assist. He lets me know if this is an easy fix on my end or when I should bring it in. He also repairs the issue quickly and works with my schedule.

Five star rating for Azevedo s Motor Sports, Linden, NJAs a loyal and long-term customer of Azevedo s Motor Sports, I want to spread the word that Azevedo s is in a class all of its own when it comes to communication, integrity and innovation in expertise and innovation.Since I bring the family s entire fleet to Azevedo s for over 20 years, I have many examples of when proprietor and chief mechanic officer Rui could easily take me for a ride. Instead, when it was time to overhall my Tacoma, he laid out a data-based approach that returned the truck to its old glory and saved me close to $10k! Indeed, fast forward to today, thanks to Azevedo s my truck is just like fine wine: it s getting better with age!A note of thanks and a huge 5 our of 5 stars for Azevedo s Motor Sports in Linden, NJ. Trusting my fleet to you repeatedly over more than 20 years has made you and your team very much a part of my family!

I entrusted the team at Azevedo Motorsports with the restoration of an E36. Rui and team, walked me through the process and set all of the right expectations. To say the team there over delivered is an understatement.... not only did they full restore the body of the car, and finished paint looks like a mirror, but the team also looked out for new seals, gaskets, and parts that needed attention. Will definitely be back for the next project!!

The only shop I trust to do any body work or professional installations! They installed the wide body kit on my 2016 Subaru BRZ and did an amazing job just check the photos. They can really do it all and for a great price too! They will always have my business and I will always recommend them to friends and family.

I ve been going to this place for about 15 years. Azvedo Motorsports has worked on, upgraded and improved all of the cars I ve had over that time period. From daily maintenance to performance upgrades, Rui and his staff have done it all and did so at a more than fair price. Exceptional service, knowledgeable about any issue I ever had and amazing communication (the owner Rui literally picked up the phone for me while he was in Puerto Rico on vacation to lmk about my car) I highly recommend this business and appreciate their service.

Let me start by saying that I was waiting for my car to have some kind of check engine light or something else on her as the owner of the shop promised me (Rui) that it will be turn key ready when it s done and yes it was. The level of professionalism at his shop in the knowledge of the staff members in answering all my questions during this transition was seamless. I would like to start by saying, this is the worst place! My brother and I brought our cars to Azevedo the owner had us drop the car off at 7 am miss a day of work for the cars to not get looked at until 5:15 then he says the car has to stay at the shop for another 2 days for the parts to come in, not being mindful that people actually have jobs! He said the right axle was cracked and I needed a new steering rack. So I wasn t able to leave my car there for another 2 days so I left and brought it somewhere else where they said The only issue was the wheel hub bearings, and the job was fixed later that s day! For my brother s car The owner did not speak with any type of knowledge of working on a infinity g35! He said the water pump was the issue once he realized how difficult it was to take the water pump out he charged an extra $100 to the price then after all day waiting he says the water pump doesn t come out that it s the engine that he wants more money everything out his mouth was more money he did not for once give any reassurance or try to calm the customer for raising the price every 2 hours. Do not bring your car unless you have a second car!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

This is the worst place by far the owner has no communication skill what so ever I brought my car here to get looked at they told me it was a water pump so I bought everything they told me I needed cause I couldn t wait for them to order the piece needed the car they charge me 350 then he calls me later tell me 450 cause he had take the timing belt off then the next day he calls me and tell me it ain t the water pump that the chain keeps jumping off the water pump mind u he didn t fix the issue and still charged me 450 this place is a rip off over charged for nothing I must say the mechanic that actually does work on your car is a very polite guy good dude but the owner of the shop rui or w.e sucks !!!! They did a very good job on my car. The owner is very reasonable and the other guy he works with has great humor. They are very professional and their prices are reasonable. I brought in my Porsche 911 for a wetsanding, buffing, and to change an O2 sensor. The price for the work was very fair and the communication throughout the process was great. Rui and his team did an amazing job getting the car done by the day we agreed. Car came out amazing. Paint looks impeccable. They took my tired bmw wagon and created exactly what I asked them to do. The car looks amazing and I've had strangers tell me they love the car and I've had one random stranger ask me for a price to sell it. Not happening. Great work.Update: after chasing the owner down for about a year to fix my sunroof that he broke, headlights he said can be updated but never got them to work properly, I gave up and took it to somewhere else. Beyond frustrated. Love the body work but I should have never drove the car home without making sure everything worked properly. After taking the car in one time after the work was done the owner realized he couldn't fix the problems and just left it at that and ignored and brushed me off everytime I called to make another appointment. Irresponsible and careless. Make sure everything works before you leave this place becaise they won't tell you they broke things and will never fix it if you leave.
