I've come to this location a few times over the years for new batteries and other issues for various cars. I never had any issues and the staff always seems very helpful. Yesterday I took my 2015 Scion FRS Limited Series to get a new battery, considering it was an older walmart battery I received when buying the car and I had it sitting in storage for over 3 months. ANTHONY R. was very helpful and informative. He helped me pick out the right battery and exhausted himself in search since inventory showed the one I wanted was 1 in stock. Unfortunately he couldn't find it, but it was the difference of 1 year warranty so I could care less and went for the gold versus the platinum; no difference to me. I also picked up new windshield wipers. He came and happily installed not just the battery but the wiper blades for me. He even realized the bracket that holds the battery down was stripped and worn and asked if I wanted him to remove it? I agreed because it was loose and vibrating and the last thing I need was it to come loose and fall into my fanbelt or motor while driving. The whole time we had a great conversation about cars and I yacked his ear off about the process I went through to get the car. Anthony was very professional & personable and it was a great and easy experience. I will continue to do business with Advanced AutoParts Ledgewood for all my vehicles parts needs in the future!

The entire staff of this store are truly fantastic folks. Anthony assisted my girlfriend on the installation of a car battery. Anthony was very professional amd courteous. It is great to see that there are places where people care about and listen to a customer's concerns. If you need anything automobile related please give these folks a chance to be of service to you. You will not be disappointed.

The employees here are always so friendly and helpful with whatever I need! Today they changed my batteries in my key fobs and installed new windshield wipers and I didn t even have to ask!

This is my go-to for parts I need, both auto and small engine parts, as well as hard to find parts and the standard stuff, wipers, fluids, etc. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always polite. They always have what I need in stock. Prices are reasonable, too. I'd definitely go here if you need to repair any vehicle. But don't bite off more than you can chew. If you're unsure if you can repair it yourself, seek a professional.

They had what auto zone didn't. Plus their staff was nice. Not as clean a store as auto zone, though.

Advance Auto Parts in Succasunna has always been wonderful. The staff is polite, attentive, and knowledgeable. I have dealt with them on a commercial level, buying parts for a shop, and also on a personal level buying parts for my vehicle. They have a good variety of parts and merchandise so you dont have to store hop to get the item you need AND if you're lucky you'll get to see an employee zap themselves when they are installing a battery....which of course isnt funny...

Price they charged me was higher than the marked price. Told me it was marked wrong. Perhaps Weights and Measurements should visit and check their prices

Steve and Shannon are amazing and on point, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Right part the 1st time. They will go above and beyond measures to make sure you get the part you need. Experience speaks for itself.

Very helpful and friendly. Helped me get exactly what I needed for My Jeep and had it in stock. Other places didnt have anything in stock and there their prices were more expensive! Here with Advance Auto Parts they were less expensive. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable, even came out to my Jeep and looked to make sure I was getting the right parts. Thank you to the gentleman who helped me, im sorry I forgot your name.

Samantha is the best! Installed my new windshield wipers and saw that one did not fit the curve of my windshield & immediately gave me one that did a great job! They are always helpful & most importantly take the time to GET IT RIGHT!

Always have or will order everything I need. Some small troublesome items like terminal connectors and fuses are on hand that are not available in other well-known auto parts stores. Kudos to them.

My friend went to advance auto part store in ledgewood new jersey to buy a battery ..and they told her that I could return if not needed. But when I tried to return it..they told that they have no return policy.....I then went to the store myself looking for a sign that said no return sign policy and there was no sign at all.......thank you advance auto part for misleading your customer of 258.00 dollars to all u out there..make sure you have a receipt that specified the return policy and warranty....because I trusted them and nothing was written on my receipt

Knowledgeable staff. They install wiper blades and batteries. They don't do light bulbs, or anything else. But overall a good experience.

Greg helped me out with my battery a couple days ago. Knew all the tips and tricks to installing an Infiniti battery hidden behind all the wires and fuses. He was a little rough but gave a thorough cleaning and installation took maybe about 20 minutes. I'm sure it would have been shorter if Infiniti didn't have such complicated battery arrangements. Shout-out to Sam as well, always on top of her game in assistance any time I'm there and I'm a frequent if I can't get the parts from rockauto fast enough.

I love Advance. I get all my parts and accessories here. The service is awesome and I would suggest ordering online first to pick up at the store. The savings are well worth it.

AutoZone is of course a chain store that carries a lot of parts from overseas as they call it. We all know the one country that they re parts are made. China of course.That s most likely more prevalent everywhere.The real differences is in the people behind the counter. There you have a real hit or miss. If you have an experienced parts person you re in luck with a good experience. If not you re stuck with the wrong parts in most cases.

I ordered item online with approximately 30 minute pickup window. Item was not picked yet when I arrived but staff found it. Staff carried to my car. Very good experience
