Big Dave is the best tow truck driver I ve ever had! He knows how to drive!! He picked up my car in half the time AAA said he was going to be here and we got to my mechanic early! If you need a tow truck driver Big Dave is the only guy to go to!

Big Dave came. Cars wheel was locked I thought it wasn't gonna get on the flatbed. Dave came to the rescue and was able to get it on with no damage !!! A+

There are tow truck companies and there s Big Dave and Superior Towing. My wife s car wouldn t start and Big Dave got it going until I arrived. He actually remembered me from a previous car problem. That dude is Heaven sent, knowledgeable and funny. Even recommended an auto repair company to have the car looked at as well. Big Dave is the Man!!!

Big Dave was outstanding! He thoroughly surveyed the situation and worked tirelessly to figure out why my wife s car would not start. Amazingly, and to my surprise, Dave figured it out! We tested it at least four times just to be sure and the car started each time. Thank you, Dave!

First of all, God bless Dave! My car broke down in a very dangerous place to be stranded and I was very nervous and scared (I'm a woman so I get that way). When Dave arrived he was an angel in disguise. Aside from taking my car to a repair shop he was very kind and caring. Even talked to my daughter on the phone. Made me laugh more than once, and turned my scary experience into just a ripple in time. So if Dave comes to the rescue you are lucky indeed. What a wonderful soul he is.Service: Car towing

So I want to share my experience of this amazing company. In order for me to share my amazing experience here I have to explain the entire situation. I was stuck in NJ yesterday I m from Plymouth, Massachusetts and was visiting my boyfriend and was on my way to leave, and my car broke down. I had no idea where I was or where to get help from. While I was on and off the phone with AAA they told me after several hours of waiting they couldn t help with whatever was wrong with my car but I could call this towing company to tow my car and go from there. Not much help from AAA but it was what happened next that made all the difference. Mind you, put into perspective I have no idea what is wrong with my car I m stranded in a town I m unfamiliar with I m close to 500 miles away from home and at this point AAA is telling me they may have to tow me car several states away and it s up to me to call around a mechanic shop and find someone who maybe able to see me and maybe able to find out what is wrong but I wouldn t be able to get it fixed that day and I would have to make arrangements to find a place to stay and my car isn t gonna be fixed today and it went on and on and on.Well I call Superior Towing in Whitehouse NJ, I m stuck at Kings supermarket in the plaza they come within minutes to tow my car and my tow girl her name was Sam, she was absolutely AMAZING! Not only did she come within minutes but before anything she asked me if I was ok, I was wreck mind you and she was so kind cared about my situation and cared about my mental health, she stayed with me called her team back at Superior Towing made it possible for them to see my car as soon as she towed it there, made sure it got the proper diagnosis and fixed my car on the spot to make sure I was able to get home that day safely. one of the men Doug came and out and again he also asked me if I was ok, as I had been crying all day so my face was like swollen, he was so kind and reassuring, he told me I needed a new alternator bc the one I had paid over 600 for less than 6 months ago at Cape Auto in Plymouth was shot, they fixed my car right there on the spot gave me a brand new alternator in less than two hour, they rushed to get the parts there for my car within like 20 minutes gave me an amazing price only for the labor, were so kind and made sure I was ok! And it was done with such kindness generous and caring hearts of these people, Sam Doug and the entire team at superior towing in whitehouse/ Lebanon New Jersey that I was so in utter amazement over. I have never ever experienced this in my entire life such kind and honest and caring and thorough people I will never ever forget them and how amazing they were!!!If you need a truly great company that s gonna take care of you like your family I definitely recommend them! I will never ever forget this company and how much they made such a difference for me! If I could give 10000 stars I would. thank you so much Sam and Doug and the entire Superior Towing family!

Around 9 o clock 1/16/24 my boyfriend s semi and trailer disconnected. He followed protocol and call roadside. Roadside gave superior the wrong address. It was around 2 AM when he called to get someone out to the right location. They told him someone would be out shortly. 3 hours later and he is still stranded on the side of the road. It is EXTREMELY unsafe to have someone out on the road for this long. He has been stranded for over 8 hours I expected better from a tow company that is open 24/7

Big Dave is a God send! Definitely a teddy bear in a leather jacket lol. He was efficient, fast and kind. Also very funny! He even handled my meltdown over my car issues and offered advice and multiple options on how to fix it. I would call him every time I needed a tow if I could. Such an amazing person. Charged a lot of money but didn't fix my truck. Unprofessional guys. Don t recommend them at all. They charge twice or even triple the price of other shops. But telling that just at the end and force to pay. They are ready to do everything just to take as much money as they can from you. Dishonest company!

