Took my Lexus to get the right front end repaired after avoiding a deer & hit a guard rail. I can t say enough about how easy it was to deal with the employees. They kept me undated on the repairs & had it done in the timeframe they recommended. I would refer anybody that needs bodywork to Ken s.

I took my Nissan Rogue to Ken's after a deer creamed my front corner panel. From the start, everyone was polite and upfront about pricing and estimating how long the repair would take. I've heard stories about supply chain delays and labor shortages. They likely turned what would have been a one to two-week job into a four-week job. I was prepared for the extra waiting time. I got my car back this morning and so far I'm pleased with the results. On the plus side, Ken and his staff were very accommodating. They gave me a ride back home when I dropped off and brought my car to me when the repair was done. On the minus side, my car's interior smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and there may well have been an extra few miles on the odometer. The bottom line for me...the job of repairing my car's damage was done well. The other stuff is the difference between a four-star and a five-star rating.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Before going to Kens Auto Body I stopped at several other auto body shops in Morris/Sussex County to get an estimate to buff out a small mark on my driver side door.Every shop I went to, I was asked if I would be going through insurance . When I said I was paying cash every single customer service person became disinterested, told me to make an appointment and then didn t even bother to find out what I was trying to fix.Then I went to Kens Auto Body. Not only did Charlie ask me what my problem was first, he listened to how it happened and why it was so important for me to have this small mark taken care of.Charlie fixed it right away and then showed me another issue I was totally unaware that I had and then he fixed that too.Then, top of that, he didn t charge me anything! Zilch, Zero, Nothing!This kind and generous man took time from his day, listened to my sad story, fixed my problem and did it with a huge smile.I highly recommend this business as the customer service is top notch!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Somehow tire pressure sensor broke after getting bumper replaced. Never had an issue with it before this repair.

My experience here was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. I brought my car here after an accident. My windshield and front end needed repair/replacement. Charlie and Kelly were super friendly, my car was finished sooner than expected, and it was cleaned out immaculately. It was a pleasure dealing with them and they now have a customer for life. Five stars all around! Thank you guys, for everything!!

I 100% recommend this body shop. I was in a minor accident & while searching for a place that could immediately take my car I kept being told it would take months before they would even look at it, I finally called Kens and before continuing the conversation the women on the phone asked how I was doing which was kind of her. They took my car the next day and started work as soon as it got there. The repairs were done correctly and in the time frame they stated & when new things appeared they notified me immediately. Unfortunately, I had a horrible adjustor who prolonged everything but Ken's did their best to stay on top of everything and keep me in the loop. The staff is very friendly & welcoming.

Ken auto body took me in when everyone else was giving me the run around.Ken auto body take the time to give you all the information you need to make an inform decision and also more then willing to be flexible with there services.I am horrible with names and I will always rememberCharlie, and excuse me but the lady at the front desk....she calls me every other day to keep me updated w my car, providing a peace of mind.This thus far has to be Grade A Top Tier service, shop, people.I will also give an update on before and after of my car so everyone who reads thisCan not only believe me, but the visal proof that this should your first choice.Thank you everyone that works at this Ken's auto body. Professional From Start to FinishSomeone ran into the driver s side door while the car was parked. The door was hard to shut, and the damage led to significant road noise on the highway. Ken s Auto Body was professional from start to finish. I drove it in at the time I scheduled for the estimate. Kelly was friendly, both on the phone and in person. There was no wait to start the estimate, I was on my way in less than 15 minutes, and they emailed me the estimate the same day. They worked directly with the insurance company. They kept me abreast of progress the whole time they had my car. When they finished, the door was like new. It opens and shuts smoothly; the road noise is gone. The paint job is like new and they finished before the promise date. A couple of weeks later I had a minor problem with the floor trim and drove in unannounced. Again they were professional and courteous. They drove the car around back, fixed the trim, and again I was on my way in less than 15 minutes.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Kens auto body was amazing! I was nervous and a little confused on how this process works since this was my first accident, they were amazing in explaining everything and helping me every step of the way. My car looks amazing and they were on time with getting it fixed and back to me. They even went as far as to washing and vacuuming it before they returned it to me. I give them a 10/10 and will be recommending them to anyone that needs body work or anything else done with their vehicle.Service: Painting

My first time here! The staff is amazing. My car had body work due to a rear end hit. The car looks amazing! I felt very Welcomed like I haVe been a friend for a Long time!They worked with my insurance and the car rental place to insure I had an easy hassle free expierence! I dropped off a Monday and picked up Thursday morning....great job and fast!!! I was a little leary trying a new place but let me tell you I will be back!!! Lets hope not too soon....lolThanks to everyone at Kens auto body!Its no wonder why they are rated at 5 stars !

Was referred to Ken s by the officer who worked my accident. He said they do a lot of work for the station and heard nothing but good things. I will second those good words. They kept me informed of status and worked everything directly with my insurance. And not only did they fix my car like it was new, but they delivered it a day early! One of those things that I hope I never need body work again, but if I do I know where to go.

Had to go to Ken's to have front bumper repair due to sliding into a snow bank. Was given their information by my regualr service shop. Very professional and courteous. Gave me an estimate. Ordered the parts. Took the car in for repairs. Gave me an ETA for completion. Was done ahead of given time. No hassles, no gimmicks. Just great people to deal with. Would recommed them.

The whole office is great to work with esp Kelly. It is spotless in there too. I have never seen any office that tidy. They are straightforward and honest. Don't think twice, use them!

I couldn't believe when I had my first accident but thanks to this auto body shop I was able to get in my car close to the expected date. They were able to answer every question I had during the process and made the whole process a lot easier!

This place is fantastic, my went there for repair it took them less than 2 weeks way less, if is not for a part that they needed from the dealer ( dealer was the slow one ) this guys gave back my car like if it was BRAND NEW.Thanks a lot.

The work wasn't done yet, but if they're professionalism is a reflection of their craftsmanship, the end result should be nothing short of 5 stars. So far, these folks seem like a real professional operation.

Zero stars actually.. Got an estimate from him, got the check from the insurance company, and now he says he can't fix it because of "other problems", which was nothing cooncerning him.
