Really kind and diligent customer service. Sometimes it s the little things with your car that can drive you crazy. Mine was a faulty wiper blade. After struggling at home to replace with the new one, I went in for help and the crew quickly diagnosed it as a faulty piece in the product. Adam was able to not only exchange it for me but was able to install it, which I know that they do not normally do! I ll definitely be back. Excellent customer service.

I went in for wiper blades. Upon entering the store I was promptly asked if I needed help. When I mentioned wiper blades the employee asked... year.... make....model please. Within seconds of giving this info....the employee had choices for me. Then he led me to the wipers and handed me what I needed. The employee was knowledgeable and motivated.

Very bad experience. My sister arrived at Autozone, and her car completely died. The battery was not working. She asked for help and put me on speakerphone so that I could translate for her. She was with her 3-year-old daughter, and she is 6 months pregnant. They sold her the battery and told her that no one could go out to change the battery because there were not enough staff (there were 4 workers). She was able to start the car again with a jumper, but when she put it in reverse, it turned off. She went back into the store and I explained to them on the phone what was happening and I asked them to please help her since she was in the sun with her daughter and they simply ignored her!!!!! (An older gentleman did not let anyone out) My sister felt very bad and a relative had to go help her change the battery in the parking of the store, the had the worst customer service!!!!

Went into the store with no idea of what size wiper blades I needed on my Jeep an a gentleman helped me and he pulled all the info up in the computer just like that! But for as many yrs as I been signed up for there rewards maybe 10+ yrs the gentleman tells me for some reason my rewards part never activated to receive benefits when you spend money in the store, I said thank you for noticing that, out of all the years and times a year im in here you spotted it, thank you. So thank you to this gentleman for his great customer service yesterday!!

Asked an older gentlemen running one of the counters to have my vehicle scanned due to service engine light. Was handed the "fix finder" and was told to do it myself. Came back in and another older gentleman in a rude tone told me that I must wait untill he was ready to hook it to the computer. He proceeded to ring other customers up and speaking to them in a very negative tone as which we were bothering him. I'm very bewildered to the response and customer service. I have no problem waiting. Just felt very unwanted to be in the store.

A shame! A sham! They wouldn t change my battery, because they said we don t have enough staff. There were three staff members right there at the counter and only 1 other customer, they just didn t feel like going outside in the snow. How shameful that people simply refuse to do their job. I went to Advanced auto parts across the street, they also had three people at the counter and they helped me change my battery right away.

Walked into this store and was immediately slapped in the face with the pungent odor resembling a locker room. Two male employees who look very unkempt were in the vicinity slapping items on shelves. As I asked for assistance locating an item their site shows was in stock I was forced to hold my breath as the worker had a strong unpleasant odor of unwashed feet emanating around him. The worker was polite, but clearly unambitious to assist me with my search. I was told, "if we have it, it'll be there" as he points to a wall unwilling to help further. The other male worker in the area appeared unwashed and both lacked attention to proper hygiene. This was a sad experience for me and a sad example of Auto Zones attempt at a positive representation when working with the public. They should really clean up their act in more ways than one. This has not been my typical experience with AutoZone ss I have patronized them for many years. And I'm not bashing these guys either, but merely sharing my experience and observations as a shopper.

Chris was extremely helpful ! He answered all our questions, helped me find out wether my car was a 4 or 6 cylinder and helped me find the best breaks and routers ! I recommend this place to anyone who has little knowledge about their car like myself haha !

This place was so awesome. We went in on a December 26, a Sunday night looking for a tire pressure gauge. The two men at the front just said, "let us know if you need any help", which to two women was so AWESOME. I'm sick of walking into auto parts stores or hardwares stores and being condescendingly asked what I'm there for. These two guys let us explore the shop ourselves, no pressure. We got what we wanted, and had the best experience. I would absolutely go here again for any auto parts needs.

Extremely rude and arrogant staff. Not willing to help at all. Has zero patience and actually told me to go to advance auto parts and to not waste his time. Will never be going here ever again.

Pretty sad when the store doesn't know how to warranty their own Duralast tools. Don't rely on them to have individual sockets on the shelf...they may ask you to return the whole set as the selection of individual ones is slim. Not impressed with the lifetime warranty. I'll shop elsewhere.