Had a smooth experience with Superior Tow after a terrible accident. The owner was able to work with us in terms of payment and fees, allowing us to breathe again. Not all tow yards are out for your money, and Superior is example of that. Thank you all at Superior towing!

Another towing experience with one of my many car mishaps, and I m so glad AAA calls Superior Towing and Transport in my area to get my vehicles to a repair shop, because that means big Dave will be coming to get the vehicle. He is truly a kind (and funny) soul who ll diffuse an otherwise stressful situation and have you smiling and feeling your day is a little bit brighter! Thank you Dave!

My truck broke down in NJ while heading home to CT, Chris from Superior had me hooked up and ran the truck the shop and me to a hotel, the next morning the team was working on the truck and got me back on the road, great crew friendly, courteous and knowledgeable- if you breakdown these are the guys you want in your corner, there s a reason they have the Superman logo on their shirts!

There are not many times in one s life when a tow truck experience can change your life. However, my interaction with Dave was just that. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was personable and has a plethora of strategies to assist his clients. We were frustrated because the car would not start. But Dave s humor and calm demeanor helped us be at ease. I would highly recommend him and he is an asset to Superior Towing. They were prompt, professional, and treated you like a member of the family. I will use them again in the future. WOW are they good! I work in fleet service and I called them with an abnormal mobile repair request, hope, and not much else. They got the right parts the first time and were on site lightning fast. Site foreman said they did a great job and were in and out quick. Kate was an a pleasure to deal with on the paperwork side. Got these guys on speed dial!

Absolute nightmare towing experience. As soon as the tow driver arrived he began screaming and ranting at everyone. We almost called the cops just to get him to leave, so bizarre. He was either coked up or just a crazy person but definitely not safe. I cannot rave enough about the above-and-beyond service I received from Darren F. He went out of his way to help me with my wife's car. He was polite and willing to take whatever time necessary to ensure her car could get to the dealership. I had my F150 towed that I inherited from my father so I had to call for a tow. They were good. The driver was awesome. Alittle expensive to go 24 miles but otherwise not bad. Great service. Thanks

Was staying at the Pilot off the 78 and during my PTI noticed my belts were messed up. Called up these guys. Very professional and kind people. Give them my info and they sent out a mobile service. Doug showed up and immediately started working on my truck managed to get my tensioner and belts replaced in no time. Doug was very informative and just a nice guy to talk to throughout the whole process. Shout out to Doug and this place. Will definitely be calling them again if I ever get issues in this area

Hiring these guys to tow my honda Silverwing scooter was a great experience. Brett showed up quickly and made sure my bike was safely stable on the truck. Brett also showed extreme patience as I was handling issues with my triple aaa account. Highly professional company and staff and I would definitely hire them again.

I just want to take the time to give a HUGE THANK YOU to big Dave!! He went out of his way to make sure me and my friend were safe on the side of the road on 78 and did not change the tire on the highway but took us to the closest shop to have the tire changed immediately. Big Dave knew we were in a rush to go see a show in NYC and he not only ensured our saftey, but got us to the tire shop as quickly as possible to get the tire fixed and got us back on the road in record time. Terrible. Been waiting 3 days and my car still hasn't been towed.11 a.m. Saturday; AAA sent me someone from Superior Towing who was not in a tow truck. He tested my car battery and determined I needed to be towed. They couldn't do it that day so I had wait and call AAA back again the next morning . I did that at 9:30 a.m. Sunday and waited 3 hours. A tow truck showed up but he said he couldn't tow me because his truck HAD BAD BRAKES AND WOULDN'T STOP ON THE INCLINE OF THE DRIVEWAY!The driver said he would send another tow truck but that never happened.As of Monday @ 5 pm my car is still stuck where it died Friday morning.Very dissatisfied.
