He is honest and really good at his craft. Pricing is affordable and he is the one I trust with my car whenever there is an issue. He will also refer you to others if the issue is not something he can work on. He is amazing and I always go to him first. He has been my mechanic for last few years and never let me down. Even though I moved to next town over, I still go to him for any car issues.

I travel a lot and the owner of this mechanic shop is so good, one of the best ive seen. He was very nice.I used a shop a month ago that left much to be desire in Philadelphia. This shop is so good that I just spent 15 minutes combing thru my previous CC statements to find the name of the shop just to go again.

As the name of the shop says, the owner of this shop is faithful to his word. He does not try to make you pay for unnecessary services. He is honest and fair with his pricing. We had been taking our car to another motor shop for years..when we were told we had to replace our caliper which would cost a thousand dollars. We thought of getting second opinion so came to Faithful and owner said the car would need to be opened to see if anything wrong which upon seeing he said nothing was wrong with caliper. So naturally we started going to Faithful motorshop from thereon. The owner will not cheat you into opayin for stuff that are in good condition. My sister in law's car (20 year old) which was parked for months wouldn't start and Faithful owner walked over to see where the car was and said battery was fine but cable was bad.. which was the cheapest thing to replace. If it had been somebody else they wou have tried to make some money and told her to replace an expensive part. I was compelled to leave this review so people get honest diagnosis and fair pricing on repair. Try this place, you will not regret! And the person that works for him that puts gas in, he is super nice too. And speaks fluent korean even though he is not Korean (for the non-english speaking Koreans out there )