AutoZone is generally well stocked. If they don t have it and you re lucky they can usually have it later in the same day or the next day.I remember the days when the parts guys knew what they were doing and at a mom and pop auto parts store. The person behind the counter had a decade or more of experience and knew exactly what you were looking for. You would walk in the door and they already knew what kind of car you had, to tell them what you wanted and they would go over to the shelf pick it up and check you out.And then you were out the door very quickly.I wish all of the people working there were more mechanically inclined. When I go in and ask for an oil filter for my daughter s 2018 jeep wrangler it s really depressing to have to answer whether or not it s a two door or four-door.?As if it makes any sense whatsoever. But they need to have the answer to the question even if it s not relevant before moving onto the next step in their computer software.I just simply tell them I want the Mopar Filter MO349 and it makes getting of there a lot easier. In all fairness when I ask for the screws for the belly pan on a dodge Magnum at the dealer they of course have to have the Vin number in order to come up with the part number. It s sad really..

I went to auto zone today, i needed a filter for an oil change & oil. After walking there and walking back to Midas, where they had started my oil change. I found out they had given me the wrong filter after looking my car up. I walked back to the store where i saw Bob ( he was wearing red jacket), I stood in front of him and asked to be helped i said hello , he did not answer, instead he looked straight t up and called a guy that had just walked over. After i saw this, i walked to the back of the store to look for some one else. I could not find anyone. i walked back to the front and i saw that the guy bob was helping was leaving. i walked up to him and said i want to trade this filter in it was the wrong size. He automatically said you stole the filter. I told him i was here earlier and had gotten this from one of the employee who gave me the wrong filter. Bob then said ,no you stole it. I began getting mad, i was just there i said. I pulled out my recite and said, i have a recite. going through my whole transaction, Bob seemed to be very racist not only did he make me feel belittled but he also disregarded everything i said about wanting to trade the filter i had gotten for the right one, which i said multiple times through out. He just continued doing what he wanted till the point i just couldn't do it anymore. i raised my voice and yelled, i told you i wanted to trade it in multiple times what are you doing. he then said ooh and i finally got the right filter after he had to start the process all over. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. my recommendation for you or who ever reads this is to go to advance auto Parts their better and more respectful, they will help you out.

The customer service representative was very helpful and performed a battery test on my car. He was able to tell me what I needed to purchase as a replacement battery. Unfortunately, they told me they couldn't install the battery as a result of its placement but it was a regular install so I don't know why that was an issue.

This is my local AutoZone store that I have been going to for about 9 years. I buy a lot of mechanic tools and parts from many retailers but I can almost always expect things to NOT go smoothly at this store. I am thankful that the Advanced Auto Parts store moved in right across the street; they have their stuff together. I can not begin to count the amount of times that Autozone in Ledgewood has had computer problems, server issues, power outages, disorganized parts inventory. It is astounding how often their computer system is down. Several times per month, every month, year after year. Phones go down often too.I have the AutoZone app and I almost always walk into the store with the exact part number I need them to find and nobody understands that they don't need to click through the year/make/model drop down screens to "find" my part, because I have the part number, I just read it to you. The check-out counters are too small, unless you are buying a single set of brake pads you will have to put your items on the floor or hold them while trying to pay. The credit card machines are constantly having errors. They just rely on quick "fixes" and nothing ever gets truly remedied.- I could have written this Ledgewood store's review word-for-word 5 years ago and it would still be entirely accurate to this day.** so this is my reply to the owners reply from a few days ago. Today i went back. right around 6 pm. As i walked in I overheard a man and his son speaking with the younger cashier and being upset because...the computer system was not taking his bonus rewards points. the cashier was doing his best, but what can he do. The customer was getting more upset and I then spoke to him about how I constantly have dealt with problems at this store. his reply: "so have I, for a long time, it is awful here". I then get over to the other register where the older cashier could process my returns. He had difficulty doing this, because the scanner gun was not scanning the pristine bar codes on my perfectly intact receipts. he then had to ask the younger cashier what to do and where to find the transaction# on the receipt. after several minutes he successfully handled my two returns. I have learned from past problematic experiences that I should do my returns first before doing any shopping. No way can the computer system (or staff) handle an item return AND a purchase at the same time. While I was being helped, the poor younger cashier was running back and forth to various registers to try to help the other customer (unsuccessfully). (this is all on your cameras if you wanted to check it)...I then went and did my shopping for a few very basic items (socket, rtv sealant, 1 quart of oil, brake cleaner). There was barely enough room on the counter to put these items. I am curious to know, WHY are the counters so full of items for sale, non working computers and faulty credit card machines? This is the only store, in ANY category of shopping category that the floor is used as a check-out counter. What the heck, where else do you shop where you have to put stuff on the floor after paying for it.This store needs a complete overhaul. I can't blame the cashiers, they are trying to work with a overly faulted work place. The computers, data lines, credit card machines all need to be tossed out. How can a place think it is o.k. to have the system crash multiple times a week. Do you even have a tech support team that accomplishes anything or do they just "wait and hope it gets better". I mean, there is no way anyone has fixed anything, its been the same problems, week after week, year after year. And please get bigger counter-space so I don't have to put my stuff on the floor. I miss when Oscar was there, he did a much better job; that was 5+ years ago. i have been to many other Autozone stores local and far, yes occasionally they have their problems, but nothing close to the scale of horrible this store is. Please don't give me that "we can do better" blanket corporate response....please MAKE IT BETTER!!!

