Carl was a great mechanic . He used to help me with my car and let my 2 year old (at the time) son "help" him in the shop . He passed away on the 6th and will be missed by so many

Carl at Arrow Auto Repair is the absolute best. My family has been going to him since he started his business and I will continue to do so. He is always fair and honest and so easy to work with. He will do his best to save money while still ensuring your car is worry free. I would recommend him to anybody. Even if I move away from the area, I will continue to bring my vehicles to him for service. A friend recommended Carl and I am so glad they did. He was able to diagnose the issue with my car, and then took it a step further and fixed the broken part instead of just replacing it, which saved me $150. He also included a 1 year warranty on his repair. Highly recommend!!. Stand-up guy and an expert diagnostician/repairman. While driving home to New York, our car starting making noise and an error message appeared on the dash. Pulled into Carl's shop, where Carl was supposed to be off for Labor Day. On his day off, he got the parts we needed, fixed the car, and gave us a very fair price, allowing me and my small children to get home in time for them to go to school. Many thanks!

I have been going to Arrow for almost 25 years. Carl has late hours and is an excellent diagnostician. Fixes what is needed, is honest to a fault and his prices are affordable.

Needed a new headlight bulb for my 2018 Rav4 Hybrid. I was standing on line longer than it took to get exactly what I needed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This place is always busy, and is trusted by the local community.
