I had the smoothest car buying experience, thanks to Tony B.! We searched and searched for a Grand Highlander Hybrid. Towne had one allocated after two months of searching. The negotiation was easy and fair, with no hidden fees. The car took another two months to build and delivery. Tony called whenever the process entered a new phase and his communication was excellent. When pickup day came, everyone at the dealer was friendly and helpful. The entire sale took 1-hour, and it was so seamless. Tony then took time to show me how the car works and set up my phone. We re so happy with our new car! 11/10

My wife and I are super happy with the service here at Towne Toyota!We live about 1 hour away, and we found what we want here for a great price. Actually best price in Northern NJ.David T. was helpful, genuine, kind and knowledgeable, which all helped into us going with him to acquire our new car! I have purchased many vehicles over the years, but this has been my best experience ever. David Decker was our sale guys and he was exceptional with his service. He was very knowledgeable about any car that we asked about. He has a great sense of humor also. We felt comfortable working with him and were very professional. I highly recommend working with David to buy your next vehicle.The general manager Travis was awesome he showed great managerial skills. He worked with us and check up on us very often. We felt that Travis had our best interest, wasn t pushy or aggressive. Not to mention we got the best price at Towne Toyota. Thank you guys for making our experience outstanding. Will definitely will be recommending my family and friends! One of the best in town.

Fred was the coolest car guy I've ever met!! I don't know what kind of magic he did to get me such an amazing car (RAV-4 Prime!), but he was so helpful and efficient and professional! It's been a couple weeks with my new car and it's the best I've driven so far! Everyone else at the dealership (the receptionist ladies, Sergio, everyone!) was super kind and helpful too! Thank you Towne Toyota for making the annoying process of buying a car so simple and quick! I went to a different car dealer before this and was not treated well at all. Definitely come here for any Toyota needs you have!!

I've recently gone here since this is somewhere that my girlfriend has been taking her truck since we've moved up here but honestly the issues that have happened here & still having issues to the point where no one calls us back is embarrassing & sad i wouldn't recommend this place at all. Seems they really don't care about the customer they just want to ignore & brush things off especially if they are the ones causing the damage to the vehicle you ask them questions about paint defects and they tell you it's dirt or take the vehicle to get waxed when clearly the paint is falling off from the truck in spots that it shouldn't. It's been 5 months and till this day no answer on the situation. I brought here truck in since we tried to put some other wheels on her car but from the last time she did a service they did a tire rotation & whoever the tech was decided to tighten the wheel lock so hard that they wouldn't come off the lock itself got damaged from how tight it was. I brought it in for them to get them off only to be told that i had to buy 4 lugs on something that we didn't tighten they did and didn't use the right tools to tighten it so how is it that we have to pay for their mistakes. I had to settle for new locks because they didn't even have lugs in stock so not only did they know we were coming in for this but yet you didn't even bother to check if you had lugs in stock. I gave them the new locks that i purchased from the parts dept they proceeded to tell me that the techs use the proper tools to tighten the locks if that was the case how is it that i had to wait half hr for them to try and get off two of them because apparently they couldn't get them off hmm, that means they never used the proper stuff in the first place then to come and find out they had such a hard time that they damaged both passenger rims. I was told that i would be getting a phone call same day later on in the afternoon to schedule something to get them fixed. The service manger even took all her information but has yet to call back. She's already tried calling the director to inform her of her frustration but no answers either the amount of issues that has happened here from them forgetting to tighten up the drain plug to oil going onto our driveway and damaging it leaving stains and then trying to get it sealed to try and cover the stains till this day they are visible. When they rotated the tires last the car now shakes when your on the highway they are saying it's the tires but yet they probably didn't properly balance the wheels when rotating or wheel weight came off but we just get excuses. Our next step is to go to the BBB & corporate since it seems like no one wants to get this resolved we shouldn't have to chase people when you tell customers your going to reach out i get it you messed up and now don't want to have to pay for it.

I d been looking into getting my first hybrid vehicle for about the last 8 months. After much research and test driving, I decided that a RAV4 was going to be that new vehicle. The RAV4s were literally selling off the lot as I was deciding which one I wanted. Luckily, Fred D Argenio managed to scrape up a silver & black XSE that wasn t yet spoken for and I jumped on it. I d talked to Fred initially about 6 months ago and immediately knew that he was a straight shooter that I could work with if I decided to go the RAV4 route. I ve had the vehicle for just over a week now and am loving it. If you re in the market for a new Toyota - stop by Towne Toyota and talk to Fred!

My salesman David Decker sold me a 2023 Toyota Tundra. The sale went quick and I picked it up the next day. David provided me with Youtube videos for the break controller and backing up my camper. He was very patient while syncing my iPhone to the truck because I forgot all my passwords. He did a great job from beginning to end!

I purchased a 2024 Toyota Corolla SE from Towne Toyota on January 2, 2024 and I am so happy with my decision to purchase a car from them. Before heading to Towne Toyota, I was anxious and upset, having to purchase a new car unexpectedly (was planning to purchase a car this summer but my old car had other plans) and as soon as I arrived to Towne Toyota, I was immediately greeted and assisted by David Torres.Working with David was amazing! He was kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and informative. He made purchasing a vehicle easy and even honored a discount I had, through a work program. He made sure that through each step of the process, I had plenty of time to ask questions, understand all of my options, and was happy with my decision. Great experience throughout the entire car buying process. I dealt with David Torres while picking out a truck and he was wonderful. Great guy, very respectable and no pressure from him while i was trying to make up my mind over 3 days. The financial side i dealt with Sergio and he was as polite and helpful as anyone I ve dealt with in the buisness. He took care of a couple things for me as well as made everything as painless as possible. Overall everyone i dealt with at the dealership made a usually very anxious and nervous experience and very calm and easy atmosphere.. Thanks guys!

I ve been coming here for years! Originally through my brother Freddy, but he moved away and his buddy Dave took over for me! Dave was amazing!!! I ve now leased my 3rd vehicle with Towne Toyota in Ledgewood, and I m as excited as ever! They make the process so unbelievably easy! Maintenance is also amazing, so easy and thorough! We wanted to upgrade our 5-seat SUV to a 7-seat SUV, and the new Grand Highlander was one of our favorite choices. After searching online, Towne Toyota caught our attention due to offering the most competitive price. After a brief chat on the phone, we decided to drive there to discuss more detailed purchasing procedures. Dave was our sales representative, who is very friendly, funny, and efficient.First of all, they stick to their online price without any hidden fees and no tricks, which I appreciated the most. Although we had a few options, our favorite color, white, was not available in their inventories. Dave promised us that he would try his best to find our dream car. We left with a little bit of disappointment.Three hours later, we received a message from Dave that he had already found our dream car from another deal and could deliver the car to his place the next day. We were super excited to meet Dave again at Towne Toyota and see our dream car in the parking lot. The purchase experience was amazing. Except for the waiting time (because several people were in line to purchase various cars), the whole paperwork time was less than 1 hour, and we drove the car away the same day. It was a wonderful car-purchasing experience.