The staff at this store are exceptional. There were numerous issues installing a battery in my vehicle, mostly due to the compact engine compartment. The guys did everything possible to correct each issue as it arose, going above and beyond to make sure everything was set and safe to go on my way. They were calm and well informed, keeping my sanity and the repair as the priority. They were apologetic for the time it was taking when I should been apologetic for what they had to go through. Thank you very much!PS - You don't have to take the nut completely off the battery hold-down bracket in order to get it off! Learned the hard way today.

I've shopped here for my DIY car care needs for years. Last night I came in and asked for a 5/8 v belt that was 36" long. A pretty standard type of commodity at autoparts places. I was asked for a part number, which I have never been asked for at any other place I have bought a belt from and the guy basically complained about how long it would be to find. I could tell he wasn't interested in helping me, and said thank you and left. He couldn't even be bothered to type anything into the computer to look. Disappointing that I couldn't even get a little bit of assistance. I'll be shopping across the street, where at least they looked for me.

Good place for everything auto. Good location, off the "circle". Shop there a lot for auto needs. Bought windshield wipers. My wipers have a special code that wasn't available. A clerk argued with my hub about it bc the clerk said my code didn't exist. We know better. Had trouble getting them on for some reason. Another clerk came right out and helped us. It was a quick fix. Thank you AutoZone!

I used to buy auto parts that I needed from this Autozone. They're good enough, if you know exactly what you need and can get it without needing an autozone associate's help. But if you need to find the parts that need an associate's help (like behind the counter), ... let's just say, I've had all sorts of problems with them. Mostly from the negative attitude they give you. It's almost like they don't want to be bothered to help you find the parts.Thank God, an Advance Auto parts opened up almost across from them. The first time I went to Advance was due to an un-helpful Autozone associate. So I went over across to Advance, was actually welcomed in by the lady at the counter, asked if she could be of assistance. I was actually surprised at the friendliness. I told her, I'll look around for the stuff I needed. Found everything I needed. Then realized, heck, I might as well buy the brake pads and other auto-specific parts I needed. The lady was so helpful. Looked up all the parts I needed on their computer, went back and found them and I was paid up and ready to go. What a pleasant experience! When I was back in my car, I realized: "I don't think I've ever been happier spending hundreds of dollars in an auto parts store?!" .I have four cars that I do maintenance on. I can't wait to go back to Advance Auto parts to get what I need. :-)

Its a decent place with friendly staff. Good for the basic stuff you need in a hurry. They have a decent selection of parts, but they have been out of stock on numerous occasions. That said, they can usually have the part(s) delivered to the store in a few days, if you can wait.

I stopped at AutoZone because one of my windshield wipers ripped off during a horrible rain storm. When I entered the store, I was greeted quickly and politely. The gentleman behind the counter asked me what he could help me with, and a few questions later he was outside with me installing a new wiper on my car and i was on my way! Safely because i could see again in the downpour! WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
