Dealing with L & M was so easy and professional. The person who took my call was helpful and efficient. Michael called on the day the car was to be evaluated with the information of what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what it would cost. Car was ready when promised and at the cost I was told.Great service, great people!

L&M replaced my hood latch and heat shield after Honda was unable to do so because of "parts unavailable". The work was quoted and completed promptly at a very reasonable price. Everyone there was most courteous and helpful. I will definitely be back! Very highly recommended.

I have been using L&M for many years and have never had a problem with them. They are always attentive, informative and clear in their explanations. And fair in their pricing. I was referred to these guys by my coworkers and they did an excellent job! They picked up my car for an oil change but I ended up needing other things done. They did what was absolutely necessary and made sure my car was all good to go. Over my 70 years I've had many auto repair professionals. All I need is one that is knowledgeable and honest. L&M has not disappointed me. For 20 years they have taken care of my cars. I find L & M auto to be an honest place to bring your car and have it serviced. It s nice to have the owner be honest and letting you know that your brakes really don t need to be done. I was recently visiting my parents from out of town. My parents have been using L& M Auto since they opened in 1985, a very long time and have had nothing but positive experiences with Lenny & Mike (owners) and their entire team. They are professionals, courteous, genuine care about their customers, and are trained to work on all makes and models.With all that said, I unfortunately had a coolant leak that resulted in having the entire water pump and all associated hoses, intakes, etc...to be replaced on my Range Rover. Mike and his team diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts right away as I had to push my departure date back a few days. I was under a tight timeline due to commitments back home that I could not reschedule. This was a rather complex two day job and Mike made good on his commitment to have my vehicle completed so I could return home. Typically the shop would like the vehicle to stay locally after this type of repair, however I had to drive the 20 hours back home and it preformed perfect. Really appreciate the entire team at L & M Auto. L&M is honest and very trustworthy. They are very direct with what your car needs, what is important and how much it costs. They are very professional and the parts they give are good quality. They also give you the choice if you want it done or not. In my own experience, I asked them if my tires need change, they told me no. If I need oil change, they tell me you still have a month to do so. If my car needs several repairs and I can't afford at once, they will advice me which one to do first then the rest can be done later in time. All I can say is, I don't stress when I have car trouble. I know they fix it in my own convenience.

Excellent! They were referred to me by a close friend who lives down the road from them. Professional, yet personable. Quality service from the time I called them to the pick up of my vehicle. Always called me to update what was going on with my vehicle and always made sure that I wanted to proceed with the repair. Prices were quite reasonable for the quality work performed. I will definitely return to L&M for any other work I may need in the future and will definitely recommend them to others. Outstanding!

Great experience at L&M auto this week. Replaced an electronic tire valve stem very quickly at a reasonable price. As I was heading home, my car radio went out. I called them and they said bring it right back in and we'll take a look. They reset the computer and fixed radio right then and there at no charge. Great owners and happy people working there. You can definitely pick up on the positive vibe at that place. I would recommend them without reservation. Honest and hard working!

My car hit a pot hole. The tire pressure display indicated an immediate drop from 40 pounds to 20 pounds over the next 10 minutes. So I parked my car in the L&M driveway and texted them to fix the tire. This emergency was handled by L&M without a problem. L &M Auto Center is the only place I trust to bring my cars for repair. I moved to Lincroft nearly 3 years ago and kept going back to Bay Ridge Brooklyn every time I needed work done. Then I had a issue with my car that prevented me from driving that far.Someone at work recommended L & M. The work was done quickly and perfectly. They even offered to drive me to work while they did the work. I have gone back since then and had the same great service and the cost has been consistently lower than I expected.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Can't say enough good things about L&M. I have been taking all my cars, Acura, Audi, Mercedes, to L&M for quite some time now. Pricing is fair and comparable to others, but what sets them apart is they are trustworthy and always, always, always do quality work. I can always count on their honesty and dependability, and you can too.

The staff at L&M are friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. They always take great care of my car and give good advice for what needs to be done, whether repairs are worth it, etc. I do wish they would wear masks when working with customers in the front office which is too small to distance well.

Took my car to L&M Auto in Lyncroft, NJ. It was my first visit. Mike was very pleasant and helpful. He took time to explain everything thoroughly. The front desk was very friendly and easy to deal with. The shop is very conveniently located and very clean. All in all, a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend his services.

I've been with them for years even though I have moved quite a bit. I have been relying on L&M for a long time (since they stared). Without fail they act like the want and appreciate my business. They do quality work at a reasonable price. Jobs are completed with courtesy and on time. If I am traveling they treat my family with the same courtesy. We have had our cars maintained by L&M Auto for many years. They have always done excellent work, were prompt, and kept me up to date. On two occasions in the past 20 years, a dealer told me I was going to need brakes soon. L&M checked it out and said I still had plenty of wear left and I went for at least a year before I needed brakes.I bought a used car from L&M over a year ago and have been very happy. They went over the car before sale and fixed any identified problems. They provided a warantee. None of that "as is" that you find at the dealers. Honest and professional. They are not the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for.

L & M auto center have always been "spot on" whenever I have had to have any of my vehicles serviced.I have been going there for many, many years now, and I still use them for all my auto needs even though I've moved out of the area.Here's the long n short of it; there are a lot of auto centers out there to choose from, some good, some not so good. L & M do excellent work, no surprises with their quotes, and being family owned, they have to be good... and they are!L & M are top notch in my book, and I recommend them if you are looking to have your auto serviced and haven't established a regular "go to" yet. I think you'll find them great to do business with.

I have had Lenny & Mike (L&M) maintain & repair my family's cars for the last 3 years. Whether I need a planned service or I have a problem needing immediate attention, L&M are always there for me! I have been doing business with L&M since the early 1980s. Over a long period of time (almost 40 years) Lenny and Mike have done a great job of taking care of a variety of cars. If I was traveling they would help my family.They are knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and stand behind their work. I am not sure what else you can ask for.

Service is excellent as usual. Reason I've been going there for years.Recently had them change the rear diff oil in my 68 Plymouth and check everything else for anything I missed. They found a few things but since it's my fun/project car I did the work. Thanks again L&M

Great Service! Came in Monday morning without an appointment. I was warmly greeted, taking care of immediately and back on the road later Monday afternoon. Mike, Glen and the gang at L&M are awesome! I will be bringing all my vehicles to L&M in the future!
